摘要：Determining the importance ratings of technical characteristics is a typical group decision-making process. The linguistic-based approach can effectively manage the imprecise and multi-granularity information i;n quality function deployment and facilitate decision-making in deriving the importance ratings. Based on the linguistic weighted averaging （LWA） operator and the linguistic hybrid averaging （LHA） operator, a practical approach is proposed to first aggregate the individual judgments into a collective value for each technical characteristic under linguistic environment, and then measure the deviation degree of linguistic variables to obtain the importance ratings of technical characteristics. A case study shows the application of the proposed method.

摘要：This paper investigates the multiobjective programming problems with fuzzy parameters in the constraints. First, by the decomposing theorem, we introduce a fuzzy set to characterize the constraints, then give the definition of α-quasi-efficient solution and a-efficient solution, and discuss their properties. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the differences between the refined solutions and the α-Pareto solution.

摘要：Based on job analysis for the permanent departments of construction enterprises, by combining KPI assessment method and 360-degree evaluation method, this article establishes a set of human resource performance evaluation indicator system; by determining indicators＇ weights and evaluators＇ grading weights through analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, offering a kind of dynamic computing method for performance evaluation, and tightly linking the evaluation result to employees＇ personal interests, this article builds up a set of scientific performance evaluation system. This article takes the engineering department of construction enterprises for example to explain the calculation and application of performance evaluation result. This article provides construction enterprises with a method reference for human resource performance evaluation.

摘要：Drawing on resource dependence theory, this paper develops and empirically tests a model for understanding how the implementation of building information modeling(BIM) in construction projects impacts the performance of different project participating organizations through improving their interorganizational collaboration capabilities. Based on two sets of survey data collected from designers and general contractors in BIMbased construction projects in China, the results from partial least squares analysis and bootstrapping mediation test provide clear evidence that BIM-enabled capabilities of information sharing and collaborative decision-making as a whole play a significant role in determining BIMenabled efficiency and effectiveness benefits for both designers and general contractors. The results further reveal that designers and general contractors benefit from project BIM implementation activities significantly nonequivalently, and that this non-equivalence closely relates to the different roles played by designers and general contractors in BIM-enabled interorganizational resource exchange processes. The findings validate the resource dependence theory perspective of BIM as a boundary spanning tool to manage interorganizational resource dependence in construction projects, and contribute todeepened understandings of how and why project participating organizations benefit differently from the implementation of interorganizational information technologies like BIM.

摘要：Marshall and Pigou's welfare economics theory provides sufficient theoretical basis for many countries on the legislation of environmental taxes. In reality,legislating environmental taxes or not has become a dilemma for China. Without the legislation of environmental taxes,it would be difficult to curb the trend of the severe environment deterioration under the current tax system. However,environmental taxes legislation will cause all kinds of subjects' multiple concerns about environmental taxes. Practice in various countries of the world has proved that environmental taxes legislation can not only effectively improve the environment quality,but also be able to increase fiscal income of the government. Based on the actual situation of China,to curb the trend of environmental degradation,to fulfill the commitments that the US and China jointly made in 2014 on carbon dioxide emissions reduction,to take full advantage of the historical opportunity of oil price slump,carrying out environmental taxes legislation and levying environmental taxes are imperative. There are two aspects of countermeasures to promote environmental taxes legislation. On the one hand,the concerns and resistance related to environmental taxes legislation in China should be minimized. On the other hand,the legislation designing should be scientific and rational.

摘要：The article design a vehicle monitoring terminal system based on μ C/OS and introduces the hardware system design of STM32F407 as the control core. On the basis of transplant μ C/OS operating system, the system software architecture, application-layer multi- task and the priority has been designed, focuses on the use GPRS tasks, preparation methods GPS tasks. After experimental tests, the system is stable and reliable, the realization of real-time vehicle monitoring. System design methodology for embedded system application development has a certain rcfcrence value.

摘要：An innovative use of spatial sampling designs is here presented. Sampling methods which consider spatial locations of statistical units are already used in agricultural and environmental contexts, while they have never been exploited for establishment surveys. However, the rapidly increasing availability of geo- referenced information about business units makes that possible. In business studies, it may indeed be important to take into account the presence of spatial autocorrelation or spatial trends in the variables of interest, in order to have more precise and efficient estimates. The opportunity of using the most innovative spatial sampling designs in business surveys, in order to produce samples that are well spread in space, is here tested by means of Monte Carlo experiments. For all designs, the Horvitz-Thompson estimator of the population total is used both with equal and unequal inclusion probabilities. The efficiency of sampling designs is evaluated in terms of relative RMSE and efficiency gain compared with designs ignoring the spatial information. Furthermore, an evaluation of spatially balancing samples is also conducted.

摘要：To achieve the purpose of applying design patterns which are various in ldnd and constant in changing in MDA from idea and application, one way is used to solve the problem of pattern disappearance which occurs at the process of pattern instantiation, to guarantee the independence of patterns, and at the same time, to apply this process to multiple design pattems. To solve these two problons, the modeling method of design pattern traits based on meta-models is adopted, i.e., to divide the basic operations into atoms in the metamodel tier and then combine the atoms to complete design pattem units meta-models withtout business logic. After one process of conversion, the purpose of making up various pattem traits meta-model and dividing business logic and pattern logic is achieved.
