摘要：In this paper, the synchronization of a unified chaotic system is investigated by the use of output feedback controllers; a two-input single-output feedback controller and single-input single-output feedback controller are presented to synchronize the unified chaotic system when the states are not all measurable. Compared with the existing results, the controllers designed in this paper have some advantages such as small feedback gain, simple structure and less conservation. Finally, numerical simulations results are provided to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要：A new kind of two-dimensional optical orthogonal code named ESPC/OCS is constructed,which uses the extend square prime code (ESPC) for time spreading and the one-coincidence sequence(OCS) for wavelength hopping. The performance of ESPC/OCS is analyzed and the mean value of cross-correlation is deduced. Meanwhile the bit error ratio (BER) for codes is simulated and compared. The simulation results show that given p and q,the BER of ESPC/OCS is reduced,and the capacity is enlarged,when the number of hopping codes p is increased. Given OCS (given q and d),when p is changed,only the capacity is changed,but the BER is almost the same. The performance of ESPC/OCS is better than that of PC/ OCS.

In this paper, we give a new construction of pooling design with subspaces of the pseudo-symplectic space and discuss its properties. We define the design parameters of a d^2-disjunct matrix. Then we discuss the change law of the design parameters in our construction along with their variables.

摘要：Two kinds of observers for linear singular time-delay systems, namely functional observers and full-order observers, are considered in this paper. For the former, observers with and without internal delay are considered. For the latter, observers without internal delay is given. The corresponding design steps for various observers, which are all normal linear time-delay systems, are presented. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the methods.

摘要：In 2005, Bao, et al. [Appl. Math. and Comput., vol.169, No.2, 2005] showed that Tzeng, et al.’s nonrepudiable threshold multi-proxy multi-signature scheme with shared verification was insecure, and proposed an improved scheme with no Share Distribution Center (SDC). This paper shows that Bao, et al.’s scheme suffers from the proxy relationship inversion attack and forgery attack, and pro- poses an improvement of Bao, et al.’s scheme.

摘要：An m-cycle system of order v and index λ, denoted by m-CS(v,λ), is a collection of cycles of length m whose edges partition the edges of λKv. An m-CS(v,λ) is α-resolvable if its cycles can be partitioned into classes such that each point of the design occurs in precisely α cycles in each class. The necessary conditions for the existence of such a design are m|λv(v-1)/2,2|λ(v -1),m|αv,α|λ(v-1)/2. It is shown in this paper that these conditions are also sufficient when m = 4.

摘要：Vector quantization （VQ） is an important data compression method. The key of the encoding of VQ is to find the closest vector among N vectors for a feature vector. Many classical linear search algorithms take O（N） steps of distance computing between two vectors. The quantum VQ iteration and corresponding quantum VQ encoding algorithm that takes O（√N） steps are presented in this paper. The unitary operation of distance computing can be performed on a number of vectors simultaneously because the quantum state exists in a superposition of states. The quantum VQ iteration comprises three oracles, by contrast many quantum algorithms have only one oracle, such as Shor＇s factorization algorithm and Grover＇s algorithm. Entanglement state is generated and used, by contrast the state in Grover＇s algorithm is not an entanglement state. The quantum VQ iteration is a rotation over subspace, by contrast the Grover iteration is a rotation over global space. The quantum VQ iteration extends the Grover iteration to the more complex search that requires more oracles. The method of the quantum VQ iteration is universal.
