摘要：As one of the most promising photoanode candidates for photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting,the photocurrent density of BiVO_(4) still needs to be further improved in order to meet the practical *** this work,a highly‐matched BiVO_(4)/WO_(3) nanobowl(NB)photoanode was constructed to enhance charge separation at the interface of the *** further modification of the BiVO_(4)/WO_(3)NB surface by NiOOH/FeOOH as an oxygen evolution cocatalyst(OEC)layer,a high photocurrent density of 3.05 mA cm^(−2) at 1.23 V *** has been achieved,which is about 5‐fold higher than pristine BiVO_(4) in neutral medium under AM 1.5 G illumination.5 times higher IPCE at 450 nm is also achieved compared with the BiVO_(4) photoanode,leading to about 95%faradaic efficiency for both H_(2) and O_(2) gas *** studies attribute the significantly enhanced PEC performance to the smaller BiVO_(4) particle size(<90 nm)than its hole diffusion length(~100 nm),the improved charge separation of BiVO_(4) by the single layer WO_(3) nanobowl array and the function of OEC *** WO_(3)NB possesses much smaller interface resistance with the substrate FTO glass and larger contact area with BiVO_(4) *** approach provides new insights to design and fabricate BiVO_(4)‐based heterojunction photoanode for higher PEC water splitting performance.

摘要：The mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) is a critical component of the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway. It is highly activated in cervical cancer, which continues to pose an important clinical challenge with an urgent need for new and improved therapeutic approaches. Herein, we describe the structure-based drug discovery and biological evaluation of a series of m TOR kinase inhibitors as potential anti-cervical cancer agents. The results of enzymatic activity assays supported C3 as a potential m TOR inhibitor, which exhibited high inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 1.57 μM. Molecular docking and dynamics simulation were conducted to predict the binding patterns, suggesting relationships between structure and activity. The anti-proliferative assay against diverse cancer cell lines was displayed subsequently, revealing that C3 exhibited significant proliferation inhibition against cervical cancer cell He La(IC50=0.38μM) compared with other cell lines. Moreover, C3 could effectively reduce the expression of phospho-ribosomal S6 protein(p-S6) in He La cells in a dose-dependent manner. Noteworthily, m TOR signaling and other cellular pathways might contribute to the significant effect of C3 against cervical cancer simultaneously. These data indicated that C3 represented a good lead molecule for further development as a therapeutic agent for cervical cancer treatment.

摘要：The Irtysh River Basin refers to a water conservation area and a vital ecological barrier in Xinjiang and also partially in Central ***,the technical solution for the ecological protection and the restoration of the Mountains-Rivers-Forests-Farmlands-Lakes-Grasslands system(MRFFLGs)pilot project in the Irtysh River Basin is refined,by complying with the core concept,i.e.,"mountains,rivers,forests,farmlands,lakes and grasslands are a community of life".The solution stresses the specific characteristics of ecologically protecting and restoring MRFFLGs in the Irtysh River Basin,which aim to reduce ecological water use,soil erosion,forest and grassland degradation,the ecological destruction of mines,water environment pollution and other *** overall protection,system restoration,district policy,and problem orientation as the overarching ideas,162 sub-items of 44 major items with seven categories have been designed and implemented in the *** addition,some highlights of the management experience that are worth promoting when the pilot project is being implemented are also summarized(e.g.,the use of laws to solve historical problems,scientific argumentation and third-party evaluation,proactive guidance for the engagement of people,modern information technology support,and integration with local sustainable development).Lastly,four policy suggestions are proposed:(1)Building a model of systematic protection and restoration by using basins as the basic geographic unit;(2)Establishing and optimizing key weak links of systems and mechanisms;(3)Focusing on remedying the shortcomings of regional talents,technology and capital;and(4)Promoting the MRFFLGs project to integrate"industry,city,people,and tourism"for carrying out a large-scale system project.
