摘要：This paper presents a novel method that is applied to realize the Linear Transformation(LT)Switched-Capacitor Filter(SCF).It adopts the Voltage Control Voltage Source(VCVS)equalized transfor-mation to revise the original LC ladder filter and induce it into 16 basic sections and then extend the princi-ple of the LT in order to fit active and 3 port networks and give out switched-capacitor circuits corre-sponding to the 16 basic sections,which can realize all four kinds of filters——LP,HP,BP,BS ***-signed examples are given *** Nth order filter only requires N amplifiers and the circuit is insensitive toparasitic *** experimental results of a 3rd order elliptic LP and a 6th order elliptic BP are giv-en and agree with the theory.

摘要：用动力放大系数β对欧洲规范（Eurocode8)和我国主要抗震设计规范的设计谱进行比较；并对曲欧洲规范和我国主要抗震设计规范设计谱估计出的功率谱密度函数作了比较，用76个美国强震加速度记录计算的β和所定义的标准化位移Sλ对上述一些规定的设计谱进行检验，结果表明我国一些抗震设计规范的设计谱的谱值可能偏低。

摘要：Developing Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) is becoming an active research field of new type electric automobiles for its high fuel economy and low emissions. Due to the complexity of PHEV powertrain, simulation becomes an important method in study of PHEV control strategy. In this paper, a forward-facing simulation software and the models of PHEV powertrain based on MATLAB/Simulink are developed to study on the PHEV control strategy. The simulation results are also shown in the paper.

摘要：In this paper, we give a new generalized gradient projection algorithm for nonlinear optimization problems with arbitrary initial point. This new algorithm has some important advantages as follows: (1) The algorithm does not require initial feasible point; (2) It can deal with nonlinear equality and inequality constraints problems; (3) The structure of our algorithm is very simple;(4) Under some mild assumptions, it has global convergence.

摘要：The fully mechanized caving coal mining under the railway in mine area will result in difficulty maintenance of railway because of great distortion and subsidence speed of terrene and railway. If the subsidence forecasting is incorrect and maintenance measure is not suitable in the preceding and the process of mining, the normal operation of the railway in mine area will not be ensured and perhaps the safety accident will be resulted. The railway subsidence forecasting and maintenance system for fully mechanized caving coal face are studied and developed in this connection. Based on the accurate subsidence forecasting of the terrene and railway, the maintenance measure for track and switch turnout in railway is put forward in this system.
