摘要：As a group of diversified frameworks, quinazolin derivatives displayed a broad field of biological functions, especially as anticancer. To investigate the quantitative structure-activity relationship, 3D-QSAR models were generated with 24 quinazolin scaffold molecules. The experimental and predicted pIC50 values for both training and test set compounds showed good correlation, which proved the robustness and reliability of the generated QSAR models. The most effective CoMFA and CoMSIA were obtained with correlation coefficient2ncv r of 1.00 （both） and leave-one-out coefficient q2 of 0.61 and 0.59, respectively. The predictive abilities of CoMFA and CoMSIA were quite good with the predictive correlation coefficients （2pred r ） of 0.97 and 0.91. In addition, the statis-tic results of CoMFA and CoMSIA were used to design new quinazolin molecules.

摘要：Based on the extreme value theory, self-affinity, and scale invariance, we studied the temporal and spatial relationship and the variation of water level and established a model of Gumbel-Pareto distribution for designed flood calculation. The model includes the previous extreme value models, the over-threshold data, and the fractal features shared by previous extreme value models. The model was simplified into a logarithmic normal distribution and a Pareto distribution for specific parameter values, and was used to calculate the designed flood values for the Shanghai Wusong Station in 100- and 1 000-year return periods. The calculated results show that the value of the designed flood height calculated in the Gumbel-Pareto distribution is between those in the Gumbel and Pearson-Ⅲ distributions. The designed flood values in the 100- and 1 000-year return periods of the model were 0.03% and 0.11% lower, respectively, than the Gumbel distribution and 0.06% and 1.54% higher, respectively, than the Pearson-Ⅲ distribution. Compared to the traditional model based solely on extreme probability, the Gumbel-Pareto distribution model could better describe the probabilistic characteristics of extreme marine elements and better use the data.

摘要：Both reverse osmosis(RO) and nanofiltration(NF) membranes have been increasingly used for water purification and desalination. However, the salt rejection of NF membranes is quite different from that of RO membranes,which makes a significant distinction in their process designs. This work started from the performance investigation of a single NF membrane element and then focused on the process design of the NF system for surface water treatment. In experimental tests, it was found that the observed rejection of the NF element becomes nearly constant when the concentrate flow is large enough, while the membrane flux of the NF element is quite stable regardless of the water flow across the membrane surface. These findings can be used to instruct the process design of the NF system for surface water treatment. In process design, a two-stage arrangement is sufficient for the NF system to reach the highest water recovery, while the RO system requires a three-stage arrangement.

摘要：In this paper,we utilize the variational limiting equilibrium(LE) procedure to theoretically determine the slope stability of homogeneous coral sand in the South China *** establishing a reasonable functional and calculating its extremum,we can deduce the stability factor of a coral reef identical to that obtained by upper bound *** determine the accuracy of the results obtained using the variational LE procedure,we present some classical examples of homogeneous sand slopes without a hard shell and compare our results with those obtained by the upper bound theorem of plasticity.A series of extensive calculations and comparisons reveal that the results obtained by our proposed analysis method and those obtained using classical methods are slightly different,but the variational results are *** the other hand,our method solves some stability factors for reef slopes covered with a hard shell,which indicates that the existence of a hard reef shell may significantly enhance the stability of a reef slope,and that there is strong nonlinear relationship between reef stability and the mechanical characteristics of the reef shell,such as its thickness and ***,based on the variational results presented in this paper,we present a useful chart that offers a convenient and straightforward way to determine the maximum stability factor of reef *** into account the influence of the hard reef shell,we found that,in some limit equilibrium cases,the limit stability factor and critical height of a coral slope could be improved ***,this issue deserves careful attention in engineering practice.

摘要：In order to improve the energy efficiency, reduce the CO2 emission and decrease the cost, a cogenera- tion system for desalination water, heat and power production was studied in this paper. The superstructure of the cogeneration system consisted of a coal-based thermal power plant （TPP）, a multi-stage flash desalination （MSF） module and reverse osmosis desalination （RO） module. For different demands of water, heat and power production, the corresponding optimal production structure was different. After reasonable simplification, the process model ot each unit was built. The economical model, including the unit investment, and operation and maintenance cost, was presented. By solving this non-linear programming （NLP） model, whose objective is to minimize the annual cost, an optimal cogeneration system can be obtained. Compared to separate production systems, the optimal system can reduce 16.1%-21.7% of the total annual cost. showing this design method was effective.

摘要：目的:塑料排水板能够有效加速固结过程,因此被广泛应用于软土地基处理。然而,相关规范只给出了塑料排水板的间距和长度的取值范围,没有给出最优设计。本文旨在通过考虑土体参数不确定性、施工造价和设计要求三个方面,提出塑料排水板的最优设计。创新点:1.通过蒙特卡罗方法求解固结度的信噪比,得到不同设计的鲁棒性;2.讨论各种因素对最优设计的影响。方法:1.通过理论分析,推导出总固结度鲁棒性的计算公式;2.通过定义不同设计组合,讨论不同噪声参数,并运用蒙特卡罗模拟,得到满足要求的所有设计情况的鲁棒性;3.分析其他因素(如固结时间和固结度等)对最优设计的影响,并讨论参数变异性和相关性对结果的影响。结论:1.基于鲁棒性分析,得到了塑料排水板的最优设计方法。2.在低造价条件下,固结度、固结时间和塑料排水板布置形式对最优设计存在影响;当造价足够高时,该影响可以忽略。3.参数变异性和相关性对结果存在影响;如果低估了参数的变异性,会低估最优设计的造价。

摘要：Using a suitable solvent for extracting pigments from sediment for high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） analysis is critical for obtaining qualitative and quantitative estimates of phytoplanktonic and benthic algal biomass,as well as community composition. Five methodological factors（sample dehydration,extraction solvent,extraction duration,number of extractions,and ratio of solvent volume：sample weight） were studied using an L 9（3 4 ） orthogonal design in a sedimentary pigment extraction experiment on samples collected from the Changjiang large-river delta-front estuary（LDE）,using HPLC analysis. The results show that the optimal extraction method for sedimentary pigments should include freeze-drying samples prior to extraction. The effects of different factors on sedimentary pigment extraction were separated by the L 9（3 4 ） orthogonal design experiments and showed that the extraction solvent was the most important,with extraction duration the second most important,and numbers of extraction and ratio of solvent volume：sample weight was the least important. The mixed solvent treatment comprised of acetone,methanol and water（80：15：5,by volume） was best for polar pigment extraction,with 100% acetone better for apolar pigments. For most pigments employed in this study（i.e.,peridinin,fucoxanthin,alloxanthin,diatoxanthin,zeaxanthin,pheophytin-a and β-carotene） ,3 h was found to be enough time for extraction from these deltaic sediments. However,for chlorophyll-a,the most important pigment used for estimating algal biomass,12 h was needed. A small amount of solvent（3 ml） with duplicate extractions obtained the greatest amount and diversity of pigments. Unfortunately,no extraction method was found to be suitable for all pigments in sediments. The choice of extraction procedure should be made in accordance with the objective of each study,taking into consideration the properties of sediments and pigments in question.

摘要：Most of active mass damper systems are designed or installed for the onshore structural response reduction to quite small earthquake or strong wind excitation. When they are applied to offshore structures, they will stop their operations during severe sea state (including strong wind, wave and fluid). For controlling the excessive vibration of offshore structure excited by wave loading, this paper presents a methodology keeping AMD operations even in severe sea state. And the controller was designed by LQG control algorithm accounting for the limits of AMD stroke and control input force. In order to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, a numerical example applied to an offshore platform is presented in this paper. The numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is effective in reducing the vibration of offshore structure by choosing appropriate feedback gain among several gain candidates based on the AMD limits.
