摘要：An ultra-thin multi-LED package is designed, manufactured and its thermal performance is character- ized. The objective of this study is to develop an efficient thermal modelling approach for this system which can be used for optimization of the thermal-performance of future ultra-thin designs. A high-resolution thermal imaging camera and thermocouples were used to measure the temperature distribution of the multi-LED package and the LED-die temperature for different operating powers. Finally, we compare the thermal measurements with the finite element simulation results. It is concluded that the modelling approach can assist in the thermal optimization of future multi-LED package designs.

摘要：The research roots of ^(19)fluorine( ^(19)F) magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) date back over 35 years. Over that time span, ~1H imaging flourished and was adopted worldwide with an endless array of applications and imaging approaches, making magnetic resonance an indispensable pillar of biomedical diagnostic imaging. For many years during this timeframe, ^(19)F imaging research continued at a slow pace as the various attributes of the technique were explored. However, over the last decade and particularly the last several years, the pace and clinical relevance of ^(19)F imaging has exploded. In part, this is due to advances in MRI instrumentation, ^(19)F/~1H coil designs, and ultrafast pulse sequence development for both preclinical and clinical scanners. These achievements, coupled with interest in the molecular imaging of anatomy and physiology, and combined with a cadre of innovative agents, have brought the concept of ^(19)F into early clinical evaluation. In this review, we attempt to provide a slice of this rich history of research and development, with a particular focus on liquid perfl uorocarbon compound-based agents.

摘要：In recent years, it has been demonstrated that checklists can improve patient safety significantly. To facilitate the effective use of checklists in daily practice, both the medical community and the informatics community propose to implement checklists in dynamic checklist applications that can be integrated into the clinical workflow and that is specific to the patient context. However, it is difficult to develop such applications because they are tightly intertwined with the content of specific checklists. We propose a platform that enables access to dynamic checklist applications by configuring the infrastructures provided in the platform. Then, the applications can be developed without time-consuming programming work. We define a number of design criteria regarding point of care and clinical processes by analyzing the existing checklist applications and the lessons learned from ***, by applying rule-based clinical decision support and workflow management technologies, we design technical mechanisms to satisfy the design criteria. A dynamic checklist application platform is designed based on these mechanisms. Finally, we build a platform in various design cycle iterations, driven by multiple clinical cases. By applying the platform, we develop nine comprehensive dynamic checklist applications with 242 dynamic *** results demonstrate both the feasibility and the overall generic nature of the proposed approach. We propose a novel platform for configuring dynamic checklist applications. This platform satisfies the general requirements and can be easily configured to satisfy different scenarios in which safety checklists are used.
