摘要：New methodology of designing the differential pressure flow meters for fluid energy carriers is developed in order to provide minimum uncertainty of results of flow rate measurement. This methodology is implemented in “Raskhod-RU” CAD system for computer aided design and calculation of differential pressure flow meters. “Raskhod-RU” CAD meets the requirements of new Standards implemented in CIS countries (GOST 8.586.1,2,3,4,5-2005) and provides accomplishment of the following tasks: verification of conditions (constraints) for application of the differential pressure method according to the requirements of new Standards;calculation of parameters of primary device, pipe straight lengths and flow meter in general according to the requirements of new Standards;calculation of uncertainty of results of fluid flow rate and volume measurement.

摘要：A 3-D FEA （finite element analysis） transient and steady-state design proposal for high-speed with Nd-Fe-Br （reversible） magnets in aerospace application will be examined under design considerations of n = 12,000 rpm, short-duty, sinusoidal drive, low cogging, high efficiency at peak torque, and etc. for an ARWM （aerospace retraction wheel motor）. In construction, the PMs （permanent magnets） fixed on the rotor core which is surface-mOunted magnets retained by a carbon-fiber bandage. Redundant windings, resistant to fault propagation have accounted. Besides, an axial water-jacket housing without end-cap cooling has involved. All performed characteristic performances of the correlated ARWM will verify by comparison through 2-D and 3-D FEA results. In this paper, design process has dealing with determination of various kinds of losses such as electromagnetic and mechanical losses. In terms of both classified losses, copper, stator back iron, stator tooth, PM, rotor back iron, air-friction and sleeve losses were calculated. The 3-D end-winding effects were included in the modeled ARWM by the authors.

摘要：The objective of this paper is the evaluation of business opportunities attractiveness in RER （renewable-energy resources） within a specific geographic area, and using some concepts of integrated energy-resource planning. The proposed methodology includes the main figures of economic merit evaluated to each resource assessed, the sensitivity analysis on cash flow, and recommendations of investments to each energy option assessed. A study case is applied within the northwest region of Sao Paulo State （Brazil） for those renewable-energy options. Five options of renewable-energy resources were chosen to be evaluated： three ERs （energy resources） from supply side （small hydro, wind farms and sugarcane bagasse） and two ERs from demand side （replacement of incandescent lighting by fluorescent and replacement of electric showers by central heating systems）. The conclusion is that, only two assessed ERs that have received investment grade were sugarcane biomass and fluorescent lamps replacing incandescent lamps. The rest have restriction due different reasons listed.

摘要：This research objective is to propose a co-valorization of powdered tuff, containing a slight amount of clay and dune sand, by mixing the two substances at different rates such as 0%, 5%, 15%, 25% and 35% of sand. The adapted criteria formulas are those recommended by the technical Saharan road. The results of the proposed study showed that ＂tuff-sand＂ mixtures are denser with a lower optimum water content modified proctor, the fine rate decreases together with the plasticity index, whereas the bearing index （CBR： California bearing ratio test） increases. The intrinsic characteristics, cohesion and sensitivity of mixtures with respect to compactness are almost identical to those oftuffwithout addition. The optimal adapted sand incorporation rate is estimated at 25% at 96% of compactness. Under these conditions, the amount of fines decreases from 40% to an acceptable level of 25% and the plasticity index from 16.2 to 12. The compaction water content decreases by 36% and the CBR （bearing index） increases by 30% and the compressive strength and sensitivity, according to compactness, of the elaborated material are almost identical to those oftuffwithout addition.

摘要：The focus of almost all the association studies of candidate genes is to test for their importance. We recently developed a LOD score approach that can be used to test against the importance of candidate genes for complex diseases and quantitative traits in random samples. As a complementary method to regular association analyses, our LOD score approach is powerful but still affected by the population admixture, though it is more conservative. To control the confounding effect of population heterogeneity, we develop here a LOD score exclusion analysis using case-parents design, the basic design of the transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) approach that is immune to population admixture. In the analysis, specific genetic effects and inheritance models at candidate genes can be analyzed and if a LOD score is ≤ - 2. 0, the locus can be excluded from having an effect larger than that specified. Simulations show that this approach has reasonable power to exclude a candidate gene having small genetic effects if it is not a disease susceptibility locus (DSL) with sample size often employed in TDT studies. Similar to association analyses with the TDT in nuclear families, our exclusion analyses are generally not affected by population admixture. The exclusion analyses may be implemented to rule out candidate genes with no or minor genetic effects as supplemental analyses for the TDT. The utility of the approach is illustrated with an application to test the importance of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene underlying the differential risk to osteoporosis.

摘要：A 3-D modeling of FEA （finite element analysis） design provides for high-speed synchronous with PMs （permanent magnets） applied in aerospace application will be examined under design considerations ofn = 12,000 rpm, short-duty operation, and etc. for an ARWM （aerospace retraction wheel motor）. First, lumped-elements will be fine-tuned following numerical method results is reported steady-state and transient solutions. Besides, the equations of thermal modeling such as Re, N,,, G,. and Pr numbers in order to calculate heat-transfer coefficient of convection on the rotor and stator surfaces in the air-gap have calculated. This section illustrates the temperature distribution of each point in a clear view. By CFD （fluid dynamic analysis） analysis, the fluid dynamics were modeled, pressure and velocity streamlines of cooling-flow have analyzed. An optimization algorithm was derived in order to have optimized number of water-channels as well. Second, calculation of nodal and tangential forces which deal with mechanical stresses of the ARWM have represented. The paper discusses an accurate magnetic-field analysis that addresses equivalent stress distribution in the magnetic core through using the transient FEA to estimate motor characteristics. The whole model shear and normal mechanical stresses and total deformation oftbe ARWM has been investigated by transient FEA. The end-winding effects were included by the authors.
