摘要：Based on the active site of lanosterol 14α-demethylase of azole antifungal agents,sixteen 1-（1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl）- 2-（2,4- difluorophenyl）-3-（N-n-butyl-N-1-substitutedbenzyl-4-methylene-1H-1,2,3-triazole）-2-propanols have been designed,synthesized and evaluated as antifungal *** of preliminary antifungal tests against eight human pathogenic fungi in vitro showed that some of the compounds exhibited excellent activities with broad spectrum.

摘要：A new method for the comparison of the treatment efficacy for specific diseases or conditions between Chinese medicine and Western medicine, which serve the same medical aim but are based on substantially different theoretical systems, was identified. Abiding by the principle of parallel subgroup design of a randomized controlled trial （PSD-RCT）, participants were recruited following identical inclusion and exclusion criteria and were randomly allocated into two groups to receive treatment using the respective approaches of Chinese medicine and Western medicine. The Chinese medicine group was divided into subgroups according to the theory of Chinese medicine and the Western medicine group was also divided into subgroups according to the theory of Western medicine. The treatment for each subgroup was well defined in the protocol, including major formulae and principles for individualized modifications. The primary outcome measure was ascertained to be directly related to the patients＇ status but independent from both theories of Chinese medicine and Western medicine, while the secondary outcomes were represented by the patient-reported outcomes and some laboratory tests commonly accepted by Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Then, taking functional dyspepsia as an example, the authors explain the framework of the PSD-RCT for efficacy comparisons between Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and recommend that the PSD-RCT can be used to compare treatment efficacy for a specific disease or condition between Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and the comparison among subgroups can provide valuable clues for further studies.

摘要：Critical bone defects are considered one of the major clinical challenges in reconstructive bone *** combination of 3D printed conductive scaffolds and exogenous electrical stimulation(ES)is a potential favorable approach for bone tissue *** this study,3D conductive scaffolds made with biocompatible and biodegradable polycaprolactone(PCL)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were produced using the extrusion-based additive manufacturing to treat large calvary bone defects in *** results show that the use of PCL/MWCNTs scaffolds and ES contributes to thicker and increased bone tissue formation within the bone *** and mineralization are also significantly promoted using high concentration of MWCNTs(3 wt%)and ***,scaffolds favor the tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)positive cell formation,while the addition of MWCNTs seems to inhibit the osteoclastogenesis but present limited effects on the osteoclast functionalities(receptor activator of nuclear factor κβ ligand(RANKL)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)expressions).The use of ES promotes the osteoclastogenesis and RANKL expressions,showing a dominant effect in the bone remodeling *** results indicate that the combination of 3D printed conductive PCL/MWCNTs scaffold and ES is a promising strategy to treat critical bone defects and provide a cue to establish an optimal protocol to use conductive scaffolds and ES for bone tissue engineering.

摘要：The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the devel- opment of acupuncture, but have also affected the specificity of acupoints. The present study used instruments to control needle depth, lifting and thrusting frequency, and the duration of acupuncture. Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan （PC6） with different stimulation parameters. A frequency of 1, 2, or 3 Hz and duration of 5, 60, or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery. Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60 seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume. In- teractions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy.

摘要：This study aimed to identify the potential of shrub legumes as protein feed in West Timor. Eight shrub legumes, i.e., Clitoria ternatea Q5455 （CT Q5455）, Clitoria ternatea millgara （CT millgara）, Centrosema pascuorum bundey （CP bundey）, Centrosema pascuorum molle （CP molle）, Macroptilium bracteatum juanita （MB Juanita）, Macroptilium bracteatum cadaarga （MB cadaarga）, Dolichos lablab （DL） and Stylossanthes seabrana （SS） were evaluated for their yield and nutritive value in Randomized Block Design. Each legume was cultivated in four plots of different soil fertility as block （5 ~ 5 m2 per plot）. Phosphorus （P） fertilizer was applied once just before planting at level of 50 kg ha~. Watering was done three times per week using sprinkler. The legumes were harvested at 120 days after planting （dap） in three sub-plots of 1 x 1 m2 size for their yield measurement. Samples of each legume was taken for Dry Matter （DM）, Organic Matter （OM）, Crude Protein （CP）, cellulose, hemi-cellulose and lignin content and in vitro DM, OM and CP digestibility test. Data were statistically analyzed using Genstat release 12.2. The results showed that the legumes showed significantly different （P 〈 0.01） in biomass yield. The highest biomass yield was shown by SS （6,739 kg DM ha-l; 6,120 kg OM ha1 and 1,224 kg CP hal） and the lowest was by DL （1,294 kg DM ha^-1; 1,157 kg OM ha^-1 and 242 kg CP ha^-1）. In general, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） of DM digestibility of the eight legumes, except for DL which showed significantly highest （P 〈 0.01） DM and OM digestibility compared to the other.

摘要：Plant-based bioproduction of insect sex pheromones has been proposed as an innovative strategy to increase the sustainability of pest control in ***,we describe the engineering of transgenic plants producing(Z)-11-hexadecenol(Z11-16OH)and(Z)-11-hexadecenyl acetate(Z11-16OAc),two main volatile components in many Lepidoptera sex pheromone *** assembled multigene DNA constructs encoding the pheromone biosynthetic pathway and stably transformed them into Nicotiana benthamiana *** constructs contained the Amyelois transitella AtrΔ11 desaturase gene,the Helicoverpa armigera fatty acyl reductase HarFAR gene,and the Euonymus alatus diacylglycerol acetyltransferase EaDAct gene in different *** the pheromone-producing plants showed dwarf phenotypes,the severity of which correlated with pheromone *** but one of the recovered lines produced high levels of Z11-16OH,but very low levels of Z11-16OAc,probably as a result of recurrent truncations at the level of the EaDAct *** one plant line(SxPv1.2)was recovered that harboured an intact pheromone pathway and which produced moderate levels of Z11-16OAc(11.8μg g^(-1) FW)and high levels of Z11-16OH(111.4μg g^(-1)).Z11-16OAc production was accompanied in SxPv1.2 by a partial recovery of the dwarf ***1.2 was used to estimate the rates of volatile pheromone release,which resulted in 8.48 ng g-1 FW per day for Z11-16OH and 9.44 ng g^(-1 )FW per day for *** results suggest that pheromone release acts as a limiting factor in pheromone biodispenser strategies and establish a roadmap for biotechnological improvements.
