摘要：联合战术信息分发系统（1TIDS）是Link－16数据链系统的通信终端。当Link－16采用双脉冲结构进行传输时，JTIDS是一种序贯分集为二的直接序列／快速跳频混合扩频系统。为了最小化脉冲噪声干扰（PNI）带来的影响，本文设想在lTIDS接收机内设计一个采用噪声归一化合并方法（NNC）的MSK相干解调器。本文研究了在PNI条件下，对双脉冲结构JTIDS波形采用噪声归一化合并方法进行相干检测的误符号率（SER）性能。为便于分析，假定可以实现跳频解跳、序列同步、码片同步、32位码片序列去扰。此外，假设采用最大似然码片检测，而不是最大似然码片序列检测，因为前一种方法对于JTIDS信号来说更为实际。本文对采用NNC、不采用NNC以及已知完整边带信息的结果进行了比较，结果表明对双脉冲结构JTIDS波形进行相干检测时，采用NNC可以有效地减轻PNI带来的系统性能损失。

摘要：Umbrella-shaped assembly of cylindrical fins is optimized by adopting analytical method and taking dimensionless mean thermal resistance (MTR) as performance index. The optimal construct of umbrella-shaped assembly is obtained. The results show that the heat conductance performance of the assembly becomes ever worse with ever greater number of elemental cylindrical fins,the umbrella-shaped assembly reduces to cylindrical fin in some values of design parameters,and the diameters’ dependence on design parameters is weak for the optimized assembly. An equivalent thermal resistance defined based on entransy dissipation rate (EDR) reflects an average heat transfer effect of the assembly. The constructal design corresponding to the minimum EDR (or MTR) should be adopted for designing an assembly of fins in engineering at the limit safe condition.

摘要：Steam generator is optimized by applying entransy dissipation extremum principle and constructal theory and adopting analyti-cal *** obtained results show that the optimal spacing between adjacent tubes,the mass flow rate of gas and the maximum entransy dissipation rate all depend on the dimensionless diameter of one tube,the dimensionless pressure difference number and the dimensionless length of flow channel of *** the three dimensionless groups,the optimal numbers of riser tubes and downcomer tubes and their summation all depend on the dimensionless height of one *** maximum entransy dissipation rate increases as the pressure difference that drives the gas flowing increases,and as the diameter of one tube and the length of flow channel both *** mean heat flux in the heat transfer process of hot gas grows greatly,and the performance of the system is *** with the optimal construct with heat transfer rate maximization,the optimal construct with entransy dissipation rate maximization can improved the heat transfer effect of the steam generator more.

摘要：This paper focuses on the public participation in environmental planning. After the decade for inaccessible information related to the decision taken, actually, the program of public participation is the reference of all the decision making process. However, there are some factors that limit this process, such as poverty, illiteracy, ignorance and often the social inequality. Therefore, this study focuses first on the benefits of public participation in environmental planning, then the involvement of the local population, and finally the decision making access using a case study of Madagascar.

摘要：Critical bone defects are considered one of the major clinical challenges in reconstructive bone *** combination of 3D printed conductive scaffolds and exogenous electrical stimulation(ES)is a potential favorable approach for bone tissue *** this study,3D conductive scaffolds made with biocompatible and biodegradable polycaprolactone(PCL)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were produced using the extrusion-based additive manufacturing to treat large calvary bone defects in *** results show that the use of PCL/MWCNTs scaffolds and ES contributes to thicker and increased bone tissue formation within the bone *** and mineralization are also significantly promoted using high concentration of MWCNTs(3 wt%)and ***,scaffolds favor the tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)positive cell formation,while the addition of MWCNTs seems to inhibit the osteoclastogenesis but present limited effects on the osteoclast functionalities(receptor activator of nuclear factor κβ ligand(RANKL)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)expressions).The use of ES promotes the osteoclastogenesis and RANKL expressions,showing a dominant effect in the bone remodeling *** results indicate that the combination of 3D printed conductive PCL/MWCNTs scaffold and ES is a promising strategy to treat critical bone defects and provide a cue to establish an optimal protocol to use conductive scaffolds and ES for bone tissue engineering.

摘要：The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the devel- opment of acupuncture, but have also affected the specificity of acupoints. The present study used instruments to control needle depth, lifting and thrusting frequency, and the duration of acupuncture. Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan （PC6） with different stimulation parameters. A frequency of 1, 2, or 3 Hz and duration of 5, 60, or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery. Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60 seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume. In- teractions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy.

摘要：DEXi是一个面向教育的,组合约束条件的决策支持计算机软件,其目的在于交互设计定性的,组合约束条件和分层次的决策支持模型,以及对备选方案的评估。XMCDA是一个新出现的数据标准,它根据清晰定义的语法,支持用XML来呈现组合约束条件决策支持的数据元素。在这篇文章中,我们调查了一些方法,并且提出了一些将定性的DEXi决策支持模型转化为XMCDA标准的解决方案。这项工作的动机在于实现DEXi模型在Decision Deck这个使用组合约束条件决策支持的标准来协作开发开源软件的平台上的应用。

摘要：USB接口以其高速稳定的传输性能和即插即用的操作而被广泛应用于计算机系统中。但是由于其传输距离短的缺点,大大阻碍了远距离场所的广泛应用。本文采用CH315G芯片作为信号转换器,辅以普通的5类或者超5类网线和RJ45水晶头,设计和实现了一种价格低廉,方便操作的USB远距离传输方案。实验证明,此方案可以从5米的USB标准传输距离,延长至最大300米的距离,从而满足了工控等特殊行业和用户的远距离传输需求。

摘要：DEXi是一个面向教育的,组合约束条件的决策支持计算机软件,其目的在于交互开发定性分析的、组合约束条件和分层次的决策支持模型,以及对备选方案的评估。Decision Desktop软件,简称d2,是Decision Deck平台上的一个软件模块,它是一个桌面的、客户端/服务器模式的软件。d2上集成了许多种不同的组合约束条件决策支持方法,其目的是提高不同组合约束条件决策支持方法之间的交互性和兼容性。但是,目前集成的决策支持方法都是定量分析的决策支持方法。这篇文章提出了将定性分析的DEXi决策支持模型作为一个插件集成到d2中的方法。这是第一个被集成到d2中的定性分析的决策支持方法。
