摘要：A Single-Buffered （SB） router is a router where only one stage of shared buffering is sandwiched between two interconnects in comparison of a Combined Input and Output Queued （CIOQ） router where a central switch fabric is sandwiched between two stages of buffering. The notion of SB routers was firstly proposed by the High-Performance Networking Group （HPNG） of Stanford University, along with two promising designs of SB routers： one of which was Parallel Shared Memory （PSM） router and the other was distributed Shared Memory （dSM） router. Admittedly, the work of HPNG deserved full credit, but all results presented by them appeared to relay on a Centralized Memory Management Algorithm （CMMA） which was essentially impractical because of the high processing and communication complexity. This paper attempts to make a scalable high-speed SB router completely practical by introducing a fully distributed architecture for managing the shared memory of SB routers. The resulting SB router is called as a Virtual Output and Input Queued （VOIQ） router. Furthermore, the scheme of VOIQ routers can not only eliminate the need for the CMMA scheduler, thus allowing a fully distributed implementation with low processing and commu- nication complexity, but also provide QoS guarantees and efficiently support variable-length packets in this paper. In particular, the results of performance testing and the hardware implementation of our VOIQ-based router （NdSC~ Sr1880-TTM series） are illustrated at the end of this paper. The proposal of this paper is the first distributed scheme of how to design and implement SB routers publicized till now.

摘要：This paper introduces a homemade injection-enhanced gate transistor （IEGT） with blocking voltage up to 3.7 kV. An advanced cell structure with dummy trench and a large cell pitch is adopted in the IEGT. The carrier concentration at the N-emitter side is increased by the larger cell pitch of the IEGT and it enhances the P-i-N effect within the device. The result shows that the IEGT has a remarkablely low on-state forward voltage drop （VCE（sat）） compared to traditional trench IGBT structures. However, too large cell pitch decreases the channel density of the trench IEGT and increases the voltage drop across the channel, finally it will increase the VCE（sat） of the IEGT. Therefore, the cell pitch selection is the key parameter consideration in the design of the IEGT. In this paper, a cell pitch selection method and the optimal value of 3.3 kV IEGT are presented by simulations and experimental results.

摘要：As functional components of machine tools, parallel mechanisms are widely used in high efficiency machining of aviation components, and accuracy is one of the critical technical indexes. Lots of researchers have focused on the accuracy problem of parallel mechanisms, but in terms of controlling the errors and improving the accuracy in the stage of design and manufacturing, further efforts are required. Aiming at the accuracy design of a 3-dOF parallel spindle head（A3 head）, its error model, sensitivity analysis and tolerance allocation are investigated. Based on the inverse kinematic analysis, the error model of A3 head is established by using the first-order perturbation theory and vector chain method. According to the mapping property of motion and constraint Jacobian matrix, the compensatable and uncompensatable error sources which affect the accuracy in the end-effector are separated. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis is performed on the uncompensatable error sources. The sensitivity probabilistic model is established and the global sensitivity index is proposed to analyze the influence of the uncompensatable error sources on the accuracy in the end-effector of the mechanism. The results show that orientation error sources have bigger effect on the accuracy in the end-effector. Based upon the sensitivity analysis results, the tolerance design is converted into the issue of nonlinearly constrained optimization with the manufacturing cost minimum being the optimization objective. By utilizing the genetic algorithm, the allocation of the tolerances on each component is finally determined. According to the tolerance allocation results, the tolerance ranges of ten kinds of geometric error sources are obtained. These research achievements can provide fundamental guidelines for component manufacturing and assembly of this kind of parallel mechanisms.

摘要：Anti-lipopolysaccharide factors （ALFs） are important antimicrobial peptides that are isolated from some aquatic species. In a previous study, we isolated ALF genes from Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis. In this study, we optimized the production of a recombinant ALF by expressing E. sinensis ALF genes in Eseherichia coli maintained in shake-flasks. In particular, we focused on optimization of both the medium composition and the culture condition. Various medium components were analyzed by the Plackett-Burman design, and two significant screened factors, （NH4）2SO4 and KH2PO4, were further optimized via the central composite design （CCd）. Based on the CCd analysis, we investigated the induction start-up time, the isopropylthio-d-galactoside （IPTG） concentration, the post-induction time, and the temperature by response surface methodology. We found that the highest level of ALF fusion protein was achieved in the medium containing 1.89 g/L （NH4）2SO4 and 3.18 g/L KH2PO4, with a cell optical density of 0.8 at 600 nm before induction, an IPTG concentration of 0.5 mmol/L, a post-induction temperature of 32.7~C, and a post-induction time of 4 h. Applying the whole optimization strategy using all optimal factors improved the target protein content from 6.1% （without optimization） to 13.2%. We further applied the optimized medium and conditions in high cell density cultivation, and determined that the soluble target protein constituted 105% of the total protein. Our identification of the economic medium composition, optimal culture conditions, and details of the fermentation process should facilitate the potential application of ALF for further research.

摘要：Network function virtualization （NFV） is a newly proposed technique designed to construct and manage network fimctions dynamically and efficiently. Allocating physical resources to the virtual network function forwarding graph is a critical issue in NFV. We formulate the forwarding graph embedding （FGE） problem as a binary integer programming problem, which aims to increase the revenue and decrease the cost to a service provider （SP） while considering limited network resources and the requirements of virtual functions. We then design a novel regional resource clustering metric to quantify the embedding potential of each substrate node and propose a topology-aware FGE algorithm called ＇regional resource clustering FGE＇ （rrC-FGE）. After implementing our algorithms in C＋＋, simulation results showed that the total revenue was increased by more than 50 units and the acceptance ratio by more than 15%, and the cost of the service provider was decreased by more than 60 units.

摘要：The super-high speed high temperature superconductor （HTS） maglev evacuated tube transport （ETT） is a promising transport mode for the future. As a key component of the HTS maglev vehicle, the permanent magnet guide- ways （PMGs） with different geometrical configurations and iron yoke widths are analyzed by finite element method （FEM）. The levitation force of a single onboard HTS maglev device over the designed PMG at different field cooling heights （FCH） is measured by magnetic levitation measurement system. Based on the designed PMG and experimental results, a preliminary scheme of subterranean super-high speed HTS maglev ETT is described in this paper. The HTS maglev ETT is mainly composed of an evacuated tube, HTS maglev vehicle, PMG, propulsion system, station, emergency rescue system, etc. In addition, a subterranean tube that consists of foundation tube and vacuum airproof layer is introduced. In order to convert the stress caused by the air pressure difference between inside and outside of the vehicle, a multi-circular vehicle body is designed. The vehicle is driven by a linear motor propulsion system under the control of a ground controlling system. The scheme of long-distance super-high speed passenger transportation is accomplished by the connection of different vehicles.

摘要：Landslides are one of the key problems for stability analysis of pipelines in the western region of China where the geological conditions are extremely complicated. In order to offer a theoretical basis for the pipe-soil interaction, the general finite element program ABAQUS is used to analyze the distribution of pipe strain caused by landslide through which the pipeline passes. In this paper the ramberg-Osgood constitutive equation is used to study the strain-based mechanical characteristics of pipelines. different calculation schemas are designed by considering the change of spatial relationship between pipeline and landslide, and the change of d/t, diameter-thickness ratio of pipeline. The results indicate that the pipeline is primarily subjected to tension stress when the landslide crosses the pipeline perpendicularly, the pipe strain is a maximum along the central axis of the landslide, and reverse bending occurs on pipeline at both edges of the landslide. The pipeline is primarily subjected to friction force caused by the downward movement of the landslide, and the friction force is relatively small when the landslide is parallel to the pipeline. The pipe strain is in proportional to d/t, and this means decreasing d/t can help to improve security of pipelines subjected to the landslide.
