摘要：A fast intra mode decision algorithm is proposed in this paper to reduce the complexity of H.264 encoder. The proposed algorithm adopted the pre-processing method based on edge feature in pictures to filter out some impossible prediction modes. Context information and pre-computed threshold are used to determine whether it is necessary to check the DC mode. This method is able to get rid of most of candidate modes so that only 66—150 modes are left for the final mode decision, instead of 592 modes in the case of full search （FS） method of H.264. Simulation results demonstrate that the coding time of the proposed algorithm falls down 71.70/0 compared with FS method, while the performance loss is trivial compared with FS mode decision scheme.

摘要：化学取代是有效调节分子电导,产生多通道输运、量子干涉效应和其他机制的关键方法.但分子骨架和侧基之间存在复杂的相互作用,目前仍未被研究清楚.在本工作中,我们结合扫描隧道显微镜裂结实验技术和第一性原理计算方法,深入研究了具有不同σ和π侧基的分子电导.实验结果及理论分析表明,σ侧基的加入引起了分子前线轨道的对称性破缺并加剧了分子内散射,从而导致电导的降低.相反,π侧基引入了额外的电荷传输通道,实现了电荷传输的多通道效应,增加了分子的电导.这些发现为未来分子功能化和分子电子器件的设计提供了坚实的基础.

摘要：A new approach to the design of the optical fiber direction coupler by using neural network is proposed. To train the artificial neural network,the coupling length is defined as the input sample, and the coupling ratio is defined as the output sample. Compared with the numerical value calculation of the theoretical formula, the error of the neural network model output is 1% ***, through the model, to design a broadband or a single wavelength optical fiber direction coupler becomes easy. The method is proved to be reliable, accurate and time saving. So it is promising in the field of both investigation and application.

摘要：This paper optimizes the buried channel charge-coupled device(BCCD) structure fabricated by complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) technology. The optimized BCCD has advantages of low noise, high integration and high image quality. The charge transfer process shows that interface traps, weak fringing fields and potential well between adjacent gates all cause the decrease of charge transfer efficiency(CTE). CTE and well capacity are simulated with different operating voltages and gap sizes. CTE can achieve 99.999% and the well capacity reaches up to 25 000 electrons for the gap size of 130 nm and the maximum operating voltage of 3 V.
