摘要：In the China merchants property 2013 green architectural design competition,feature of this awardwinning program is the design method based on the principles of passive priority and comprehensive utilization of full life cycle. The passive priority can be achieved by building form derived from the simulation and analysis of wind environment,improvement of the building envelope insulation and the dehumidification of fresh air,the use of solar energy. The full life cycle utilization can be accomplished by the combination of exhibition and residents' leisure activities, and the integration with local cultural tradition, thereby improving energy efficiency and the utilization of the building.

摘要：Based on the current indoor natural ventilation and lighting in the space of traditional residential buildings,this paper starts from the passive-design optimization of the spatial natural ventilation and lighting,and makes quantitative evaluation on the quality of current interior natural ventilation and lighting for two typical residential buildings by three indexes,including wind speed,static wind area ratio and satisfaction ratio about minimum lighting coefficient. Based on that, this paper conducts the passive design optimization, and establishes the quantitative association and reevaluation among the passive reformation design, natural ventilation,and lighting environmental quality,proposing the general strategy for the existing residential buildings to respond to the passive reformation design of the natural ventilation and lighting. The special reconstruction of core functionary space of integration of "the living room + dining room + partial space"is researched,and the redesign for the optimization and replacement of both indoor and outdoor enclosure parts is explored,which is expected to provide practical exploration on the strategies for passive construction of spatial natural environmental quality within a large number of highly-energy-consumed residential buildings in China,as well as the green design of residential buildings.

摘要：From a stakeholder perspective,this paper discusses the positive and negative impacts of“We Media”on public participation in urban planning based on a case study on the public event related to the urban Design of Xuanwu Avenue in *** research draws the following ***,“We Media”helps to reduce the cost of the bottom-up feedback in the public participation process as it expands information dissemination approaches,and the comprehensiveness and objectiveness of the information it carries is a key factor influencing the participation ***,the absence of indirect stakeholders is one of the major reasons for ineffective *** on this,this paper proposes the following suggestions:it is advisable to change“We Media”from a single functional feedback and complaint tool into a composite media platform for public participation engaging in every link of urban planning;public participation approaches should be well designed to adapt to different planning types,phases,and issues;and relevant government departments should develop a standardized response model for public emergencies.

摘要：A modular-based Green Design Studio(GDS)platform has been developed in this study for fast and accurate performance analysis for early stage green building *** GDS platform aims to simplify the design and analysis process by embedding performance parameters into design elements in modules and employing near-real-time model for whole building performance simulation as well as by providing an easy-to-use and intuitive user interface to assist users without extensive knowledge on building *** platform consists of building modules as fundamental building blocks,performance predicting models,and a user interface for visualization and interactive *** the platform,a whole building is composed of modules organized in a hierarchical structure,including spaces,enclosures,service systems,sustainable resource systems and *** physics-based and data-driven models can be used to simulate the building performance and optimize building systems.A simplified physics-based model,the Resistance–Capacitance(RC)model,has been proposed as a generic simulation model for the flows of heat,air,moisture and pollutants,which is significantly faster than conventional simulation tools such as EnergyPlus,and hence more practical for use in real-time design interaction and optimization.A pilot case study is conducted to illustrate the modular-based design approach using a section of an office *** to conventional building performance analysis tools,the GDS platform can provide fast and reliable feedback on performance prediction for early *** modular approach makes it easier to modify the building design and evaluate the potentials and contributions of various green design features and technologies.

摘要：As the most important part of the construction of beautiful countryside, village planning plays a crucial role in the construction of beautiful countryside. How to construct a beautiful village with prominent regional characteristics in line with rural natural resources and traditional culture turns out be a problem demanding prompt solution in current theoretical research and practical exploration. With the introduction of the landscape information chain theory, Jiabi Village in Maoba Town, Lichuan City was taken for example to create a complete landscape information chain where tea culture dominates and different cultures intermingle by excavating local landscape information elements, creating landscape information places, and constructing landscape information corridor, so as to create a distinctive beautiful vil age in western Hubei and accord with its positioning of "China's tea homestay culture village" and "China's couplet tea village".

摘要：The grand challenges of climate change demand a new paradigm of urban design that takes the perfor- mance of urban systems into account, such as energy and water efficiency. Traditional urban design methods focus on the form-making process and lack performance dimensions. Geodesign is an emerging approach that emphasizes the links between systems thinking, digital technology, and geographic con- text. This paper presents the research results of the first phase of a larger research collaboration and pro- poses an extended geodesign method for a district-scale urban design to integrate systems of renewable energy production, energy consumption, and storm water management, as well as a measurement of human experiences in cities. The method incorporates geographic information system （GIS）, parametric modeling techniques, and multidisciplinary design optimization （MDO） tools that enable collaborative design decision-making. The method is tested and refined in a test case with the objective of designing a near-zero-energy urban district. Our final method has three characteristics. （1） Integrated geodesign and parametric design： It uses a parametric design approach to generate focal-scale district prototypes by means of a custom procedural algorithm, and applies geodesign to evaluate the performances of design proposals. （2） A focus on design flow： It elaborates how to define problems, what information is selected, and what criteria are used in making design decisions. （3） Multi-objective optimization： The test case produces indicators from performance modeling and derives principles through a multi-objective computational experiment to inform how the design can be improved. This paper concludes with issues and next steps in modeling urban design and infrastructure systems based on MDO tools.

摘要：Wind environment simulation of a commercial district in Baise city of Guangxi Province, China, is carried out in the design phase. The results are analyzed and based on the evaluation standard for greening building of China. The simulation method is discussed in detail, and some suggestions for wind environment optimization are put forward, which might be helpful for similar research.
