摘要：在车载炮驾驶室拓扑优化设计和刚强度分析计算中,需要明确大量的、不同射击条件下的冲击载荷.如何快速获取驾驶室表面的冲击载荷是车载炮设计中尚未解决的难题之一.本文将深度学习方法引入到驾驶室表面冲击载荷的求解中,基于卷积-多维特征LSTM神经网络,提出了一种驾驶室表面冲击载荷快速预测方法,实现了不同发射条件下驾驶室表面冲击载荷计算,求解速度接近实时级别.算例结果表明,深度学习模型的求解精度与传统CFD仿真精度相当,但求解耗时在毫秒级,大大提高了计算效率,具备离线训练、在线计算的潜力.且当驾驶室形貌特征轻微变化时,本文模型依然适用.本文成果可快速为驾驶室刚强度校核和拓扑优化提供载荷条件,有助于缩短车载炮研发周期,为车载炮系统的数字孪生模型构建奠定了基础.

摘要：When using a single reference to measure the bi-directional scattering distribution function （BSDF）, the incident zenith angle of the tested sample must be identical to that of the reference. In order to get the hemisphere space scattering characteristic on the sample surface, usually a motor drives the sample tilting, then the incident zenith angle is changed and needs to be the compensated by another motor. We mathematically deduce the expression of compensation angle when the incident zenith angle is changed by the rotation of motor. After the incident angle is compensated, the scattering zenith angle and azimuth angle are deduced too. The uncertainty of the system is 0.75%. Scattering measurements are performed on copper sample with visible light under different temperatures.

摘要：Reliability tolerance design of electromagnetic relay during its design period plays an essential role in guaranteeing the consistencies of reliability and output characteristic. The reliability tolerance design can ensure that the products would work well under the influence of disturbing factors (including internal interference, external interference, and machining dispersion). Com- pared with static characteristic, dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic relay can describe its operating process better. This article researches influence of the three kinds of disturbing factors on the dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic relay based on calculating dynamic characteristic. Then, the dynamic reliability tolerance design method of electromagnetic relay is discussed considering three kinds of disturbing factors. Conclusions reached can help to assure the reliability of electromagnetic relay from the beginning of design.

摘要：Tolerance design, including tolerance analysis and distribution, is an important part of the electronic system’s reli- ability design. The traditional design needs to construct mathematic model of material circuit, which involves large amount of workload and lacks of practicability. This paper discusses the basic theory of electronic system’s reliability tolerance design and presents a new design method based on EDA (Electronic Design Automatic) software. This method has been validated through the application research on reliability tolerance design of the DC hybrid contactor’s control circuit.

摘要：According to the test data of subdivision errors in the measuring cycle of angular measuring system, the characteristics of subdivision errors generated by this system are analyzed. It is found that the subdivision errors are mainly due to the rotary-type inductosyn itself. For the characteristic of cyclical change, the subdivision errors in other measuring cycles can be compensated by the subdivision error model in one measuring cycle. Using the measured error data as training samples, combining GA and BP algorithm, an ANN model of subdivision error is designed. Simulation results indicate that GA reduces the uncertainty in the training process of the ANN model, and enhances the generalization of the model. Compared with the error model based on the least-mean-squared method, the designed ANN model of subdivision errors can achieve higher compensating

摘要：The electro-hydrostatic actuator （EHA） is a kind of power-by-wire （PBW） actuator that converts the electrical power into localized hydraulic power for flight control. By removing the central hydraulic power supply together with hydraulic pipes, an EHA＇s reliability and efficiency are greatly improved but its frequency width and stiffness decreased. To overcome the drawback, this article proposes a novel structure of EHA associated with a power regulator. Composed of a high-pressure accumulator and a proportional valve, it can store and harness the hydraulic power flexibly according to the changing control requirements. The concept of transferred volume is put forward to estimate the capability of the power regulator. The actuator output position can be kept fixed with a hydraulic lock. The compounded control is specially developed to ensure the actuator system to operate in a correct manner. The simulation results indicate that the new-brand actuator results in efficient expanding of the system frequency width with an optimal power supply.

摘要：An iterative identification and control design method based on v-gap is given to ensure the stability of closed-loop system and control performance improvement. The whole iterative procedure includes three parts： the optimal excitation signals design, the uncertainty model set identification and the stable controller design. Firstly the worst case v-gap is used as the criterion of the optimal excitation signals design, and the design is performed via the power spectrum optimization. And then, an uncertainty model set is attained by system identification on the basis of the measure signals. The controller is designed to ensure the stability of closed-loop system and the closed-loop performance improvement. Simulation result shows that the proposed method has good convergence and closed-loop control performance.

摘要：Pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO) is a new swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, which is inspired by the behavior of homing pigeons. A variant of pigeon-inspired optimization named multi-objective pigeon-inspired optimization(MPIO) is proposed in this paper. It is also adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization problems in designing the parameters of brushless direct current motors, which has two objective variables, five design variables, and five constraint variables. Furthermore, comparative experimental results with the modified non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm are given to show the feasibility, validity and superiority of our proposed MIPO algorithm.
