摘要：Accurate prediction of chemical composition of vacuum gas oil （VGO） is essential for the routine operation of refineries. In this work, a new approach for auto-design of artificial neural networks （ANN） based on a genetic algorithm （GA） is developed for predicting VGO saturates. The number of neurons in the hidden layer, the momentum and the learning rates are determined by using the genetic algorithm. The inputs for the artificial neural networks model are five physical properties, namely, average boiling point, density, molecular weight, viscosity and refractive index. It is verified that the genetic algorithm could find the optimal structural parameters and training parameters of ANN. In addition, an artificial neural networks model based on a genetic algorithm was tested and the results indicated that the VGO saturates can be efficiently predicted. Compared with conventional artificial neural networks models, this approach can improve the prediction accuracy.

摘要：谐音早已成为一种广泛使用的重要广告语言工具,但尚未有研究考察谐音对广告效果的影响。基于失谐理论,本文通过7个实验(N=2456),考察了谐音对广告评价的影响,以及其作用机制和边界条件。结果发现,谐音能够促使消费者产生更为积极的广告评价,且这一影响藉由新颖性、有趣性的链式中介而实现。然而,谐音对广告评价的这一积极效应会受到消费者新颖性寻求水平、产品消费风险、广告诉求的调节。具体而言,当消费者的新颖性寻求水平较低,或者产品消费风险很高、广告突出权威性时,谐音对广告评价的这一影响会受到削弱。本文结论不仅丰富了谐音启动和失谐理论方面的研究,也为企业广告实践和营销沟通提供了行之有效的管理洞察。

摘要：In this paper,we investigate two competing pay-tv platforms or free-to-air media platforms that consist of two groups of agents:viewers and *** pay-tv platforms can receive revenues from charging viewers pay-per-view prices and advertising,while the free-to-air platforms can only obtain all incomes from *** discuss and compare advertising intensities and program content provisions of the two competing media *** findings show that if the extent to which viewers dislike advertising(the nuisance for advertising)is more massive than the marginal benefit that advertisers receive from an additional viewer,the pay-tv stations tend to maximally differentiate their program content and charge the viewers higher pay-per-view *** the nuisance approaches to the marginal benefit,however,both stations should offer similar program content,and charge the viewers lower prices under certain ***,if both platforms provide duplicated content,they should subsidize the *** contrast,we show that the free-to-air media platforms never duplicate program content with a positive nuisance for advertising,and tend to offer maximal differentiated content if the nuisance is sufficiently ***,we reveal that if the viewers greatly dislike advertising(care less about advertising),the advertising volume of the pay-tv platforms is lower(higher)than that of the free-to-air ***,we extend our base model to the case in which a pay-tv platform competes against a free-to-air station,and numerically show that the profit of the pay-tv platform may be larger or smaller than that of the free-to-air station.

摘要：Traditionally, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) in manufacturing rely heavily on a skilled, technical and professional workforce to increase productivity and remain globally competitive. Crowdsourcing offers an opportunity for SMEs to get access to online communities who may provide requested services such as generating design ideas or problem solutions. However, there are some barriers preventing them from adopting crowdsourcing into their product design and development(PDD) practice. In this paper, we provide a literature review of key crowdsourcing technologies including crowdsourcing platforms and tools, crowdsourcing frameworks,and techniques in terms of open call generation, rewarding, crowd qualification for working, organization structure of crowds, solution evaluation, workflow and quality control and indicate the challenges of integrating crowdsourcing with a PDD process. We also explore the necessary techniques and tools to support the crowdsourcing PDD process. Finally, we propose some key guidelines for coping with the aforementioned challenges in the crowdsourcing PDD process.

The back- stepping method for infinite-dimensional system is adopted in the design of the adaptive regulator. It is shown that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. 摘要：One of the key challenges for implementing RFID systems in supply chain management is the difficulty in economic justification. Such difficulty is further amplified by its public participation nature as multiple self-interest beneficiaries may receive diverse paybacks, and their incentives to join the system are difficult to align. This paper aims to address these problems by a collaborative design from two aspects. First, we propose to introduce a centralized planning mechanism in the chain to facilitate the participation, so that the cost of the overall system can be minimized. Second, we propose to analyze the multi-facet economic return from multi-purpose applications to achieve the full potential of RFID systems. To illustrate our approach, its application for inventory inaccuracy and product recall in RFID system is presented.

摘要：Efficiency and scalability are still the bottleneck for secure multi-party computation geometry （SMCG）. In this work a secure planar convex hull （SPCH） protocol for large-scaled point sets in semi-honest model has been proposed efficiently to solve the above problems. Firstly, a novel priva- cy-preserving point-inclusion （PPPI） protocol is designed based on the classic homomorphic encryp- tion and secure cross product protocol, and it is demonstrated that the complexity of PPPI protocol is independent of the vertex size of the input convex hull. And then on the basis of the novel PPPI pro- tocol, an effective SPCH protocol is presented. Analysis shows that this SPCH protocol has a good performance for large-scaled point sets compared with previous solutions. Moreover, analysis finds that the complexity of our SPCH protocol relies on the size of the points on the outermost layer of the input point sets only.

摘要：This paper presents a three-stage hypothesis on the development of creative industrial clusters, which includes stages of agglomeration, interfacing, and network development. In the first stage, micro-entities concentrate geographically in a creative industrial cluster in search of resources. The second stage reflects the need for building identity. Finally, the third stage is the outcome of multi-dimensional expansion. As a creative industrial cluster develops, its focus moves from geographic concentration to division of labor and the creation of novel systems. Using this three-stage framework, this paper conducts an empirical study on Beijing＇s 798 District （＂798＂）. Our study finds that the ＂self-destruction ＂phenomenon （which appeared after 798 had reached the stage of network development in a low-level capacity） is essentially the product of a squeezing effect of commercial prosperity on art production. Our study further examines four models of art-commerce integration and explains the ways in which creative industrial clusters are different from conventional industrial clusters： a creative cluster is a platform of integration for culture, commerce, and technology. Its course of development is characterized by novelty, emergence of identity through interfacing, and network cooperation.
