摘要：In this paper, the resonant frequency of a dual\|mode dielectric resonator is calculated using a finite difference time\|domain method. A new type of bandpass filter is designed with the calculated coupling coefficient. The filter designed in this paper has reached the design goal, verified by simulation with Ansoft HFSS.

摘要：To overcome imperfection of exhaustive based beam searching scheme in IEEE 802.15.3c and IEEE 802.11 ad and accelerate the beam training process, combined with the fast beam searching algorithm previously proposed, this paper proposed a beam codebook design scheme for phased array to not only satisfy the fast beam searching algorithm's demand, but also make good use of the advantage of the searching algorithm. The simulation results prove that the proposed scheme not only performs well on flexibility and searching time complexity, but also has high success ratio.

摘要：We devise three sorts of doped left-handed materials （DLHMs） by introducing inductors and capacitors into the traditional left-handed material （LHM） as heterogeneous elements. Some new properties are presented through finitedifference time-domain （FDTD） simulations. On the one hand, the resonance in the traditional LHM is weakened and the original pass band is narrowed by introducing inductors. On the other hand, the original pass band of the LHM can be shifted and a new pass band can be generated by introducing capacitors. When capacitors and inductors are introduced simultaneously, the resonance of traditional LHM is somewhat weakened and the number of original pass bands as well as its bandwidth can be changed.

摘要：A local and global context representation learning model for Chinese characters is designed and a Chinese word segmentation method based on character representations is proposed in this ***,the proposed Chinese character learning model uses the semantics of local context and global context to learn the representation of Chinese ***,Chinese word segmentation model is built by a neural network,while the segmentation model is trained with the character representations as its input ***,experimental results show that Chinese character representations can effectively learn the semantic *** with similar semantics cluster together in the visualize ***,the proposed Chinese word segmentation model also achieves a pretty good improvement on precision,recall and f-measure.

摘要：In this paper, a novel approach is presented to synthesize microwave medium of negative refractive index by incorporating metallic wire array with negative effective permittivity into the host media such as ferrimagnet-YIG (yttrium iron garnet) applied by external magnetic field whose permeability is negative. We have designed the composite medium having negative refractive index in C/X band frequencies, analyzed and simulated its electromagnetic (EM) properties by use of EM EDA package based on time-domain finite integration method. The simulation results show that: ① the effective permittivity of the designed metallic wire array is negative in the frequency range from 7.02 GHz to 9.80 GHz; ② the permeability of YIG substrate immersed into an external magnetic field is negative in the frequency range from 5.22 GHz to 8.14 GHz; ③ EM wave can pass through the composite medium synthesized by the above designed metallic wire array and YIG substrate, and ④ the negative refraction behavior occurs on the interface between the composite medium and the normal material with positive refractive index in 7.51―8.13 GHz frequency range, in which the effective permittivity of the metallic wire array and the permeability of YIG substrate are negative simultaneously. The full wave simulation has demonstrated that the effective refractive index of the designed composite medium is indeed negative and ascertained that the proposed approach to design microwave medium with negative refractive index is viable.

摘要：The full-duplex(FD) based wireless communication devices,which are capable of concurrently transmitting and receiving signals with a single frequency band,suffer from a severe self-interference(SI) due to the large power difference between the devices' own transmission and the useful signal comes from the remote transmitters. To enable the practical FD devices to be implementable,the SI power must be sufficiently suppressed to the level of background noise power,making the received signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio(SINR) satisfy the decoding requirement. In this paper,the design and implementation of the duplexer for facilitating SI cancellation in FD based wireless communications are investigated,with a new type of duplexer(i.e. an improved directional coupler) designed for improving the spatial suppression of the SI power. Furthermore,the practical circuit boards are designed and verified for the proposed prototype,showing that the spatial suppression capability may be up to 36 d B(i.e. much higher than that attainable in the commonly designed ferrite circulator) by using the proposed design.

摘要：The circular polarized microstrip antenna in the stainless pipe is analyzed by the finite-difference time-domain （FDTD） method with PML absorbing boundary condition. The microstrip antenna is used as a microwave energy supply element for the in-pipe micromachine inspecting. The numerical results agree well with the measured ones.

摘要：By using the complex finite element method （FEM） under perfectly matched layer （PML） boundary conditions, dispersion properties of microstructured optical fibres （MOFs） with elliptical air holes are analysed by changing the pitch and sizes of air holes belonging to the inner three rings. Meanwhile, the confinement loss of the fundamental mode is engineered to achieve the single-polarization single-mode transmission. Based on this analysis, a novel design of MOFs for properties of the single-polarization single-mode and the nearly zero ultraflattened dispersion between lpskm^-1 nm^-1 in the wavelength range of 1.2-1.6μm is presented for the first time.
