摘要：A bandgap voltage reference is designed to meet the requirements of low power loss,low temperature coefficient and high power source rejection ratio(PSRR) in the intergrated circuit. Based on the analysis of conventional bandgap reference circuit,and combined with the integral performance of IC,the specific design index of the bandgap reference is put forward. In the meantime,the circuit and the layout are designed with Chartered 0.35 μm dual gate CMOS process. The simulation result shows that the coefficient is less than 30ppm/℃ with the temperature from -50 ℃ to 150 ℃. The bandgap reference has the characteristics of low power and high PSRR.

摘要：Traditional transformer in high-voltage power supplies has many disadvantages such as high turn’s ratio, large volume and great design difficulties. Parallel resonant converters (PRCs) are widely used in high-voltage power supplies. A kind of high-voltage circuit topology can be formed by combining PRCs and voltage-doubler rectifier, which is called parallel resonant dual voltage converters (PRDVCs). In PRDVCs both voltage-doubler rectifier and transformer can boost voltage, which reduced turn’s ratio and volume of the transformer, making it easier to produce. Thus it not only realizes the high-voltage output, but also realizes the miniaturization of high-voltage power supply. Three modes of the converters were researched and simulated. Converting conditions of three modes were given. At last, PRDVCs was used to design a 5000V/50mA high-voltage power supply. The waveforms and results of the experiment were given, which validated the feasibility of the converters and its conversion efficiency might be improved to 93%.

摘要：为了检测仿制生物制品与其原研生物制品的相似性,目前主要采用基于相对差异指标的统计方法进行评价。常用的统计推断主要基于双序列(two-sequence)、双周期(two-period)的交叉设计,或者在忽略原研药批次间变异情况下的双臂平行设计。本文采用三臂平行设计(three-arm parallel design),分别测定仿制生物制品与原研生物制品的绝对差异,原研生物制品不同批次间的绝对差异,并通过该两绝对差异之比来评价仿制生物制品与原研生物制品的生物相似性概率(biosimilar probability)。这种基于生物相似性概率的评价标准,在大样本下具有渐进正态的性质,给出了检验的功效和临床试验中样本量的计算公式。本文通过模拟研究和样本量估算,证明了生物相似性概率的统计检验法具有良好的检验效能。

摘要：In this paper, a new miniaturized wide-pass-band filter at U band based on composite right/left- handed transmission line (CRLH TL) is implemented. The CRLH TL contributed to a broadband filter is a balanced structure with a small size of only 1.428 mm*0.5530 mm. The frequency characteristics are simulated and the results show that the 3 dB band width of the proposed filter is about 13.5 GHz from 45.8 GHz to 59.3 GHz. The insertion loss is quite flat through the pass-band and the return loss is relatively low.

摘要：The research on positioning system and spatial alignment is a big topic. In this paper, we proposed a design (that) studies two issues. One is the study of range positioning algorithm based on ZigBee communication system. The other one is spatial alignment platform which is controlled with two servos. Hardware and software control system was realized, which also consists of two parts, ZigBee network positioning system and automatic orientation platform.

摘要：由于线性PID控制器易于实现,一般采用其对机器人进行控制。线性控制器不能有效地处理不确定性和参数的变化,因此推荐具有鲁棒性能的非线性控制器。滑模控制(SMC)是一种针对非线性系统的鲁棒状态反馈控制方法,其设计简单,有效地克服了系统中的不确定性和扰动,它的瞬态响应非常快,是理想的控制器。SMC最主要的缺点是控制输入信号的抖动。为了解决这一问题,本文采用SMC与边界层(SMCBL)相结合的方法,消除了系统的抖振现象,提高了系统的性能。将所提出的SMCBL与传统的非线性控制方法逆动态控制(IDC)进行了比较。首先,对IRB-120机器人机械手的运动学方程和动力学方程进行了完整、准确的提取;然后,对采用SMC的机器人机械手的控制进行了评价。为了验证该控制方法的有效性,在一个6自由度IRB-120机器人机械手上使用了该控制方法。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对仿真结果进行了仿真、测试和比较。为了进一步验证我们的工作,在一个实际的IRB-120机器人机械手上进行了测试和实验验证。
