摘要：There is a sharp decline in the network performance when the wireless link fails as a data path in the Wireless Network-on-Chip(WiNoC).To counteract this problem,we propose a fault-tolerance mechanism for the efficient retransmission of data in the *** an error is detected in the data transmission process,this mechanism works to feed back the fault information to the source node in real time via fault signal *** the source node,the highest transmission priority is assigned to the backup retransmitted data,and the corresponding direct link is positioned to enable the data packet for its efficient retransmission to the destination node,thereby ensuring efficiency in fault ***,we have improved the receiving port of the wireless router,added the corresponding redundant buffers and mux,and dynamically selected the retransmitted non-faulty data packets to be written to the local router in order to avoid the disorderly retransmission of the data *** evaluation results of this paper demonstrate that compared with the methods which are under different fault conditions,this fault-tolerant method drastically improves the data throughput rate,reduces the delay,effectively guarantees the reliability of the network,and improves the system performance.

摘要：The radial deformation design of turbine disk seriously influences the control of gas turbine high pressure turbine(HPT) blade-tip radial running clearance(BTRRC). To improve the design of BTRRC under continuous operation, the nonlinear dynamic reliability optimization of disk radial deformation was implemented based on extremum response surface method(ERSM), including ERSM-based quadratic function(QF-ERSM) and ERSM-based support vector machine of regression(SR-ERSM). The mathematical models of the two methods were established and the framework of reliability-based dynamic design optimization was developed. The numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed optimization methods have the promising potential in reducing additional design samples and improving computational efficiency with acceptable precision, in which the SR-ERSM emerges more obviously. Through the case study, we find that disk radial deformation is reduced by about 6.5×10–5 m; δ=1.31×10–3 m is optimal for turbine disk radial deformation design and the proposed methods are verified again. The presented efforts provide an effective optimization method for the nonlinear transient design of motion structures for further research, and enrich mechanical reliability design theory.

摘要：This paper proposes a wireframe model-based method for automated internal design. The method is used to extract geometric structure of an internal wireframe model and find out all loop structures of furniture models. The wireframe models are classified as the multiple independent sub-models according to the geometric structure by statistical analysis. The corresponding models are selected from a 3D model database to build an internal scene based on characteristic points of furniture wireframe models. In the experiments 3D database via manually selected 268 3D furniture models from Google 3D warehouse is built up. The experiments show that the method can construct 3D scenes in 1.1×103 ms. This method costs less time compared with traditional hierarchical method and depth-sensing camera method in the same experimental conditions. The method can be also used for 3D visualization either with complex backgrounds.

摘要：A laterally diffused metal-oxide-semiconductor （LDMOS） device design with an enhanced p-well and double p-epitaxial structure is investigated for device ruggedness improvement while keeping its high device per- formance under high frequency. Based upon the device design, radio-frequency （RF） LDMOS transistors for GSM （global system for mobile communication） application have been fabricated by using 0.35/zm CMOS technolo- gies. Experimental data show that the proposed device achieves a breakdown voltage of 70 V, output power of 180 W. The RF linear gain is over 20 dB and the power added efficiency （PAE） is over 70% with the frequency of 920 MHz. In particular, it can pass the 20 ： 1 voltage standing wave ratio （VSWR） load mismatch biased at drain DC supply voltage of 32 V and output power at 10-dB gain compression point （P10dB）. The device ruggedness has been remarkably improved by using the proposed device structure.

摘要：This paper optimizes the buried channel charge-coupled device(BCCD) structure fabricated by complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) technology. The optimized BCCD has advantages of low noise, high integration and high image quality. The charge transfer process shows that interface traps, weak fringing fields and potential well between adjacent gates all cause the decrease of charge transfer efficiency(CTE). CTE and well capacity are simulated with different operating voltages and gap sizes. CTE can achieve 99.999% and the well capacity reaches up to 25 000 electrons for the gap size of 130 nm and the maximum operating voltage of 3 V.

摘要：In this paper, we present a design method based on the concept of equivalent input disturbance （EID） to reject disturbances for a linear time-invariant system. A generalized state observer （GSO） is used to estimate an EID of the external disturbances, and the pole-assignment algorithm is employed to select the matrices of the GSO. Simulation and experimental results of a rotational speed control system demonstrate the validity of our method.

摘要：The feature extraction algorithm plays an important role in face recognition. However, the extracted features also have overlapping discriminant information. A property of the statistical uncorrelated criterion is that it eliminates the redundancy among the extracted discriminant features, while many algorithms generally ignore this property. In this paper, we introduce a novel feature extraction method called local uncorrelated local discriminant embedding(LULDE). The proposed approach can be seen as an extension of a local discriminant embedding(LDE)framework in three ways. First, a new local statistical uncorrelated criterion is proposed, which effectively captures the local information of interclass and intraclass. Second, we reconstruct the affinity matrices of an intrinsic graph and a penalty graph, which are mentioned in LDE to enhance the discriminant property. Finally, it overcomes the small-sample-size problem without using principal component analysis to preprocess the original data, which avoids losing some discriminant information. Experimental results on Yale, ORL, Extended Yale B, and FERET databases demonstrate that LULDE outperforms LDE and other representative uncorrelated feature extraction methods.

摘要：As a new software paradigm evolved by the Internet, Internetware brings many challenges for the traditional software development methods and techniques. Though architecture-based component composition （ABC） approach is originated in the traditional software paradigm, it supports the engineering of Internetware effectively due to its philosophy, rationales and mechanisms. ABC has three major contributions to the en- gineering of Internetware in detail. First, the feature oriented domain modeling method can structure the ＂disordered＂ ＂software entities＂ to ＂ordered Internetware＂ bottom-up in the problem space. Second, the architecture centric design and analysis method can support the development of self-adaptive Internetware. Third, the component operating platform is a reflective and self-adaptive middleware that not only provides Internetware with a powerful and flexible runtime infrastructure but also enables the self-adaptation of the structure and individual entities of Internetware.

摘要：To improve the computational efficiency of the reliability-based design optimization(RBDO) of flexible mechanism, particle swarm optimization-advanced extremum response surface method(PSO-AERSM) was proposed by integrating particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm and advanced extremum response surface method(AERSM). Firstly, the AERSM was developed and its mathematical model was established based on artificial neural network, and the PSO algorithm was investigated. And then the RBDO model of flexible mechanism was presented based on AERSM and PSO. Finally, regarding cross-sectional area as design variable, the reliability optimization of flexible mechanism was implemented subject to reliability degree and uncertainties based on the proposed approach. The optimization results show that the cross-section sizes obviously reduce by 22.96 mm^2 while keeping reliability degree. Through the comparison of methods, it is demonstrated that the AERSM holds high computational efficiency while keeping computational precision for the RBDO of flexible mechanism, and PSO algorithm minimizes the response of the objective function. The efforts of this work provide a useful sight for the reliability optimization of flexible mechanism, and enrich and develop the reliability theory as well.

摘要：In this paper a new theory referred to as the decrease-radix design （DRD） is proposed, which is found in the research of logic units of ternary （tri-valued） optical computer. Based on the theory proposed, the principles and the regulations of the DRD for making operation units of multi-valued operation with carrying/borrowing free are also presented. The research work has come to the following important conclusion： let D be a special state contained in n physical informative states, then one may figure out any multi-valued processors within n^（n×n） carrying/borrowing free n-valued units by the composition some of n×n×（n-1） simplest basic operating units according to the regulations of DRD proposed in this paper. The detailed systematic way of our design regulations is highlighted step by step in the paper with an example of design of a tri-valued logic optical operating unit. The real architecture, the procedure, and the experimental results of our sample in tri-valued logic operating unit are given. Finally, a re-constructible model of ternary logical optical processor is introduced. The theory proposed in the paper has laid down a solid foundation for the design of re-constructible carrying/borrowing free operating units in ternary optical computers and can be widely used as the designing reference in a variety of multi-valued logic operating units.
