摘要：The central solenoid(CS) is an important component of China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor, for producing, forming and stabilizing plasma in the superconducting tokamak. It is a complicated work to design and manufacture the large superconducting CS magnet, so it is meaningful to design a central solenoid model coil(CSMC) and analyze its electromagnetic properties in advance. In this paper, the structure, design parameters and magnetic field distribution of the CS model coil are discussed. The peak power of radial and axial turn conductors and time bucket loss are analyzed by using piecewise-linear method. The CSMC AC loss with different Nb3 Sn CICCs and AC loss of ITER CS coil are compared. The special electrometric method to measure AC loss of the CS model coil for future reference is presented.

摘要：In view of huge search space in drug design, machine learning has become a powerful method to predict the affinity between small molecular drug and targeting protein with the development of artificial intelligence technology. However, various machine learning algorithms including massive different parameters make the prediction framework choice to be quite difficult. In this work, we took a recent drug design competition(from XtalPi company on the DataCastle platform) as the typical case to find the optimized parameters for different machines learning algorithms and the most effective algorithm. After the parameter optimizations, we compared the typical machine learning methods as decision tree(XGBoost, LightGBM) and artificial neural network(MLP, CNN) with root-mean-square error(RMSE) and coefficient of determination(R^2) evaluation. As a result, decision tree is more effective than the neural network as LightGBM>XGBoost>CNN>MLP in the affinity prediction of the specific drug design problem with ～160000 samples. For a much larger screening task in a more complicated drug design study, the sophisticated neural network model may go beyond the decision tree algorithm after generalization enhancing and overfitting reducing. The advanced machine learning methods could extract more information of protein-ligand bindings than traditional ones and improve the screen efficiency of drug design up to 200–1000 times.

摘要：A local and global context representation learning model for Chinese characters is designed and a Chinese word segmentation method based on character representations is proposed in this paper. First, the proposed Chinese character learning model uses the semanties of loeal context and global context to learn the representation of Chinese characters. Then, Chinese word segmentation model is built by a neural network, while the segmentation model is trained with the eharaeter representations as its input features. Finally, experimental results show that Chinese charaeter representations can effectively learn the semantic information. Characters with similar semantics cluster together in the visualize space. Moreover, the proposed Chinese word segmentation model also achieves a pretty good improvement on precision, recall and f-measure.

摘要：To understand the utilizability of TV white spaces （TVWS）, a comprehensive overview of the outdoor and indoor network design over TVWS is given. The related challenges are analyzed. The potential approaches to overcoming these challenges are discussed. The open research issues are investigated. The result shows that： in the indoor scenario, the white space ratio is on average 18.4% higher than that in the outdoor scenario, which corresponds to 7.7 vacant TV channels. Both network design includes 7 key components： TV spectrum identification, access point （AP） discovery, AP association, spectrum allocation, band width adaptation, interface control and disruption handling. Due to building penetration loss, the indoor TVWS identification and AP placement should be carefully considered in the indoor scenario.

摘要：A dynamic geometry system,as an important application in the field of geometric constraint solving,is widely used in elementary mathematics education;moreover,the dynamic geometry system is also a fundamental environment for automated theorem proving in *** a geometric constraint solving process,a situation involving a critical point is often encountered,and geometric element degeneracy may occur at this ***,the degeneracy situation must be substantively focused on during the learning and exploration ***,many degeneracy situations cannot be completely presented even by the well-known dynamic geometry *** this paper,the mechanisms causing the degeneracy of a geometric element are analyzed,and relevant definitions and formalized descriptions for the problem are provided according to the relevant modern Euclidean geometry *** solve the problem,the data structure is optimized,and a domain model design for the geometric element and the constraint relationships thereof in the dynamic geometry system are formed;furthermore,an update algorithm for the element is proposed based on the novel domain *** addition,instances show that the proposed domain model and the update algorithm can effectively cope with the geometric element degeneracy situations in the geometric constraint solving process,thereby achieving unification of the dynamic geometry drawing and the geometric intuition of the user.

摘要：A new multi-species particle swarm optimization with a two-level hierarchical topology and the orthogonal learning strategy(OMSPSO) is proposed, which enhances the global search ability of particles and increases their convergence rates. The numerical results on 10 benchmark functions demonstrated the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm. Then, the proposed algorithm is presented to design a butterfly-shaped microstrip patch antenna. Combined with the HFSS solver, a butterfly-shaped patch antenna with a bandwidth of about 40.1% is designed by using the proposed OMSPSO. The return loss of the butterfly-shaped antenna is greater than 10 d B between 4.15 and 6.36 GHz. The antenna can serve simultaneously for the high-speed wireless computer networks(5.15–5.35 GHz) and the RFID systems(5.8 GHz).

摘要：We synthesized a series of epoxysuccinic acid derivatives and evaluated their in vitro cathepsin K inhibitory activity The screening results show that the potency of compounds 9e,9d,9p,9j and 9k （IC_（50）≤0.005μmol/L） were equal to or greater than that of the lead compound *** hydrophobic compounds showed weaker potency,which can be explained by the hydrophobic nature of the cathepsin K binding pockets.

摘要：This paper deals with the problem of the state estimation and the sensor faults detection for nonlinear perturbed systems described by Takagi-Sugeno （T-S） fuzzy models with unmeasurable premise variables. Indeed, a T-S observer is synthesized, in descriptor form, to estimate both the system states and the sensor faults simultaneously. The idea of the proposed approach is to introduce the sensor fault as an auxiliary variable in the state vector. Besides, the T-S model with unmeasurable premise variables is reduced to a perturbed model with measurable variables. Convergence conditions are established with Lyapunov theory and the H∞ performance in order to guarantee the best robustness to disturbances. These conditions are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. The parameters of the observer are computed using the solution of the LMI conditions. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the design procedures. Simulation results show the satisfactory performances.
