摘要：This paper optimizes the buried channel charge-coupled device(BCCD) structure fabricated by complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) technology. The optimized BCCD has advantages of low noise, high integration and high image quality. The charge transfer process shows that interface traps, weak fringing fields and potential well between adjacent gates all cause the decrease of charge transfer efficiency(CTE). CTE and well capacity are simulated with different operating voltages and gap sizes. CTE can achieve 99.999% and the well capacity reaches up to 25 000 electrons for the gap size of 130 nm and the maximum operating voltage of 3 V.

摘要：Hybrid precoding can reduce the number of required radio frequency(RF)chains in millimeter-Wave(mmWave) massive MIMO systems. However, existing hybrid precoding based on singular value decomposition(SVD) requires the complicated bit allocation to match the different signal-to-noise-ratios(SNRs) of different sub-channels. In this paper,we propose a geometric mean decomposition(GMD)-based hybrid precoding to avoid the complicated bit allocation. Specifically,we seek a pair of analog and digital precoders sufficiently close to the unconstrained fully digital GMD precoder. To achieve this, we fix the analog precoder to design the digital precoder, and vice versa. The analog precoder is designed based on the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP) algorithm, while GMD is used to obtain the digital precoder. Simulations show that the proposed GMD-based hybrid precoding achieves better performance than the conventional SVD-based hybrid precoding with only a slight increase in complexity.

摘要：A novel Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) based Hidden Markov Module (HMM) for face recognition is presented in this letter. To improve the accuracy of HMM based face recognition algorithm, DWT is used to replace Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) for observation sequence ex- traction. Extensive experiments are conducted on two public databases and the results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy significantly, especially when the face database is large and only few training images are available.

摘要：Triangulation is widely used in scientific research, such as finite element mesh generation, surface reconstruction and the reconstruction of the density field data. This paper proposes a new method combining image processing and density-controlled Centroidal Voronoi tessellations to quickly generate a density-controlled constrained Delaunay triangulation lbr 2D sea area. Firstly, preprocess digital images of the sea area and extract the boundary of seawater region by eight-neighbor searching algorithm. Then, 1 use Odd-Even Testing＂ method to check if one random vertex is inside the boundary and insert random vertices into the boundary. Finally, we get the CDT of random vertices by density-controlled CVT-Lloyd method. We also give some comparisons with existing methods, and our method performs better in final restllt of triangulation.

On the sin- gle channel interactive condition which is based on 3D gesture operation, we build a interactive model of＂Select one from many＂. Combining this model with ＂Token＂ technology and reciprocating movement feature, we present and realize a simple efficient ＂Se- lect one from many＂ algorithm, which is used in a concrete SOR （Selection-Operation-Release） system. In the SOR system, we real- ize a real-time selection, tracking and interaction of natural gestures.
