摘要：Carrying out green energy transformation,implementing clean energy power replacement and supply,and developing a new power system are some primary driving forces needed to fulfill China’s carbon-peak and carbon-neutral strategic *** construction of new power systems in China’s provinces and cities is developing rapidly,and the lack of a typical model promotes the *** new power system path design should be based on the actual development of the power grid in different regions,energy use characteristics,and other actual needs to carry out the differentiated path *** this context,this study analyzes the characteristics of the new domestic power system based on the policy background of the new domestic power system,constructs a new model for power system development stage identification,and proposes the overall design of the new power system development path from the power supply,transmission and distribution,and load *** also uses the Hebei South Network as an example to explore the development stage of the Hebei South Grid based on actual development ***,this study designs a novel power system development path for the entire supply and demand chain for the Hebei South Grid to propose ideas for constructing a new power system in China and to help green energy transformation.

摘要：The article design a vehicle monitoring terminal system based on μ C/OS and introduces the hardware system design of STM32F407 as the control core. On the basis of transplant μ C/OS operating system, the system software architecture, application-layer multi- task and the priority has been designed, focuses on the use GPRS tasks, preparation methods GPS tasks. After experimental tests, the system is stable and reliable, the realization of real-time vehicle monitoring. System design methodology for embedded system application development has a certain rcfcrence value.

摘要：This paper investigates the multiobjective programming problems with fuzzy parameters in the constraints. First, by the decomposing theorem, we introduce a fuzzy set to characterize the constraints, then give the definition of α-quasi-efficient solution and a-efficient solution, and discuss their properties. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the differences between the refined solutions and the α-Pareto solution.

摘要：To achieve the purpose of applying design patterns which are various in ldnd and constant in changing in MDA from idea and application, one way is used to solve the problem of pattern disappearance which occurs at the process of pattern instantiation, to guarantee the independence of patterns, and at the same time, to apply this process to multiple design pattems. To solve these two problons, the modeling method of design pattern traits based on meta-models is adopted, i.e., to divide the basic operations into atoms in the metamodel tier and then combine the atoms to complete design pattem units meta-models withtout business logic. After one process of conversion, the purpose of making up various pattem traits meta-model and dividing business logic and pattern logic is achieved.

摘要：Two-dimensional(2D) lead halide perovskite materials are emerging as one of promising light-absorbing materials in perovskite solar cells(PSCs), which show outstanding stability and defect passivation. Unfortunately, the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of those stable 2D PSCs is still far behind that of 3D PSCs. Herein, we reported a simple in-situ growth technique for the ethylenediamine lead iodide(EDAPbI4) layer on the top of formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI3) layer. The rationally designed layered architecture of2D-3 D perovskite film could improve the PCE of the PSCs. In addition, benefiting from the high moisture resistance and inhibited ion migration of EDAPbI4 layer, the 2D-3D-based devices showed obviously enhanced long-term stability,keeping the initial PCE value for 200 h and 90% of its initial PCE even after 500 h.

摘要：Drawing on resource dependence theory, this paper develops and empirically tests a model for understanding how the implementation of building information modeling(BIM) in construction projects impacts the performance of different project participating organizations through improving their interorganizational collaboration capabilities. Based on two sets of survey data collected from designers and general contractors in BIMbased construction projects in China, the results from partial least squares analysis and bootstrapping mediation test provide clear evidence that BIM-enabled capabilities of information sharing and collaborative decision-making as a whole play a significant role in determining BIMenabled efficiency and effectiveness benefits for both designers and general contractors. The results further reveal that designers and general contractors benefit from project BIM implementation activities significantly nonequivalently, and that this non-equivalence closely relates to the different roles played by designers and general contractors in BIM-enabled interorganizational resource exchange processes. The findings validate the resource dependence theory perspective of BIM as a boundary spanning tool to manage interorganizational resource dependence in construction projects, and contribute todeepened understandings of how and why project participating organizations benefit differently from the implementation of interorganizational information technologies like BIM.

摘要：Road friction coefficient real-time estimation methods is an important issue and problem in automotive active safety con- trol system development. First a fixed feedback gain sliding mode observer of road adhesion coefficient is designed through the es-tablishment of tire/road dynamic friction model in this article. The simulation results shows that the observer can well real-time iden-tify the current road adhesion characteristics. And more importantly, the observer only need wheel speed signal and the braking torque （brake pressure） signal, so the system is low cost, and its adaptability is good. There is no doubt this estimation method has a good application prospect.

摘要：与以往纯粹基于代理理论研究CEO薪酬激励问题不同,本文同时考虑乘员理论和制度理论等,从多视角研究上市公司治理绩效。我们采用2005～2008年沪深上市公司面板数据,按全样本、私人与国有控股、国有控股与集体等对照组进行混合回归(Pooled Regress)分析,研究证实中国上市公司CEO薪酬激励与公司业绩显著正相关,董事会部分特征与薪酬机制设计相关;被激励后的CEO在外部治理环境监控下会进一步改善公司业绩,产生激励后效,股权集中度有正向促进作用,但董事会特征与激励后效无关。研究揭示目前董事会受制于代理问题,致力于改善CEO薪酬激励不足,公司业绩改善主要来自于政策、制度变革等外部公司治理,尤其国有控股公司制度改革效应和乘员主义突出,但董事会内部绩效治理仍较弱;这对改善中国CEO薪酬机制设计及内部治理具有积极意义。论文进一步采用固定效应回归(Fixed-effectRegress)、两阶段最小二乘回归法(Two Stage Least Squares Regress)和薪酬灵敏度分析后依然支持该结论。
