摘要：A fast intra mode decision algorithm is proposed in this paper to reduce the complexity of H. 264 encoder. The proposed algorithm adopted the pre-processing method based on edge feature in pictures to filter out some impossible prediction modes. Context information and pre-computed threshold are used to determine whether it is necessary to check the DC mode. This method is able to get rid of most of candidate modes so that only 66--150 modes are left for the final mode decision, instead of 592 modes in the case of full search （FS） method of H. 264. Simulation results demonstrate that the coding time of the proposed algorithm falls down 71.7% compared with FS method, while the performance loss is trivial compared with FS mode decision scheme.

摘要：A new nonholonomic transmission mechanism is proposed based on thenonholonomic theory and nonlinear control principle, and combined with conditions of thenonholonomic motion planning and control, that is researched to compose method of the motiontransfer chain from this transmission mechanism, on which a new nonholonomic manipulator isdesigned. This nonholonomic manipulator is a controllable multi-joint manipulator that actuated onlyby two-servo electromotor. Its motion expresses the characteristic of nonholonomy constraint andnonlinear, and that also satisfies the chained form convertibility. And then, using the nonlinearcontrol principle of chained system, motion characteristic of the nonholonomic manipulator isapplied. From simulation verification and analysis, the usefulness of the theoretical design andcontrol strategies is shown, and that is important in design and research of handiness robot andmulti-finger robot hand.

摘要：In MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), a crucial role of gradient coils is to image organism, meanwhile the inductance of the coils determines the speed of imaging. So it is of great importance to optimize designs of the gradient coils. The target field approach is an effective method to design the gradient coils. Having applied this method and performing many numerical tests, we achieved the designs of thex ?,y ?,z ? in which the inductance and resistance of the coils also meet the requirements.

摘要：Support vector machines （SVMs） are not as favored for large-scale data mining as for pattern recognition and machine learning because the training complexity of SVMs is highly dependent on the size of data set. This paper presents a geometric distance-based SVM （GDB-SVM）. It takes the distance between a point and classified hyperplane as classification rule,and is designed on the basis of theoretical analysis and geometric intuition. Experimental code is derived from LibSVM with Microsoft Visual C ＋＋ 6.0 as system of translating and editing. Four predicted results of five of GDB-SVM are better than those of the method of one against all （OAA）. Three predicted results of five of GDB-SVM are better than those of the method of one against one （OAO）. Experiments on real data sets show that GDB-SVM is not only superior to the methods of OAA and OAO, but highly scalable for large data sets while generating high classification accuracy.

摘要：The ionospheric oblique backscattering sounding system can not only be used to detect the state of the ionosphere and the condition of high frequency channel in real time, but also be used for over-the-horizon sounding. Therefore, it has a very high military and civil value. For the characteristics of ionospheric oblique backscattering sounding, such as long sounding distance, wake echo, strong background noise, slow moving target, etc., a hardware platform of ionospheric oblique backscattering sounding system is designed. This platform adopts the technology of software radio and is designed as a new kind of general purpose, modularized, software-based ionosonde that is based on the VXI （Versa module eurocard eXtensions for Instrumentation） bus. This hardware platform has been successfully used in actual ionospheric oblique backscattering sounding, and the experimental results demonstrate that this system can satisfy the requirements.

摘要：Matched filter is one of the key technologies to achieve high-speed data transmission. In this paper,a parallel finite-impulse response (FIR) filter structure based on polyphase filter-ing is used to achieve high-speed matched filter in quadrature phase-shift keying (QPSK) demodulation up to 800 Mb·s-1. First,a window function is employed of to obtain impulse response of matched filter. Second,the high-speed parallel FIR structure is presented based on polyphase filtering. Then,the filter with EP2S180F1020 on the Quartus II 7.2 platform is achieved. The final results show that the design is correct and can implement high-speed matched filtering,wherein the equivalent frequency of which is up to 2 037 MHz. In addition,this scheme is easy to real-ize,which brings great value to the application of this filter in high-speed matched filters design in demodulation systems.

摘要：In this paper, we present a three-dimensional（3D） vacuum packaging technique at a wafer level for a radio frequency micro-electromechanical system（RF MEMS） resonator, in which low-loss silicon vias is used to transmit RF ***–Sn solder bonding is adopted to provide a vacuum encapsulation as well as electrical conductions. A RF model of the encapsulation cap is established to evaluate the parasitic effect of the packaging, which provides an effective design solution of 3D RF MEMS encapsulation. With the proposed packaging structure, the signal-to-background ratio（SBR） of 24 dB is achieved, as well as the quality factor（Q-factor） of the resonator increases from 8000 to 10400 after *** packaged resonator has a linear frequency–temperature（ f –T） characteristic in a temperature range between 0℃ and 100℃. And the package shows favorable long-term stability of the Q-factor over 200 days, which indicates that the package has excellent hermeticity. Furthermore, the average shear strength is measured to be 43.58 MPa among 10 samples.

摘要：An adaptive outlier controlling multirate model based on Hong’s multirate kinetic model was represented in order to resist the outliers and utilize their useful information. Wavelet transform was introduced to detect and control the outliers. The multirate information extraction and the controlling of outliers were properly integrated to establish an adaptive outlier controlling multirate model. The proposed model was applied to multisensor state fusion with interacting multiple model (IMM), and a robust interacting multisensor state fusion algorithm was established based on adaptive outlier controlling multirate model. The Monte-Carlo simulation shows that it could improve the accuracy of fusion estimation by 70% compared to Hong’s algorithm and at least 14% to Xiao’s algorithm.

摘要：A single Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor based on 0.35μm process along with its design and implementation is introduced in this paper. The pixel ar-chitecture of Active Pixel Sensor (APS) is used in the chip,which comprises a 256×256 pixel array together with column amplifiers,scan array circuits,series interface,control logic and Analog-Digital Converter (ADC). With the use of smart layout design,fill factor of pixel cell is 43%. Moreover,a new method of Dynamic Digital Double Sample (DDDS) which removes Fixed Pattern Noise (FPN) is used. The CMOS image sensor chip is implemented based on the 0.35μm process of chartered by Multi-Project Wafer (MPW). This chip performs well as expected.
