摘要：The recent decade has witnessed an upsurge in the demands of intelligent and simplified Internet of Things(IoT)networks that provide ultra-low-power communication for numerous miniaturized *** the research community has paid great attention to wireless protocol designs for these networks,researchers are handicapped by the lack of an energy-efficient software-defined radio(SDR)platform for fast implementation and experimental *** SDRs perform well in battery-equipped systems,but fail to support miniaturized IoT devices with stringent hardware and power *** paper takes the first step toward designing an ultra-low-power SDR that satisfies the ultra-low-power or even battery-free requirements of intelligent and simplified IoT *** achieve this goal,the core technique is the effective integration ofµW-level backscatter in our SDR to sidestep power-hungry active radio frequency *** carefully develop a novel circuit design for efficient energy harvesting and power control,and devise a competent solution for eliminating the harmonic and mirror frequencies caused by backscatter *** evaluate the proposed SDR using different modulation schemes,and it achieves a high data rate of 100 kb/s with power consumption less than 200µW in the active mode and as low as 10µW in the sleep *** also conduct a case study of railway inspection using our platform,achieving 1 kb/s battery-free data delivery to the monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle at a distance of 50 m in a real-world environment,and provide two case studies on smart factories and logistic distribution to explore the application of our platform.

摘要：Through reusing software test components, automated software testing generally costs less than manual software testing. There has been much research on how to develop the reusable test components, but few fall on how to estimate the reusability of test components for automated testing. The purpose of this paper is to present a method of minimum reusability estimation for automated testing based on the return on investment (ROI) model. Minimum reusability is a benchmark for the whole automated testing process. If the reusability in one test execution is less than the minimum reusability, some new strategies must be adopted in the next test execution to increase the reusability. Only by this way, we can reduce unnecessary costs and finally get a return on the investment of automated testing.

摘要：True color image city map is a sort of new-style map which combines the high resolution image and map symbols and shows both advantages in visualization. At the same time, the map unification and harmonization should be taken into account dur-ing the design process, since some visual conflicts appear when map symbols overlaid on the true color image. The objective of this research is to explore the rules in the process of true color image city map design based on chromatic and aesthetic knowledge. At the end, taking the Image Atlas of Guangzhou as an example, image color adjustment, road network presentation, and symbol de-signing issues will be discussed in the application.

摘要：随着海量数据的涌现和不断积累,数据治理成为提高数据质量、最大化数据价值的重要手段.其中,数据错误检测是提高数据质量的关键步骤,近年来引起了学术界及工业界的广泛关注.目前,绝大多数错误检测方法只适用于单数据源场景.然而在现实场景中,数据往往不集中存储与管理.不同来源且高度相关的数据能够提升错误检测的精度.但由于数据隐私安全问题,跨源数据往往不允许集中共享.鉴于此,提出了一种基于联邦学习的跨源数据错误检测方法 FeLeDetect,以在数据隐私保证的前提下,利用跨源数据信息提高错误检测精度.为了充分捕获每一个数据源的数据特征,首先提出一种基于图的错误检测模型GEDM,并在此基础上设计了一种联邦协同训练算法FCTA,以支持在各方数据不出本地的前提下,利用跨源数据协同训练GEDM.此外,为了降低联邦训练的通信开销和人工标注成本,还提出了一系列优化方法.最后,在3个真实数据集上进行了大量的实验.实验结果表明:(1)相较于5种现有最先进的错误检测方法,GEDM在本地场景和集中场景下,错误检测结果的F1分数平均提高了10.3%和25.2%;(2) FeLeDetect错误检测结果的F1分数较本地场景下GEDM的结果平均提升了23.2%.

摘要：Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop an automated frequently asked question(FAQ) answering system for farmers. This paper presents an approach for calculating the similarity between Chinese sentences based on hybrid ***/methodology/approach: We analyzed the factors influencing the successful matching between a user's question and a question-answer(QA) pair in the FAQ database. Our approach is based on a combination of multiple factors. Experiments were conducted to test the performance of our ***: Experiments show that this proposed method has higher accuracy. Compared with similarity calculation based on TF-IDF,the sentence surface forms and the semantic relations,the proposed method based on hybrid strategies has a superior performance in precision,recall and F-measure *** limitations: The FAQ answering system is only capable of meeting users' demand for text retrieval at present. 摘要：Thanks to the fast improvement of the computing power and the rapid development of the computational chemistry and biology,the computer-aided drug design techniques have been successfully applied in almost every stage of the drug discovery and development pipeline to speed up the process of research and reduce the cost and risk related to preclinical and clinical *** to the development of machine learning theory and the accumulation of pharmacological data, the artificial intelligence(AI) technology, as a powerful data mining tool, has cut a figure in various fields of the drug design, such as virtual screening,activity scoring, quantitative structure-activity relationship(QSAR) analysis, de novo drug design, and in silico evaluation of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity(ADME/T) properties. Although it is still challenging to provide a physical explanation of the AI-based models, it indeed has been acting as a great power to help manipulating the drug discovery through the versatile frameworks. Recently, due to the strong generalization ability and powerful feature extraction capability,deep learning methods have been employed in predicting the molecular properties as well as generating the desired molecules,which will further promote the application of AI technologies in the field of drug design.
