摘要：Advances in the photocurrent conversion of two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides have enabled the realization and application of ultrasensitive and broad-spectral photodetectors. The requirements of previous devices constantly drive for complex technological implementation, resulting in limits in scale and complexity. Furthermore, the development of large-area and low-cost photodetectors would be beneficial for applications. Therefore, we demonstrate a novel design of a heterojunction photodetector based on solution-processed ultrathin MoSe2 nanosheets to satisfy the requirements of its application. The photodetector exhibits a high sensitivity to visible–near infrared light, with a linear dynamic range over 124 decibels (dB), a detectivity of ~1.2 × 1012Jones, and noise current approaching 0.1 pA·Hz–1/2at zero bias. Significantly, the device shows an ultra-high response speed up to 30 ns with a 3-dB predicted bandwidth over 32 MHz, which is far better than that of most of the 2D nanostructured and solution-processable photodetectors reported thus far and is comparable to that of commercial Si photodetectors. Combining our results with material-preparation methods, together with the methodology of device fabrication presented herein, can provide a pathway for the large-area integration of low-cost, high-speed photodetectors. 摘要：In the implementation of quality function deployment （QFD）, the determination of the target values of engineering characteristics is a complex decision process with multiple variables and multiple objectives that should trade off, and optimize all kinds of conflicts and constraints. A fuzzy linear programming model （FLP） is proposed. On the basis of the inherent fuzziness of QFD system, triangular fuzzy numbers are used to represent all the relationships and correlations, and then, the functional relationships between the customer needs and engineering characteristics and the functional correlations among the engineering characteristics are determined with the information in the house of quality （HoQ） fully used. The fuzzy linear programming （FLP） model aims to find the optimal target values of the engineering characteristics to maximize the customer satisfaction. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.

摘要：Double-weight optical code division multiple access（OCDMA） systems are proposed for studying differentiated quality-of-service transmission. Based on quadratic congruence code（QCC）, we construct a one-dimensional double-weight code family, which can be well utilized in incoherent synchronous double-weight OCDMA networks. By introducing algebraic transformation to code sequences of QCC in level 1, we obtain multiple double-weight codes with cross-correlation 1. Under the same-bit-power assumption, the performance of low-weight codes can be significantly improved and is always superior to that of high-weight codes in double-weight OCDMA systems with power control. This property is contrary to previous conclusions under the same-chip-power assumption.

摘要：To determine the optimal or near optimal parameters of PID controller with incomplete derivation, a novel design method based on differential evolution （DE） algorithm is presented. The controller is called DE-PID controller. To overcome the disadvantages of the integral performance criteria in the frequency domain such as IAE, ISE, and ITSE, a new performance criterion in the time domain is proposed. The optimization procedures employing the DE algorithm to search the optimal or near optimal PID controller parameters of a control system are demonstrated in detail. Three typical control systems are chosen to test and evaluate the adaptation and robustness of the proposed DE-PID controller. The simulation results show that the proposed approach has superior features of easy implementation, stable convergence characteristic, and good computational efficiency. Compared with the ZN, GA, and ASA, the proposed design method is indeed more efficient and robust in improving the step response of a control system.

摘要：Micro-mass sensors have attracted increasing attention in the field of biomolecular and chemical detec- tion. It has been found that the size, shape, and geometry of the structure may affect the performance of the sensor. As a result, a topology optimization methodology is proposed in this paper for the design of micro-mass sensors. A phase- field function controlled by nodal variables and finite element shape functions is used to describe the configuration of a sen- sor in the constructed optimization problem. The design goal is to maximize the mass detection sensitivity. On the basis of these formulations, an optimization algorithm is constructed using the finite element method and the method of moving asymptotes. Numerical examples are presented to demon- strate the validity of the proposed problem formulation. The results suggest that the performance of the micro-mass sensor can be improved by using the proposed approach.

摘要：A VUV beamline at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility （SSRF） for angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy （ARPES） measurements is designed. To increase the resolution and bulk sensitivity, a photon energy as low as 7 eV is desired. Because the reflectivity for p-polarized photons strongly decreases when the photon energy is below 30 eV, the design of a high flux beamline for low energy VUV photons is a challenge. This work shows a variable including angle Varied Line-space Plane-Grating Monochromator （VLPGM） with varied grating depth （VGD） which can achieve both high resolution and high flux with broad energy coverage.

摘要：With comprehensive considerations of the operational safety and collection efficiency for the tracked miner collecting the seafloor poly-metallic nodules, two new improved mining paths for the miner on the deep seafloor were proposed. Compared to the conventional mining path, the design principles and superiorities of the two new paths are that the miner turning with relative long radius should avoid large sinkage and high slip, so as to ensure its operational safety, while the space between its straight-line trajectories before and after the turning is optimum, which is designed as the total width of the miner, and collect nodules as more as possible, so as to ensure its collection efficiency. To realize the new mining paths, theoretical designs and quantitative calculations were carried out to determine the exact positions for the speed controls of the miner during its whole operation process. With the new dynamic model of the miner, and through regulations of the speeds of the left and right tracks of the miner on the exact motion positions according to the theoretical calculations, the two new improved mining paths for the miner on the seafloor were successfully simulated, thus the turning radius of the miner in the simulation is about 21.8 m, while the distance between the straight-line trajectories before and after the turning is about 5.2 m. The dynamic simulation results preliminarily prove the feasibility of these two new mining paths, and further can provide important theoretical guidance and useful technical reference for the practical tracked miner operation and control on the seafloor.
