摘要：Since the complex impeller structure and the difficult remanufacturing process may easily cause advance remanufacturing or excessive use,an optimized design method of impeller and service mapping model was presented for its proactive remanufacturing with setting up to explore the best remanufacturing time point in this *** a certain model of long distance pipeline compressor impeller with the Basquin equation and the design method of impeller,the mathematical relationship between the changes of structure and life of the impeller was *** the service mapping model between the structure and life was set up and simulated by ANSYS ***,the service mapping model was applied to feedback the original design for proactive *** this work,the best proactive remanufacturing time point of impeller was analyzed with the service mapping model,and the structural parameter values could be optimized at this time ***,in the results of this simulation,it proves that the impeller under this optimization performance could satisfy the impeller operating ***,comparing with the traditional optimization design method,the remanufacturing optimized design based on the service mapping model is feasible in proactive remanufacturing for sustainable development.

摘要：In order to achieve a wheelchair lift function, this paper designs a tri-scissors mechanism. Through the so-called H-type transmission and L-type swing rod, the three scissors mechanisms lift in the same rate with only one liner motor while ensuring the stability of the lift. Finite element analysis in ANSYS is performed to verify the material strength. The control system with Sunplus SCM achieves the voice control of wheelchair walking and lifting.

This paper introduces the mechanical structure design （position adjustment mechanism and variable wheelbase mechanism） and control design of posture transformation unit of multifunctional nursing wheelchair.

摘要：As to motorized spindle system, this paper builds a simplified 3D model of spindle and bearing, performs structure modal analysis, reveals its dynamic characteristics under the free model; furthermore, modifies bearing radial stiffness and number of model and studies the change of modal parameters. On this basis, through the harmonic response analysis of the finite element model, dy- namic response characteristic caused by imbalance of monitored spindle system and law of vibration response to different amount of unbalance is analyzed.

摘要：According to the study on seat-back curves about different people, the method that using two arc-shaped roofs to give back supporting force of the human body is proposed. Through a clever design application of piezoelectric sensor, microcontroller, motors, and arc-shaped roofs form a closed loop control system. Through the design of horizontal and vertical adjustment mechanism, a flexible and adaptive multi-dimensional back can reduce the harm to human spine which caused by poor posture and sedentary life style. Model building and stress analysis are done by Inventor software to verify the mechanism of strength.

摘要：In order to lighten the burden of health care workers and help people with Lower limb insufficiency to do rehabilitation training, this paper designs a model named exoskeletons rehabilitation robot to simulate the human gait, including exoskeletons and scooter structure, and designs the driver module. Finally, this paper uses Workbench software to do the stress and strain analysis, which validates the reliability of the whole design.

The Principal Component Analysis is improved and PCA based on the index significant priority is proposed, using which the data of risk factors is processed and 3 principal components are obtained as the pricing factor of the insurance industry.

摘要：In recent years, punching technology of our country is developing fast. The proportion of hand feeding punching processing has gradually been replaced by automatic feeding and unloading mechanism, due to the low efficiency, poor security. In this paper, we design an automatic feeding and unloading system of the punching sheets of motor. The rotary manipulator consists of the transmission device, the mechanical arm device, the material suction device, the raw material automatic lifting device and so on. Adopting the rodless cylinder as the main actuator, the system realizes these beat movements of continuous lifting up, centering, conveying, unloading. According to the working principle and mechanical structure of the components in the system, the function and application of each component in the whole feeding-and-unloading system are analyzed in this paper.

摘要：In order to achieve a wheelchair climb stairs function, this paper designs a star-wheel stair-climbing mechanism. Through the effect of the lock coupling, the star-wheel stair-climbing mechanism is formed to be fixed axis gear train or planetary gear train achieving flat-walking and stair-climbing functions. Crossing obstacle analysis obtains the maximum height and minimum width of obstacle which the wheelchair can cross. Stress-strain analysis in Solidworks simulation is performed to verify material strength.
