摘要：高通量计算与材料数据库推动了数据驱动的机器学习方法的发展.机器学习已经成为材料计算研究的重要方法,在分析材料数据、加速材料计算、预测材料性质、推进新材料发现、筛选和设计等方面展现出极大的潜力.众多与材料计算相交叉的机器学习方法、模型以及框架不断涌现.本文综述了近年来光电半导体材料计算设计领域内机器学习方法的最新进展与应用.介绍了机器学习的流程与类型,基于不同材料表示方法的浅层模型、集成模型和深度神经网络,以及相关材料数据库和相关工具.我们还讨论了这些模型在预测材料稳定性与光电性质、材料逆向设计、构建材料构效关系等方面的应用.最后,本文对目前机器学习方法存在的机遇与挑战,即数据数量与质量、材料的表示、材料逆向设计做了进一步总结与讨论.

摘要：A conformal optical system refers to the one whose first optical surface conforms to both aerodynamic and imaging requirements. Appropriate correction is required because a conformal dome induces significant aberrations. This paper intends to explain that an effective solution to the easy-fabrication conic surface corrector compensates aberrations induced by a coaxial aspheric dome. A conformal optical system with an ellipsoid MgF2 conformal dome, which has a fineness ratio of 2.0, is designed as an example. The field of regard angle is -4-30 degrees with a ＋2 degree instantaneous field of view. The system＇s ultimate value of modulation transfer function is close to the diffraction limit, which indicates that the performance of the conic conformal optical system with a fixed conic corrector meets the imaging requirements.

摘要：A novel one dimensional periodic dielectric ring waveguide （PDRWG） is proposed and its dispersion properties are studied in details. Based on the proposed waveguide structure, a compact dual wavelength demultiplexer is designed. By a finite-difference time-domain （FDTD） simulation method, the performance of the designed device is calculated and analyzed. The dual wavelength demultiplexer can split the communication wavelengths of 1.31 and 1.55 μm into different waveguides and output from different ports with relative high transmittances of about 98% and 92%, respectively. The PDRWG may find applications in multi-wavelength demultiplexers or other novel integrated photonic devices.

摘要：We investigate the aberration properties of the conformal optical system with decentered and tilted elements by vector aberration *** decentering and tilting the window and corrector of the system,two elements are effectively used together in a particular manner by aberration compensation to achieve off-axis imaging.A conceptual design is performed with a half-field of 2° ,the F# of 4,and the wavelength ranging of 3700-4800 *** imaging quality can reach the optical diffraction limit and satisfy corresponding requirements.

摘要：By using a finite difference time domain （FDTD） method, the effects of a one-dimensional （1D） surface defect on designer surface plasmon polaritons （designer SPPs） supported by a 1D metallic grating in THz domain are investigated. When the size of the defect is in a special range which is not too large, the designer SPPs reflected and scattered by the defect are weak enough to be neglected. The defect only induces a disturbance in the energy distribution of the designer SPP supported by the whole defect grating. If the defect size exceeds the said range, the reflecting and scattering are dominant in the influences of the defect on designer SPPs. Our analysis opens opportunities to control and direct designer SPPs by introducing a 1D defect, especially in low frequency domain.

摘要：A new complementary metal oxide semiconductor UV/blue-extended photodiode was presented for light detection in the UV/blue spectral range. Photoelectric characteristics of this presented photodiode were studied by numerical modeling and device simulation. Technology computer aided design simulation was done first to analyze its photoelectric characteristics. The structure characteristic and depletion situation of space between two adjacent P+ anodes were discussed. The reverse characteristic, spectral response characteristic and DC characteristic were discussed in detail. For the numerical modeling, dead layer effect is considered in the building of analytical mode. Dead layer is a space in which the boron doping profile decreases towards the surface due to high doping effects and boron redistribution, which affects the sensitivity of photodiode in the UV range seriously. Reverse characteristics and spectral response characteristics were modeled and analyzed typically. At last, silicon test results were given and compared with the simulated result, which shows reasonable match for each.

摘要：In this paper, two AIE-active luminogens (Oxa-pTPE and Oxa-mTPE) constructed from tetraphenylethene and oxadiazole units were successfully synthesized and their thermal, optical and electronic properties were investigated. By linking TPE to the oxadiazole core through meta-or para-position, the intramolecular conjugation is effectively controlled. Thanks to the intelligent molecular design and specific AIE feature, when fabricated as emissive layers in non-doped OLEDs, they exhibit blue or deep-blue emission with CIE coordinates of (0.17, 0.23) and (0.15, 0.12), and good efficiencies with ηC, max and ηP, max up to 1.52 cd A-1 and 0.84 Im W-1 , shedding some light on the construction of deep-blue AIE fluorophores.
