摘要：Molybdenum-based catalysts have demonstrated significant potential in the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).However,the limited exposure of active sites and strong hydrogen adsorption result in suboptimal ***,a Mo_(2)N±MoSe_(2) heterojunction is prepared on carbon cloth(MNS/CC)to enhance the *** strong electronic interaction between Mo_(2)N and MoSe_(2),combined with the lower work function of Mo_(2)N,creates an intrinsic electric field at the heterojunction interface,which markedly improves charge transfer ***,the optimized electronic structure of Mo sites further enhances charge transfer and intrinsically catalytic activity in *** a result,MNS/CC requires overpotentials of mere 65 and 210 mV to achieve current densities of 20 mA cm^(−2) and 1 A cm^(−2),respectively,with a Tafel slope of only 96 mV dec−***,MNS/CC maintains stable operation at 1 A cm^(−2) for 240 h without significant *** results offer insights into the design of non-precious metal-based electrocatalysts for industrial hydrogen production.

摘要：The study of accelerator-driven subcritical reactor systems(ADSs) has been an important research topic in the field of nuclear energy for years. The main code applied in ADS research is MCNPX, which was developed by Los Alamos National Laboratory. We studied the application of the open-source Monte Carlo codes FLUKA and OpenMC to a coupled ADS calculation. The FLUKA code was used to simulate the reaction of highenergy protons with the nucleus of the target material in the ADS, which produces spallation neutrons. Information on the spallation neutrons, such as their energy, position,direction, and weight, can be recorded by a user-defined routine called FLUSCW provided by FLUKA. Then, the information was stored in an external neutron source file in HDF5 format by using a conversion code, as required by the OpenMC calculation. Finally, the fixed-source calculation function of OpenMC was applied to simulate the transport of spallation neutrons and obtain the distribution of the neutron flux in the core region. In the coupled calculation, the high-energy cross-section library JENDL4.0/HE in ACE format produced by NJOY2016 was applied in the OpenMC transport simulation. The OECD–ADS benchmark problem was calculated, and the results were compared with those obtained using MCNPX. It was found that the flux calculations performed by FLUKA–OpenMC and MCNPX were in agreement, so the coupling calculation method for ADS is reasonable and feasible.

摘要：Nihility material is a medium whose relative permittivity and permeability tend to zero simultaneously. In this work, comparing with the scattering properties of perfect nihility nanoparticles （made from nihility material）, we provide an optimization design of electromagnetic nihility nanoparticles, which is a coated hybrid nanosphere constituted by commutative c-negative （ENG） and μ-negative （MNG） media. Compared to a single ENG or MNG nanosphere, it is found that the total and back scattering spectra of coated hybrid nanospheres are much closer to those of perfect nihility nanospheres. Moreover, it is observed that the scattered electromagnetic field distribution of coated hybrid nanospheres is identical to that of perfect nihility nanospheres. These results indicate that the combination of commutative ENG and MNG media can constitute a composite structure which gives the closest approximation of electromagnetic scattering of perfect nihility nanospheres in a wide frequency range.

摘要：The small angle neutron scattering （SANS） instrument is presently being constructed at Chinese Spal- lation Neutron Source （CSNS） in China, and the biological shielding design is needed to prevent the instrument from causing excessive dose rates in accessible locations. In this paper, the study of shielding design for SANS that relies on Monte Carlo simulation is introduced. Beam line shielding calculations are performed considering both scenarios of closed versus open TO chopper. The basic design scheme of the beam stop is discussed. The size of the TO chopper rotor is also estimated.

摘要：By using open-ended armchair （6, 6） single-wall carbon nanotubes as electrodes, we investigate the electron transport properties of an all-carbon molecular junction based on the C82 molecule. We find the most stable system among different isomers by performing structural optimization calculations of the Cs2 isomers and the C82 extended molecules. The calculated results show that the C82 -C2 （3） isomer and the C82 extended molecule with C82-C2 isomer are most stable. For the all-carbon hybrid system consisting of C82-C2 extended molecules, it is shown that the Landauer conductance can be tuned over several orders of magnitude both by changing the distance between two electrodes and by changing the orientation of the C82 molecule or rotating one of the tubes around the symmetry axis of the system at a fixed distance. Also, we find the most stable distance between two electrodes from the total energy curve. This fact could make this all-carbon molecular system a possible candidate for a nanoelectronic switch. Moreover, we interpret the conductance mechanism for such a molecular device.

摘要：Depletion calculation is important for studying the transmutation efficiency of minor actinides and longlife fission products in accelerator-driven subcritical reactor system(ADS). Herein the Python language is used to develop a burnup code system called IMPC-Burnup by coupling FLUKA, OpenMC, and ORIGEN2. The program is preliminarily verified by OECD-NEA pin cell and IAEAADS benchmarking by comparison with experimental values and calculated results from other studies. Moreover,the physics design scheme of the CIADS subcritical core is utilized to test the feasibility of IMPC-Burnup program in the burnup calculation of ADS system. Reference results are given by the COUPLE3.0 program. The results of IMPC-Burnup show good agreement with those of COUPLE3.0. In addition, since the upper limit of the neutron transport energy for OpenMC is 20 MeV, neutrons with energies greater than 20 MeV in the CIADS subcritical core cannot be transported; thus, an equivalent flux method has been proposed to consider neutrons above 20 MeV in the OpenMC transport calculation. The results are compared to those that do not include neutrons greater than 20 MeV. The conclusion is that the accuracy of the actinide nuclide mass in the burnup calculation is improved when the equivalent flux method is used. Therefore, the IMPC-Burnup code is suitable for burnup analysis of the ADS system.

摘要：There is a sharp decline in the network performance when the wireless link fails as a data path in the Wireless Network-on-Chip(WiNoC).To counteract this problem,we propose a fault-tolerance mechanism for the efficient retransmission of data in the *** an error is detected in the data transmission process,this mechanism works to feed back the fault information to the source node in real time via fault signal *** the source node,the highest transmission priority is assigned to the backup retransmitted data,and the corresponding direct link is positioned to enable the data packet for its efficient retransmission to the destination node,thereby ensuring efficiency in fault ***,we have improved the receiving port of the wireless router,added the corresponding redundant buffers and mux,and dynamically selected the retransmitted non-faulty data packets to be written to the local router in order to avoid the disorderly retransmission of the data *** evaluation results of this paper demonstrate that compared with the methods which are under different fault conditions,this fault-tolerant method drastically improves the data throughput rate,reduces the delay,effectively guarantees the reliability of the network,and improves the system performance.

摘要：This paper reports the simulation of an electron gun. The effects on the beam quality of some parameters on the beam quality were studied and optimal choices were identified. It gives numerical beam qualities for a common electrostatic triode gun, and the dependencies on design parameters such as electrode geometries and bias voltages to these electrodes are shown. An electron beam of diameter 5 mm with energy of 5 keV was assumed for the simulation process. Some design parameters were identified as variable parameters in the presence of space charge. These parameters are the inclination angle of emission electrode, the applied voltage to the focusing electrode, the gap width between the emission electrode and the focusing electrode and the diameter of the focusing electrode. The triode extraction system is designed and optimized by using CST software （for Particle Beam Simulations）. The physical design of the extraction system is given in this paper. From the simulation results, it is concluded that the inclination angle of the emission electrode is optimized at 22.5°, the applied voltage to the focusing electrode was optimized and found to be Vfoc =-600 V, the optimal separation distance （gap between emission electrode and focusing electrode） is 4 mm, and the optimal diameter of the emission electrode is 14 mm. Initial results for these efforts aimed at emittance improvement are also given.

摘要：This paper discusses the design and implementation of a low cost multi-sensor integrated attitude determination system for small unmanned aerial vehicles( UAVs),which uses strapdown inertial navigation system( SINS) based on micro electromechanical system( MEMS) inertial sensors,commercial GPS receiver,and 3-axis ***-SINS initial attitude determination cannot be well performed for the reason that the MEMS inertial sensors biases are time-varying and poor repeatability,therefore in this paper the magnetometer and inclinometer are used to assist the MEMS-SINS initial attitude determination and MEMS inertial sensors field ***,the attitude determination algorithms are presented to estimate the full attitude during GPS signal outage and non-accelerating ***,the attitude information estimation results are compared with the reference of the non-magnetic marble platform and 3-axis *** the attitude estimation precision satisfies the requirement of attitude measurement for small UAVs during GPS signal outage and ***,the small UAV autonomous flight test results show that the low cost and real-time attitude determination system can yield continuous,reliable and effective attitude information for small UAVs.

摘要：A kind of closed-loop Hall effect sensor is designed and fabricated by considering several factors such as iron core material, Hall device, as well as selected integrated circuit. Through studying the effect of the iron material and structures of current sensor, a kind of optimal Hall effect current sensor is found. The experimental results show that the presented closed-loop Hall effect current sensor achieves 1 mA/A sensitivity. And its lineafity and accuracy are 0.1% and 0.35% FS, respectively, at cur- rents ranging from 0 to 50 A.
