摘要：A finite element based sensitivity analysis method for preform die shape design in metal forging is developed. The optimization goal is to obtain more uniform deformation within the final forging by controlling the deformation uniformity. The objective function expressed by the effective strain is constructed. The sensitivity equations of the objective function, elemental volume, elemental effective strain rate and the elemental strain rate with respect to the design variables are constituted. The preform die shapes of an H-shaped forging process in axisymmetric deformation are designed using this method.

摘要：Orthogonal-test-design method has been used to determine the optimal formula by phase behavior and interfacial tension studies, respectively. The effect of each component of two alkaline/surfactant/polymer flooding systems on interfacial tension is discussed, in which a low-price natural mixed carboxylate (SDC) is used as the major surfactant. The results indicate that the optimal composition is SDC (0.5%), alkaline NaHCO3/Na2CO3 with mass ratio of 1 (1.0%), and hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(0.1%). In the coreflood experiment, their oil recovery is increased by about 25.2% and 26.8% original oil in place, respectively.

摘要：The concept of organization decision support system （ODSS） is defined according to practical applications and novel understanding. And a framework for ODSS is designed. The framework has three components： infrastructure, decision-making process and decision execution process. Infrastructure is responsible to transfer data and information. Decision-making process is the ODSS＇s soul to support decision-making. Decision execution process is to evaluate and execute decision results derived from decision-making process. The framework presents a kind of logic architecture. An example is given to verify and analyze the framework. The analysis shows that the framework has practical values, and has also reference values for understanding ODSS and for theoretical studies.

摘要：Green design and manufacturing is a proactive approach to minimize wastes during a product’s design stage, thus preventing future environmental impacts. Current modular design method mainly focuses on product functional and manufacturing issues. In this paper, a theoretical scheme of multi-objective modularity analysis for discrete electromechanical product design was proposed. Product physical architecture was represented by a fuzzy graph, where fuzzy relationships contain environmental objectives and influence module formulation. Finally the optimal product modules combining all objectives can be searched by clustering algorithm.

摘要：Ontology heterogeneity is the primary obstacle for interoperation of ontologies. Ontology mapping is the best way to solve this problem. The key of ontology mapping is the similarity computation. At present, the method of similarity computation is imperfect. And the computation quantity is high. To solve these problems, an ontology-mapping framework with a kind of hybrid architecture is put forward, with an improvement in the method of similarity computation. Different areas have different local ontologies. Two ontologies are taken as examples, to explain the specific mapping framework and improved method of similarity computation. These two ontologies are about classes and teachers in a university. The experimental results show that using this framework and improved method can increase the accuracy of computation to a certain extent. Otherwise, the quantity of computation can be decreased.
