摘要：A series CeO2（ZrO2）/TiO2 catalysts were modified with Er using a sol-gel *** catalytic activity of the obtained catalysts in the selective catalytic reduction（SCR） of NO with NH3 was investigated to determine the appropriate Er *** catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption,NH3 temperature-programmed desorption,H2 temperature-programmed reduction,photoluminescence spectroscopy,electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron *** results showed that the optimum Er/Ce molar ratio was 0.10;this catalyst had excellent resistance to catalyst poisoning caused by vapor and sulfur and gave more than 90% NO conversion at 220–395 ℃ and a gas hourly space velocity of 71 400 h^-*** incorporation increased the Ti^3＋ concentrations,oxygen storage capacities,and oxygen vacancy concentrations of the catalysts,resulting in excellent catalytic *** incorporation also decreased the acid strength and inhibited growth of TiO2 and CeO2 crystal particles,which increased the catalytic *** results show that high oxygen vacancy concentrations and oxygen storage capacities,large amounts of Ti^3＋,and low acid strengths give excellent SCR activity.

摘要：为给基于模块化多电平换流器（modular multi-levelconverter,MMC）的电压源换流器高压直流输电（voltagesourced converter HVDC,VSC-HVDC）换流阀提供有效的检验手段,以验证其设计的正确性及其运行可靠性,对换流阀的运行特性和关键应力进行分析,提出基于原理等效的MMC阀运行试验方法,设计试验电路并阐明其运行机理。搭建的PSCAD电磁暂态仿真模型和实际的试验验证证明了试验方法的正确性和有效性。

摘要：In recent years, the researches on the theory and application of public articles and mechanism design at home and abroad has attracted more and more attentions. The paper uses the idea of mechanism design and simulation to analyze and solve environmental pollution improvement. By establishing a simple environmental pollution improvement model, the paper transforms pollution control into binary decision established by a sewage treatment plant and different decisions by the fisherman on the establishment of sewage treatment plants. The paper observes the results of applying different mechanisms and proposes the suggestions of implementin~ various pollution control methods.

摘要：Healthcare is a big application scenario of blockchain, and blockchains used in healthcare are called health blockchain. In general, blockchain blocks are open and the transactions in them are public. If some privacy data are involved in these transactions, they will be leaked. Owing to healthcare system involving a great deal of privacy data, certain security mechanisms must be built to protect these privacy data in health blockchain. Furthermore, because the core of security mechanisms is the key management schemes, the appropriate key management schemes should be designed before blockchains can be used in healthcare system. Here, according to the features of health blockchain, the authors use a body sensor network to design a lightweight backup and efficient recovery scheme for keys of health blockchain. The authors＇ analyses show that the scheme has high security and performance, and it can be used to protect privacy messages on health blockchain effectively and to promote the application of health blockchain.

摘要：本文设计合成了两种具有不同连接方式(亚胺键和sp^(2)-C-CN键)的三嗪基共价有机框架(COFs)材料.连接单元的微小变化导致可见光驱动制氢性能的巨大差异.具有sp^(2)碳连接方式的全π共轭二维COFs在450 nm波长处表现出13.48%的外量子效率,优于已报道的COFs光催化剂.而亚胺键的二维COFs几乎没有光活性.借助光电化学研究和量子化学计算进一步研究了二维COFs的催化机理,为太阳能转化高性能有机光催化剂的制备提供了新的见解.

摘要：Frothing is a main disease of highways in Yellow River Flood Field, due to the loss of dynamic strength of roadbed soils under the couple effects of temperature, salt, and vehicle traffic load. This is strongly linked to the dynamic characteristics of silt in this region. To analyze these couple effects on the dynamic characteristics of silt, a series of tests(i.e., freeze-thaw cycling tests, vibration triaxial tests and ultrasonic wave velocity tests) were conducted and two kinds of silt(i.e., salt-free and 3%-salt silt) were designed. The results indicate that the dynamic shear strength and dynamic modulus decrease with increasing freeze-thaw cycles, while the damping ratio simultaneously increases. Furthermore, compared to salt-free silt, the decrement of dynamic shear strength and dynamic modulus of silt with 3% salt is more significant, but the damping ratio of 3%-salt silt is larger. In ultrasonic wave velocity tests, ultrasonic wave velocity of frozen soil specimens decreases as the number of freeze-thaw cycles increases. Based on the results of ultrasonic wave velocity tests, a preliminary model is proposed to evaluate damage of silt through field measurement ultrasonic data. The study could provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of silty soil highway.
