摘要：In order to solve the problem that the drivers can't find the optimal parking lot timely,a reservation based optimal parking lot recommendation model in Internet of Vehicle(IoV) environment is *** on the users oriented parking information recommendation system,the model considers subjective demands of drivers comprehensively,makes a deeply analysis of the evaluation *** recommendation model uses a phased selection method to calculate the optimal objective parking *** first stage is screening which based on the users' subjective parking demands;the second stage is processing the candidate parking lots through multiple attribute decision *** experiments show that this model can effectively solve the problems encountered in the process of finding optimal parking lot,save the driver's parking time and parking costs and also improve the overall utilization of parking facilities to ease the traffic congestion caused by vehicles parked patrol.

摘要：Parameterization is one of the key problems in the construction of a curve to interpolate a set of ordered points. We propose a new local parameterization method based on the curvature model in this paper. The new method determines the knots by mi- nimizing the maximum curvature of quadratic curve. When the knots by the new method are used to construct interpolation curve, the constructed curve have good precision. We also give some comparisons of the new method with existing methods, and our method can perform better in interpolation error, and the interpolated curve is more fairing.

摘要：In this paper we present a new image zooming algorithm based on surface fitting with edge constraint. In surface fitting,we consider not only the relationship of corresponding pixels between the original image and the enlarged image, but also the neighbor pixels in the enlarged image according to the local structure of original image. Furthermore, during surface fitting, more interpolation constraints are used in the new algorithm for improving the precision of the super sampling pixels. The experimental results show that the new method outperforms the previous methods which based on surface fitting.

摘要：The duck circovirus （DuCV） infection in sick ducks from Fujian Province was investigated. The liver samples of 43 sick Muscovy ducks with infectious serositis were collected from 12 duck farms in Fujian Province Based on the published sequences of DuCV, two primers were designed for the detection of DuCV and four pairs of primers were designed to amplify four overlapping fragments that cover the complete genome of DuCV. The specific PCR products were amplified from positive samples. The fragments were then cloned into pMD18-T vector and sequenced, and the full length genomic sequence of the FJ0601 isolate of DuCV was obtained. PCR analysis showed that the proportion of ducks which were positive for circovirus was 79% and 10 out of the 12 farms were positive. Sequence analysis showed that the complete genome of DuCV-FJ0601 was 1988 bp and possessed features common to the family Circoviridae which included a stem-loop structure and the Rep protein motifs. Homology analysis showed that FJ0601 isolate of DuCV had 97.3%-97.5% nucleotide sequence identity to all the four Taiwan isolates （TC1/2002, TC2/2002, TC3/2002, TC4/2002）, 82.9% identity to the America （33753-52） isolate and 82.3% identity to the Germany isolate. Phylogenetic analysis with Clustal W, however, showed that FJ0601 isolate of DuCV was on a common branch with Taiwan isolates, and Germany and America isolates belonged to the other branch.

摘要：This article presents a novel image interpolation based on rational fractal fimction. The rational function has a simple and explicit expression. At the same time, the fi＇actal interpolation surface can be defined by proper parameters. In this paper, we used the method of ＇covering blanket＇ combined with multi-scale analysis; the threshold is selected based on the multi-scale analysis. Selecting different parameters in the rational function model, the texture regions and smooth regions are interpolated by rational fractal interpolation and rational interpolation respectively. Experimental results on benchmark test images demonstrate that the proposed method achieves very competitive performance compared with the state-of-the-art interpolation algorithms, especially in image details and texture features.

摘要：The random wave load is applied to dynamic response analysis of circular caisson breakwater. The motion process of circular caisson breakwater is classified as rotation motion mode and rotation-and-sliding motion mode. The dynamic model system composed of damper-antislider to control the lateral sliding is introduced, and corresponding dynamic equations of two motion modes are established. The formulas to calculate added mass and new conversion relation of the unit rota- tional stiffness coefficient are put forward according to the characteristic of the circular caisson breakwater. An engineering case is calculated by a program compiled in Fortran language using proposed dynamic model and method. The validity of the model is calibrated.
