摘要：AIM： To study the effect of adenovirus （Ad）-p53 gene therapy on hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） in a rabbit model.METHODS： VX2 tumor was grown in the liver of 24rabbits. Animals were divided into four groups： group A receiving trans-arterial gene therapy （Ad-p53） only,group B receiving combined Ad-p53 therapy and transarterial embolization （lipiodol）, group C receiving transarterial chemoembolization （lipiodol ＋ mitomycin C）,control group （D） receiving sodium chloride. Tumor volume （V1） was measured by using MRI （d 13）.Interventional procedure was applied （d 14）.Tumor volume （V2） was assessed by MRT （d 21） and the mean ratio （V2/V1） was calculated. After the second MRI,specimens of the liver were abstained and examined immunohistochemically using mutant-type p53 *** positive expression was scored.RESULTS： Compared with control group （（^-x） = 3.14± 0.64）, therapeutic groups all showed a significant decrease in the tumor growth ratio （P 〈 0.05）. A slight difference was found between group A （（^-x） =2.35 ±0.59） and group B （（^-x） = 1.75 ± 0.28） （P = 0.048）. Nostatistically significant difference was observed between group B and group C （（^-x） = 2.00 ± 0.44）. The positive expression rate of mutant-type p53 was the lowest in group B and significantly different between group A and group C （P 〈 0.05）.Compared to the control subjects, groups A and C both showed a decrease in the expression of mutant-type p53, but there was no significant difference between them.CONCLUSION： Trans-arterial Ad-p53 gene therapy can reduce tumor growth of HCC in rabbit model.

摘要：Graph coloring has interesting real life applications in optimization and network design. In this paper some new results on the acyclic-edge coloring, f-edge coloring, g-edge cover coloring, （g, f）-coloring and equitable edge-coloring of graphs are introduced. In particular, some new results related to the above colorings obtained by the authors are given. Some new problems and conjectures are presented.

摘要：As an emerging class of crystalline porous materials, covalent organic frameworks（COFs） have been widely used as catalysts or catalyst supports. Flexible regulation of the pores and easy introduction of functional active sites onto the skeleton of COFs make them promising platforms for many catalysis applications. However, only a single function is generally observed in these COFs. Herein, we synthesized a negatively charged ionic COF（I-COF） and successfully incorporated functionalized counter ions, that is, metallic Mn2＋ and a coordination complex of manganese（Ⅱ） bipyridine complexes（[Mn（bpy）2]2＋）, via a simple ion exchange process. The resulting I-COFs can act as effective heterogeneous catalysts for epoxidation reactions. We envisage that with this type of ionic architecture, a variety of other functional cations could be exchanged into the frameworks, thus making the COF a versatile platform for different applications.

摘要：The output-feedback stabilization control problem is investigated for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems. Based on the multivariable analog of circle criterion, an observer is designed to estimate the system states and hence the dynamical equations that the estimation error satisfies are derived first. Then, by using integral backstepping approach together with completing square technique, the output-feedback stabilization control is constructively designed such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the main results of this paper.
