摘要：This paper considers a single server retrial queue in which a state-dependent service policy is adopted to control the service rate. Customers arrive in the system according to a Poisson process and the service times and inter-retrial times are all exponentially distributed. If the number of customers in orbit is equal to or less than a certain threshold, the service rate is set in a low value and it also can be switched to a high value once this number exceeds the threshold. The stationary distribution and two performance measures are obtained through the partial generating functions. It is shown that this state-dependent service policy degenerates into a classic retrial queueing system without control policy under some conditions. In order to achieve the social optimal strategies, a new reward-cost function is established and the global numerical solutions, obtained by Canonical Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm, demonstrate that the managers can get more benefits if applying this state-dependent service policy compared with the classic model.

摘要：The active sites of monodisperse transition metal Ni-clusters were anchored on carbon nitride(CN)by an in situ photoreduction deposition method to promote the efficient separation of photogenerated charges and achieve high-efficiency photocatalytic activity for hydrogen *** Ni-cluster/CN exhibited a photocatalytic hydrogen production rate of 16.5 mmol·h^(-1)·g^(-1) and a total turnover frequency(TOF(H_(2)))value of 461.14 h^(-1).X-ray absorption spectroscopy based on synchrotron radiation indicated that CN had two reaction centers to form stable interface interactions with monodispersed Ni-clusters,in which carbon can act as an electron acceptor,while nitrogen can act as an electron ***,the hybrid electronic structure of the Ni-cluster/CN system was constructed,which was favorable for photocatalytic activity for hydrogen *** in-depth understanding of the interfacial interaction between CN and Ni-clusters will have important reference significance on the mechanistic study of development based on the cocatalyst.

摘要：Strainburst is one type of rockburst that generally occurs in deep *** this study,the strainburst behaviors of marble specimens were investigated under tunnel-excavation-induced stress condition,and two stress paths were designed,a commonly used stress path in true triaxial unloading rockburst tests and a new test path in which the intermediate principal stress was *** the tests,a high-speed camera was used to record the strainburst process,and an acoustic emission(AE)monitoring system was used to monitor the AE characteristics of *** these two stress paths,all the marble specimens exhibited strainbursts;however,when the intermediate principal stress was varied,the rockburst became more *** obtained results indicate that the intermediate principal stress has a significant effect on rockburst behavior of *** a higher intermediate principal stress before the unloading,more elastic strain energy was accumulated in the specimen,and the cumulative AE energy was higher in the rockburst-induced failure,i.e.,more elastic strain energy was released during the ***,more violent failure was observed:more rock fragments with a higher mass and larger size were ejected outward.
