摘要：The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the devel- opment of acupuncture, but have also affected the specificity of acupoints. The present study used instruments to control needle depth, lifting and thrusting frequency, and the duration of acupuncture. Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan （PC6） with different stimulation parameters. A frequency of 1, 2, or 3 Hz and duration of 5, 60, or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery. Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60 seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume. In- teractions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy.

摘要：目的:基于Morisky依从性量表4个条目设计艾灸依从性调查问卷,探讨该问卷的信度和效度。方法:根据Morisky依从性量表4个条目设计用于艾灸依从性评价的修改版Morisky问卷,并对146例接受艾灸治疗超过2星期的患者使用该问卷进行调查,评价艾灸治疗依从性;统计分析该量表的内部一致性及其结构效度。结果:信度分析显示,修改版Morisky问卷的内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数为0.72,折半系数为0.71,4个条目与量表总分之间的相关系数为0.67~0.80,4个条目之间的相关系数为0.24~0.56,探索性因子分析共提取1个公共因子,可解释的总变异量为55.02%,4条目的载荷值分别为0.82、0.81、0.74和0.58。结论:修改版Morisky问卷调查艾灸依从性的信度和效度尚可,但部分条目在语言表述和内容上仍需进一步修订和完善。

摘要：微生物电合成(microbial electrosynthesis,MES)利用可再生电力驱动微生物固定CO_(2)合成化学品,在推进碳循环经济中具有一定潜力,受到广泛关注。但是,很少有研究通过高效反应器设计来促进产乙酸并降低能耗。本研究中,新型流动电极MES反应器的总产乙酸速率[(16±1)g·m^(-2)·d^(-1)]比无粉末活性炭(powder activated carbon,PAC)对照[(8±3)g·m^(-2)·d^(-1)]高两倍。流动电极MES反应器的库伦效率为43.5%±3.1%,能量消耗为(0.020±0.005)k Wh·g^(-1),产乙酸的能量效率为18.7%±1.3%。基于PAC的流动电极能够降低水跨膜通量、传质阻力,但是对装置电压、流变行为、乙酸吸附的影响较小。流动电极MES反应器中,能量代谢相关基因高表达,Acetobacterium的丰度增加。MES反应器中同时存在用于碳固定的还原性乙酰辅酶A途径(Wood–Ljungdahl pathway,WLP)与还原性三羧酸循环途径(reductive citric acid cycle,r TCA)。堆叠型流动电极MES中的乙酸浓度达7.0 g·L^(-1)。本研究提供一种构建可扩展MES反应器的新方法,促进CO_(2)利用以及产物生成。

摘要：Objective:Osteoradionecrosis of the jaws(ORNJ)is among the most serious oral complications of head and neck cancer treatment with radiation *** study aimed to examine the level of symptom distress and interference of ORNJ in head and neck cancer patients in ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted to profile patient reported symptom *** hospitalized ORNJ patients were *** completed the MD Anderson Symptom Inventory-Head and Neck Module-Chinese ***:The percentage of participants who reported that they experienced at least one type of symptom was 97.9%,and 85.2%patients reported *** 10 most severe symptoms were as follows:limited mouth opening,problem with teeth/gums,difficulty swallowing/chewing,dry mouth,oral malodor,difficulty with voice/speech,dental ulcer,tinnitus/ear obstruction,skin pain/burning/rash,and difficulty *** problem of limited mouth opening was more severe in patients with longer time to onset of ORNJ after *** interference of patients positively correlated with core symptoms(r=0.612),head and neck symptoms(r=0.709),and ORNJ symptoms(r=0.440)(P<0.01).The longer time to the onset of ORNJ after radiotherapy was positively and significantly correlated with symptom distress(r=0.479,P<0.001),and mouth opening correlated negatively with symptom distress(r=-0.298,P=0.003).Conclusions:ORNJ patients suffered mainly from limited mouth opening and other maxillofacial *** problem of limited mouth opening was more severe in patients with longer time to onset of ORNJ after *** patients commonly had symptom distress,which influenced their quality of life.

摘要：From 1999, with the rapid expansion of enrollment scale, colleges have experienced fast development and construction of new campuses. However, the urgency of the demand for campus space at that time led to the shortcomings of paying more attention to speed than connotation during the construction of the new campus. Even now the evaluation of new campuses which have been used for nearly twenty years and whether the space of new campuses has played its due role will affect the display of the heritage and temperament of colleges. This paper uses the typical spatial cognitive concept—spatial image to analyse the elements of spatial images on campuses, summarizes the perceptions of teachers and students towards the space of four new campuses in Chengdu through questionnaire survey and analysis, puts forward the principles of campus space design and the strategies of classification design, and intends to take spatial images as the research cut-in point to provide new ideas and suggestions for the design and improvement of campus space from the perspective of users.

摘要：Future climate change is usually projected by coupled earth system models under specific emission scenarios designed by integrated assessment models(IAMs),and this offline approach means there is no interaction between the coupled earth system models and the *** paper introduces a new method to design possible future emission scenarios and corresponding climate change, in which a simple economic and climate damage component is added to the coupled earth system model of Beijing Normal university(BNU-ESM). With the growth of population and technological expertise and the declining emission-to-output ratio described in the Dynamic Integrated Climate-Economy model, the projected carbon emission is 13.7 Gt C, resulting in a 2.4 °C warming by the end of the twenty-first century(2080–2099) compared with1980–1999. This paper also suggests the importance of the land and ocean carbon cycle in determining the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere. It is hoped that in the near future the next generation of coupled earth system models that include both the natural system and the social dimension will be developed.

摘要：目的癌症患儿在治疗和生存期间都会出现多种症状。数字健康技术提供了一种症状管理创新性服务方式。这篇综述旨在探讨应用数字医疗技术对癌症患儿进行症状管理的干预效果。方法系统检索英文数据库(Cochrane Library,Joanna Briggs Institute Library,PubMed,CINAHL,EMBASE,Web of Science)和中文数据库(万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学数据库)建库至2019年11月30日的相关文章。采用Downs等提出的随机和非随机研究评估工具评价文章质量,对符合纳入标准的文献进行资料提取和分析。结果最终纳入11篇文章,425例研究对象。研究包括4项随机对照试验、3项类实验和5项前后对照试验。方法质量等级为中等。研究共涉及7种症状(焦虑、抑郁、疼痛、愤怒、疲乏、恐惧、心理痛苦)和7种数字医疗技术(虚拟现实、网站、机器人、应用程序、可穿戴设备、短信、视频会议)。因干预措施之间存在显著异质性,对资料采用描述性分析。结论本研究显示,当前有关支持数字健康技术对癌症患儿症状管理效果的证据并不明确,但趋势显示交互功能的数字健康技术有积极的干预效果。需开展更多设计严谨的研究来明确数字健康技术对癌症患儿症状管理的效果,需从症状、参与者和环境水平等多方面考虑相关影响因素,促进开发更好的应用数字健康技术的干预措施。

摘要：Tan-Tracker碳卫星资料联合数据同化系统是针对即将发射的中国的碳卫星TANSat,并基于先进数据同化算法PODEn4DVar,同时采用了联合数据同化的策略,紧扣碳卫星资料同化的这一国际前沿开发的面向科研和应用的碳卫星资料同化系统。本文设计运行了Tan-Tracker碳卫星资料联合数据同化系统同化GOSAT卫星CO_2浓度观测的真实同化实验,并评估了Tan-Tracker碳同化系统的可行性和有效性。经过同化后的结果与模式模拟结果同观测对比,均方根误差有了明显的下降(约30%),特别是在地面观测严重缺失的非洲北部、印度半岛、南部非洲、美国南部、澳大利亚西部等地;同时与观测的相关系数并无很大的差异。总体而言,Tan-Tracker碳同化系统成功完成真实数据同化并有较好的结果。

摘要：A numerical solution of the weight function for a two-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter was proposed. The solution was obtained by using the finite element method based on the basic equation of a traditional two-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter. The two-dimensional distribution of the weight function of the electromagnetic flowmeter obtained was verified by the analytical solution. Three-dimensional distribution of the weight function was also presented in the paper. It can be employed to analyze the sensitivity and linearity of the electromagnetic flowmeter with non-uniform magnetic field, and even to assist the design of the excitation coil pair.
