摘要:Sensitivity loop shaping using add-on peak filters is a simple and effective method to reject narrow-band disturbances in hard disk drive (HDD) servo systems. The parallel peak filter is introduced to provide high-gain magnitude in the concerned frequency range of open-loop transfer function. Different from almost all the known peak filters that possess second-order structures, we explore in this paper bow high-order peak filters can be designed to improve the loop shaping performance. The main idea is to replace some of the constant coefficients of common second-order peak filter by frequency-related transfer functions, and then differential evolution (DE) algorithm is adopted to perform optimal design. We creatively introduce chromosome coding and fitness function design, which are original and the key steps that lead to the success of DE applications in control system design. In other words, DE is modified to achieve a novel design for hard disk drive control. Owing to the remarkable searching ability of DE, the expected shape of sensitivity function can be achieved by incorporating the resultant high-order peak filter in parallel with baseline feedback controller. As a result, a seventh-order peak filter is designed to compensate for contact-induced vibration in a high-density HDD servo system, where the benefits of high-order filter are clearly demonstrated.
摘要:The growth plate(GP)is a crucial tissue involved in skeleton development via endochondral ossification(EO).The bone organoid is a potential research model capable of simulating the physiological function,spatial structure,and intercellular communication of native ***,mimicking the EO process remains a key challenge for bone organoid *** simulate this orderly mineralization process,we designed an in vitro sh Ca_(v)3.3 ATDC5-loaded gelatin methacryloyl(Gel MA)hydrogel model and evaluated its bioprintability for future organoid *** this paper,we report the first demonstration that the T-type voltage-dependent calcium channel(T-VDCC)subtype Ca_(v)3.3 is dominantly expressed in chondrocytes and is negatively correlated with the hypertrophic differentiation of chondrocytes during the EO ***,Ca_(v)3.3 knockdown chondrocytes loaded with the Gel MA hydrogel successfully captured the EO process and provide a bioink capable of constructing layered and orderly mineralized GP organoids in the *** results of this study could therefore provide a potential target for regulating the EO process and a novel strategy for simulating it in bone organoids.
摘要:A balancing method was used to build a DC partial discharge (PD) testing circuit for electrical equipment,and a narrow-band detection system was designed using detection resistance and a filter. After signal accessed a high-speed digital acquisition (DAQ) card,the system was triggered to extract a single partial discharge (PD) signal. To eliminate the interference pulses caused by power supply ripple,etc.,the time domain and frequency domain features of pulses were extracted. Based on the features,cluster analysis was used to exclude interference pulses. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional histograms were obtained by use of the Δt method. Then,22 discharge statistical operators were calculated for the two-dimensional charts. Lastly,the defective capacitors were tested to verify the system's ability. The results show that the system is capable of PD detection in electrical equipment.
摘要:Urban design research in the last decade was reported by conducting a bibliometric analysis of the literature published worldwide between 2007 and 2017. The exploratory study aimed to show the origins and frontiers for researchers. The document co-occurrence analysis of keywords and co-citation analysis of references were made in CiteS pace III to explore research basements and research trajectories, emerging trends and new development, together with Bibexcel tools. Physical activities and thermal comfort are two main topics of urban design research that are indirectly connected in some way, and sociological and computer-based research is likely to be strengthened.

摘要:The subway stations of urban community type are not only main nodes in the urban traffic network, but also important places for peopled daily life. Widi the rapid development of urban metro and urban economy, the commercial space near tiie subway station has become the focus of urban planning and urban spatial development, and commercial self-oiganization pkys an important role in the development of commercial operations, commercial structures, and commercial scales, so how to make effective use of the inherent laws of the commercial space evolution, and further guide the rational development of community businesses needs more attention and research. This paper takes Chengdu Wannianchang Subway Station as an example to study the evolution stage, influencing factors, evolution characteristics and laws of the neatby commercial space. Moreover, suggestions were put forward such as coordinating competition and collaboration, optimizing space design and management, co-directional self-organization and heter-oiganizations, in order to provide a new reference for the healthy and ordedy development of the neighboring commefdal space near the subway stations of community type.

摘要:黏滑作用下走滑断层将出现永久性的错动位移,当隧道与此类断层相交时将发生严重破坏,并且具有明显的分区特征。为了揭示隧道纵向和横断面的分区破坏机理,为穿越活动断裂带隧道抗震设计提供支撑,本文首先通过震害实例调研总结得到隧道的三种破坏模式,即环向裂缝、斜向裂缝和纵向裂缝。给出并讨论了断层类型、交角、错动量和隧道刚度等关键影响因素。结果表明:1)断层类型是影响隧道力学响应和安全性的最显著因素,而倾角影响很小;2)受左旋走滑断层黏滑作用的隧道沿纵向可分为弯曲-压缩-剪切(L-BCS)区和弯曲-压缩(L-BC)区,而受右旋走滑断层黏滑作用的隧道可分为弯曲-拉伸-剪切(L-BTS)区和弯曲-拉伸(L-BT)区;3)L-BCS区和L-BTS区的范围为1.4D~1.7D(D为隧道直径),而L-BC区和L-BT区范围随关键影响因素变化而变化;4)隧道横断面可分为偏心受压(C-EC)区和偏心受拉(C-ET)区,分别发生偏心受压破坏或偏心受拉破坏。C-EC区和C-ET区的范围约为距断层面5D;5)穿越左旋走滑断层隧道的C-EC区包括上盘左拱腰、下盘右拱腰、拱顶和仰拱,C-ET区包括下盘左拱腰和上盘右拱腰。穿越右旋走滑断层隧道的横断面分区分布与左旋对称。
