摘要：This paper proposes a theoretical framework of spatial information sharing in a digital city, and analyzes its technical characteristics. According to the service-oriented architecture (SOA) framework, a geospatial information sharing platform is put forward. The spatial information sharing model based on SOA is designed. A prototype platform realizing multiple-source spatial information sharing based on ArcGIS Server is developed.

摘要：In aerial photography, the primary factor is terrain undulation. However, most of the external aerial photography software used for aerial photography design do not take terrain undulation influence into consideration. Therefore, the design result has comparative randomicity and ＂gaps＂ are expected. An aerial photography design system is developed by analyzing the terrain undulation influence to the design result with DEM data so that the forward overlap and side overlap can be justified according to the block terrain undulation to meet specifications or standards. The data designed by this system is compared with the real flying data. The results show that making use of DEM to assist in aerial photography design can ensure that the designed result fits the real terrain better.

摘要：To improve the reusability of three-dimensional （3D） models and simplify the complexity of natural scene reconstruction, this paper presents a 3D model database for universal 3D GIS. After the introduction of its extensible function architecture, accompanied by the conclusion of implicit spatial-temporal hierarchy of models in any reconstructed scene of 3D GIS for general purpose, several key issues are discussed in detail, such as the storage and management of 3D models and related retrieval and load method, as well as the interfaces for further on-demand development. Finally, the validity and feasibility of this model database are proved through its application in the development of 3D visualization system of railway operation.

摘要：In order to provide a provincial spatial database, this paper presents a scheme for spatial database construction to meet the needs of China. The objective and overall technical route of spatial database construction are described. The logical and physical database models are designed. key issues are addressed, such as integration of multi-scale heterogeneous spatial databases, spatial data version management based on metadata and integrative management of map cartography and spatial database.

摘要：BeiDou Global Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3)not only performs the normal positioning,navigation and timing(PNT)functions,but also provides featured services,which are divided into geostationary orbit(GEO)and medium earth orbit(MEO)satellite-based featured services in this *** former refers to regional services consisting of the regional short message communication service(RSMCS),the radio determination satellite service(RDSS),the BDS satellite-based augmented service(BDSBAS)and the satellite-based precise point positioning service via B2b signal(B2b-PPP).The latter refers to global services consisting of the global short message communication service(GSMCS)and the MEO satellite-based search and rescue(MEOSAR)*** focus of this paper is to describe these featured services and evaluate their *** results show that the inter-satellite link(ISL)contributes a lot to the accuracy improvement of orbit determination and time synchronization for the whole *** with some other final products,the root mean squares(RMS)of the BDS-3 precise orbits and broadcast clock are 25.1 cm and 2.01 ns,*** positioning accuracy of single frequency is better than 6 m,and that of the generalized RDSS is usually better than 12 *** featured services,the success rates of RSMCS and GSMCS are better than 99.9% and 95.6%,respectively;the positioning accuracies of single and dual frequency BDSBAS are better than 3 and 2 m,respectively;the positioning accuracy of B2b-PPP is better than 0.6 m,and the convergence time is usually smaller than 30 min;the single station test shows that the success rate of MEOSAR is better than 99%.Due to the ISL realization in the BDS-3 constellation,the performance and capacities of the global featured services are improved significantly.

摘要：Nowadays, NASA is producing several terabytes Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer （MODIS） data everyday; how to find the data with criteria, such as specific times, locations, and scales using an international standard becomes more and more important. In this paper, a service-oriented architecture for use of the integration Earth Observation System Clearing- HOuse （ECHO） with the Open Geospatial Consortium （OGC） Catalogue Service--Web profile （CSW） is put forward. The architecture consists of three roles： a service requester （the user）, a service provider （the ECHO metadata server）, and a service broker （the GeoNetwork CSW and MODIS registry service middleware）. The core component-MODIS registry service middleware includes three components： metadata fetcher, metadata transformer, and metadata register. The metadata fetcher is used to fetch metadata from ECHO metadata server; the metadata transformer is responsible for transform metadata from one form to another; the metadata register is in charge of registering ISO19139-based metadata to CSW. A prototype system is designed and implemented by using the service middleware technology and a standard interface and protocol. The feasibility and the response time of registry and retrieval of MODIS data are evaluated by means of a realistic LPDAAC_ECS MODIS data center. The implementation of this prototype system and the experiment show that the architecture and method is feasible and effective.

摘要：The structure of global lithosphere is very important to the scientific researches of tectonic movement, geodynamic process, mantle convection, resource exploration, and disaster prevention and reduction. Three-dimensional (3D) spatial modelling and visualization is an effective tool for lithosphere researches. However, both the isoline/profile methods and the Euclidean-based 3D modelling methods cannot meet the requirement of real 3D modeling of global lithosphere, whereas the recently developed global 3D grid methods have some defects on grid design, such as grid shrinkage, overlapping, non-orthogonality, and nonlatitude-longitude consistency. In this paper, Spheroid Degenerated-Octree Grid (SDOG), a non-overlapping, non-shrinking, orthogonal, latitude-longitude consistent grid in the spheroidal manifold space, was chosen as the basic grid for global lithosphere 3D modeling and visualization. The SDOG-based methods of spatial representation and modelling of lithosphere were proposed. A multi-scale model of lithosphere was designed, and the multi-scale modeling and multi-mode visualization were realized at the full advantages of SDOG in multi-hierarchical and multi-resolution and the properties of lithosphere in multi-semantic. It shows that (1) the SDOG-based method has not only overcome the defects of the current global 3D grid, but also reflected the spherical features of lithosphere more realistically and naturally than the traditional methods, providing a novel solution for global modeling, numeric simulating, and data sharing of lithosphere; and (2) more detailed plates division, more precise geo-layer structure, plates boarder and surface concave-convex, and more rich lithosphere properties are revealed as the scale-model moves on.

To solve this problem, this paper has designed and implemented a spatial data watermarking service (SDWS) system which can provide a secure framework for data transaction and transfer via the Internet and protect the rights of both copyright owners and consumers at the same time.

摘要：With the expansion of a city,the urban green space is occupied and the urban heat island effect is *** the roof surfaces of urban buildings is an effective way to increase the area of urban green space and improve the urban ecological *** provide effective data support for urban green space planning,this paper used high-resolution images to(1)obtain accurate building spots on the map of the study area through deep learning assisted manual correction;and(2)establish an evaluation index system of roof greening including the characteristics of the roof itself,the natural environment and the human society *** weight values of attributes not related to the roof itself were calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The suitable green roof locations were evaluated by spatial join,weighted superposition and other spatial analysis *** the areas within the Chengdu city’s third ring road as the study area,the results show that an accurate building pattern obtained by deep learning greatly improves the efficiency of the *** roof surfaces unsuitable for greening can be effectively classified by the method of feature extraction,with an accuracy of 86.58%.The roofs suitable for greening account for 48.08%,among which,the high-suitability roofs,medium-suitability roofs and low-suitability roofs represent 45.32%,38.95%and 15.73%.The high-suitability green buildings are mainly distributed in the first ring district and the western area outside the first ring district in *** paper is useful for solving the current problem of the more saturated high-density urban area and allowing the expansion of the urban ecological environment.
