摘要：This paper discusses design and implementation method of Business Application Framework based on software patterns, and then presents MVC pattern of architecture and the method of dynamical update promulgation for Business Application Framework. We discuss adaptation of Abstract Factory for the kernel functionality of Business Application Framework, such as data creation, manipulation, composition, etc. It also presents class model and its class structure of Abstract Factory pattern. Finally, we briefly discuss the update, modification, and reconstruction method of Business Application Framework.

摘要：Much research has been done mainly in testcase generation and its effect for com-binatorial design approach for testing. This letter presents an algorithm for fault diagnosis basedon the approach. It can conclude that the factors, which cause errors, must be in a very smallrange through analyzing the test cases after testing, and retesting with some complementary testcases. The algorithm can provide a very efficient and valuable guidance for the debugging andtesting of software.

摘要：A generic design model for evolutionary algorithms is proposed in this paper. The model, which was described by UML in details, focuses on the key concepts and mechanisms in evolutionary algorithms. The model not only achieves separation of concerns and encapsulation of implementations by classification and abstraction of those concepts, it also has a flexible architecture due to the application of design patterns. As a result, the model is reusable, extendible, easy to understand, easy to use, and easy to test. A large number of experiments applying the model to solve many different problems adequately illustrate the generality and effec-tivity of the model.

摘要：Code Component Reuse Supporting Environment (CCRSE), which has been developed by us, is an integrated development environment. CCRSE can provide comprehensive supports for the whole process of reusing code component in the manner of dynamic composition. The architecture and functionality of CCRSE are introduced. The key achievement is giving the three strategies that are vital to successfully design CCRSE. The three strategies include: (1) according to the three pivotal technologies (encapsulation, composition and management) for supporting composition reuse of code component, design three tools respectively. (2) keep tool for supporting code component development independent of tool for supporting code component composition. (3) strictly restrict code component specification, provide the strong plug and play support for code component composition reuse, and furthest provide transparence to strictly restricted specification of code component in development of component itself.

摘要：In modern terminology,“organoids”refer to cells that grow in a specific three-dimensional(3D)environment in vitro,sharing similar structures with their source organs or *** themorphology or growth characteristics of organoids through a microscope is a commonly used method of organoid ***,it is difficult,time-consuming,and inaccurate to screen and analyze organoids only manually,a problem which cannot be easily solved with traditional *** intelligence(AI)technology has proven to be effective in many biological and medical research fields,especially in the analysis of single-cell or hematoxylin/eosin stained tissue *** used to analyze organoids,AI should also provide more efficient,quantitative,accurate,and fast *** this review,we will first briefly outline the application areas of organoids and then discuss the shortcomings of traditional organoid measurement and analysis ***,we will summarize the development from machine learning to deep learning and the advantages of the latter,and then describe how to utilize a convolutional neural network to solve the challenges in organoid observation and ***,we will discuss the limitations of current AI used in organoid research,as well as opportunities and future research directions.

摘要：高通量计算与材料数据库推动了数据驱动的机器学习方法的发展.机器学习已经成为材料计算研究的重要方法,在分析材料数据、加速材料计算、预测材料性质、推进新材料发现、筛选和设计等方面展现出极大的潜力.众多与材料计算相交叉的机器学习方法、模型以及框架不断涌现.本文综述了近年来光电半导体材料计算设计领域内机器学习方法的最新进展与应用.介绍了机器学习的流程与类型,基于不同材料表示方法的浅层模型、集成模型和深度神经网络,以及相关材料数据库和相关工具.我们还讨论了这些模型在预测材料稳定性与光电性质、材料逆向设计、构建材料构效关系等方面的应用.最后,本文对目前机器学习方法存在的机遇与挑战,即数据数量与质量、材料的表示、材料逆向设计做了进一步总结与讨论.

摘要：Traditional approach of design by contract, due to mixing the contract code with application code, is difficult for the extensibility and reusability of software system. This paper presents a framework named JADBC for design by contract based on Aspect-Oriented Programming （AOP） to resolve these problems. By providing a new modularized element, aspect, the framework successfully separates the contracts in design by contract, from functional codes. The implementation of this framework is based on dynamic AOP which can have the contract changed at rtmtime, consequently, enhancing program flexibility. JADBC framework modularizes the contracts in a clear-cut fashion that is easier to design, implement, and maintain.

摘要：This paper investigates the effect of drying environment, i.e. temperature and relative humidity, on the engineering properties and microscopic pore size distribution of an expansive soil. The shrinkage tests under different drying temperatures and relative humidity are carried out in a constant climate chamber. Then, the undisturbed samples, prepared in different drying environment, are used for the triaxial tests and mercury intrusion tests. It is found that the drying environment has noticeable influence on the engineering properties of expansive soils and it can be characterized by the drying rate. The linear shrinkage and strength increase with the decrease of the drying rate. The non-uniform deformation tends to happen in the high drying rate, which subsequently furthers the development of cracks. In addition, during the drying process, the variation of pores mainly focuses on the inter-aggregate pores and inter-particle pores. The lower drying rate leads to larger variation of pore size distribution.

摘要：Recently, some new characteristics of complex networks attract the attentions of scientist, in different fields, and lead to many kinds of emerging research directions. So far, most of the researcl work has been limited in discovery of complex network characteristics by structure analysis in large-scale software systems. This paper presents the theoretical basis, design method, algorithms and experiment results of the research. It firstly emphasizes the significance of design method of evolution growth for network topology of Object Oriented （OO） software systems, and argues that the selection and modulation of network models with various topology characteristics will bring un-ignorable effect on the process, of design and implementation of OO software systems. Then we analyze the similar discipline of ＂negation of negation and compromise＂ between the evolution of network models with different topology characteristics and the development of software modelling methods. According to the analysis of the growth features of software patterns, we propose an object-oriented software network evolution growth method and its algorithms in succession. In addition, we also propose the parameter systems for OO software system metrics based on complex network theory. Based on these parameter systems, it can analyze the features of various nodes, links and local-world, modulate the network topology and guide the software metrics. All these can be helpful to the detailed design, implementation and performance analysis. Finally, we focus on the application of the evolution algorithms and demonstrate it by a case study. Comparing the results from our early experiments with methodologies in empirical software engineering, we believe that the proposed software engineering design method is a computational software engineering approach based on complex network theory. To solve this problem, this paper has designed and implemented a spatial data watermarking service (SDWS) system which can provide a secure framework for data transaction and transfer via the Internet and protect the rights of both copyright owners and consumers at the same time.
