摘要:A reasonable design strategy to improve the utilization of noble metal electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is crucial to simplify the process flow and accelerate the future renewable energy ***,abundant defects were created on 2.4-nm Ru nanoparticles to achieve unprecedently high mass-specific reactivity in harsh acidic and alkaline *** obtained defect-enriched Ru(DR-Ru)exhibits an ultrahigh HER turnover frequency of16.4 s^(-1)with a 100-mV overpotential in alkaline media,and it also retains an excellent value of 20.6 s^(-1)in acidic media;these results are superior to those reported for other Ru ***,a record-low loading of 2.5μg cm^(-2)for the DR-Ru catalysts and low overpotentials of 28.2 and 25.1 mV at10 mA cm^(-2)can be realized in alkaline and acidic media,***,the less coordinated Ru surface sites and partial lattice oxygen introduction weaken the bonding between H and DR-Ru catalysts,facilitate fast acidic HERkinetics and help dissociate the water molecule to overcome the major challenge of HER in alkaline electrolytes,leading to an activity comparable to that under acidic *** result provides a guideline for defect engineering on noble metal nanocatalysts to effectively improve the utilization of the catalysts and optimize reactivities.
摘要:类脑计算是后摩尔时代集成电路发展的重要方向,开发能够模拟理想突触行为的人工突触器件是构建神经元-突触-神经元连接方式的类脑计算芯片的关键.铁电薄膜材料具有独特的非易失性极化,极化的可塑性与生物突触的可塑性十分类似,因此铁电突触器件近年来受到了广泛关注.本文从器件突触功能模拟和类脑计算应用两个方面对铁电突触器件的研究进展进行了综述.结果表明,铁电突触器件具有两端和三端两种典型结构.除了能有效模拟生物突触功能,铁电突触器件还具有结构简单、功耗低、稳定性高、开关比大及编程速度快等优点.在应用层面,基于铁电突触的神经网络在图像识别方面的研究取得了一系列进展.此外铁电突触还被应用于触觉和视觉仿生.虽然取得了丰富的研究进展,但铁电突触器件目前仍停留在原理的提出和实验验证阶段,在突触性能调控机理、可靠性评价标准、阵列结构优化设计、高密度集成工艺、神经形态计算架构设计、新颖应用场景拓展等方面的研究都存在不小的挑战,这些也是未来铁电突触研究所要聚焦的方向.
摘要:A new compound based on immobilizing of Pd6(RuL3)8(BF4)28 (L=2-(pyridin-3-yl)-1H-imidazo [4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline) cage (MOC-16) on g-C3N4 was synthesized. Infrared spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction were used to characterize structure of hybrid MOC-16/g-C3N4, as well as UV-vis absorption spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were carried out to unveil photocatalytic mechanism. With the introduction of MOC-16, the absorption edge of MOC-16/g-C3N4 in UV-vis spectrum extended apparently to long-wavelength region compared with pristine g-C3N4. H2 evolution yielded with MOC-16/g-C3N4 in aqueous solution containing TEOA was much higher than that with RuL3/g-C3N4, Pd/RuL3/g-C3N4 and mixture of MOC-16 and g-C3N4, showing that the octahedral cage structure with high-efficient electron transfer and the interface interaction between MOC-16 and g-C3N4 were significant for improvement of H2 evolution.
摘要:钙钛矿太阳能电池的表界面性质是影响器件效率和稳定性的关键性因素.本文中,我们首次发现空穴传输层中的添加剂4-叔丁基吡啶(tBP)可以将钙钛矿非晶态和缺陷表面层进行重结晶,并且钝化晶粒表面的缺陷位点.该重构可使钙钛矿的表面功函数增大,降低了钙钛矿与空穴传输层之间的界面能级失配,提高了器件的光电压.进一步地,我们通过化学键合强度设计,开发了更有效的空穴传输层添加剂4-叔丁基哌啶(tBPp),它比tBP具有与钙钛矿表面缺陷位点更强的相互作用.得益于吸附能的增强,经tBPp重构的钙钛矿表面缺陷态密度降低,且在热、光、湿度的作用下稳定性更好.基于tBPp作为添加剂的钙钛矿电池最高效率达到了24.2%.在氮气气氛中进行最大功率点跟踪测试,未封装的设备在连续光照超过1200小时后几乎可以保持其初始效率.本工作全面揭示了空穴传输层中添加剂对于钙钛矿电池的效率和稳定性的重要性,并提供了系统和基础性理解.
摘要:This paper presents the methods and results for the trajectory design and optimization for the low earth orbit (LEO) satellites in formation to observe the geostationary orbit (GEO) satellites’ beams. The background of the trajectory design mission is the 9th China Trajectory Optimization Competition (CTOC9). The formation is designed according to the observation demands. The flying sequence is determined by a reference satellite using a proposed improved ephemeris matching method (IEMM). The formation is changed, maintained and transferred following the reference satellite employing a multi-impulse control method (MICM). Then the total observation value is computed by propagating the orbits of the satellites according to the sequence and transfer strategies. Based on the above methods, we have obtained a fourth prize in the CTOC9. The proposed methods are not only fit for this competition, but can also be used to fulfill the trajectory design missions for similar multi-object explorations.
摘要:随着中国内地与香港特别行政区之间在仲裁领域达成并实施了全方位司法合作机制,两地间区域法律合作框架正向诉讼领域全方位合作迈进,实现覆盖诉讼程序中保全(或临时)措施的双边协助是最为艰难的一步,应当在海事诉讼领域率先推进。本文聚焦于两地在海事领域达成具有高效性和创新性保全(或临时)措施司法协助机制的先决问题研究,即准确认知因海事法律体系差异所导致的司法协助过程中的制度性障碍,从而具体设计出消除此类障碍的可行方案。构建两地海事诉讼保全(或临时)措施司法协助机制是我国当前较为迫切的司法工作,其司法目标在我国国家发展和法治建设的语境下才能得以确立。本文解析了制定具体协助规则的四个先行核心问题,即衔接海事管辖权、划定海事请求权范围、识别海事保全(或临时)措施以及重塑相关的司法审查标准,并提出我国加快建设国际(区域)司法合作能力的方向及内容。
