摘要：In 1993 Lutwak established some analogs of the Brunn-Minkowsi inequality and the Aleksandrov-Fenchel inequality for mixed projection bodies. In this paper, following Lutwak, we give their polars forms. Further, as applications of our methods, we give a generalization of Pythagorean inequality for mixed volumes.

摘要：A new method of nonconforming local projection stabilization for the gen- eralized Oseen equations is proposed by a nonconforming inf-sup stable element pair for approximating the velocity and the pressure. The method has several attractive features. It adds a local projection term only on the sub-scale （H ≥ h）. The stabilized term is simple compared with the residual-free bubble element method. The method can handle the influence of strong convection. The numerical results agree with the theoretical expectations very well.

摘要：The concept if t-PBIB design was introduced by Wei Wandi and Yang Benfu as a generalization of t-design and PBIB design. In this paper, a number of 3-association schemes and 3-PBIB(2) designs are constructed on the bases of the finite vector space over Fq and the finite unitary geometry over Fq2. Then a number of 3-designs are constructed on the bases of the finite orthogonal geometries over Fq. The parameters of all these designs are computed.

摘要：The green alga Tetraselmis subcordiformis has been widely used as a quality live food for aquaculture species, and also has been studied as a model organism for the photo-biological production of hydrogen. We attempted to quantify the relationship between T. subcordiformis specific growth rate （SGR） and three important environmental factors （temperature, salinity, and pH） using the central composite design and response surface method under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the linear effects of temperature and salinity were significant （P〈0.05）, and they were equally important in impacting T. subcordiformis specific growth; the linear effect of pH was not significant （P〉0.05）; the interactive effect of temperature and pH was significant （P〈0.05）, whereas the temperature ~ salinity and salinity x pH interactions were not significant （P〉0.05）; all of the quadratic effects of the three factors were significant （P〈0.05）. A model equation for specific growth rate with the three factors was established, with the unadjusted and predictive R2 as high as 0.990 and 0.921, respectively, suggesting that the model was a very good fit and that it could be used to predict SGR. Through optimizing the reliable model, an optimal 3-factor combination of 25~C/35 of salinity/pH 7.9 was obtained, at which the maximum specific growth rate （0.65） was recorded, with a desirability value of 93.8%. These experimental results could serve as guidelines for increasing T. subcordiformis production efficiency.

摘要：We study the dynamic behaviour of two intracellufar calcium oscillators that are coupled through gap junctions both to Ca^2＋ and inositol（1,4,5）-trisphosphate （IP3）. It is found that synchronized anti-phase and in-phase oscillations of cytoplasmic cadcium coexist in parameters space. Especially, synchronized anti-phase oscillations only occur near the onset of a Hopf bifurcation point when the velocity of IP3 synthesis is increased. In addition, two kinds of coupling effects, i.e., the diffusions of Ca^2＋ and IP3 among cells on synchronous behaviour, are considered. We fnd that small coupling of Ca^2＋ and large coupling of IP3 facilitate the emergence of synchronized anti-phase oscillations. However, the result is contrary for the synchronized in-phase case. Our findings may provide a qualitative understanding about the mechanism of synchronous behaviour of intercellular calcium signalling.

摘要：A decomposition approach of the combinational functions is discussed. A design method, by which the minimization or near minimization of two-level combinational network can be obtained, is presented for a combinational function realized by using multiplexer universal logic modules. Using the method, the automated synthesis of the combinational functions can be accomplished on a computer.

摘要：Industrial development can enrich people＇s lives, but it also causes environmental pollution, which is an area of significant concern among governments, consumers, and companies. Governments formulate some environmental policies, which motivate industry by providing greater incentives for green product development. Consumers are classified into two groups - ordinary and green market segments - according to their environmental awareness and attitudes. In this regard, companies need to reconsider their primary product design strategies. By investigating the interactions among customers＇ preferences, firms＇ product strategies, and government subsidy policies, this paper presents a theoretical model for new product design strategies. After detailed theoretical analysis of such strategies, we found that to motivate firms to choose environmentally friendly product design strategies, governments should inaugurate effective subsidy policies. After simultaneously considering environmental issues and firms＇ benefits, we designed a subsidy policy. With such a policy, firms can change their primary product design strategies and develop both green and ordinary products, thereby increasing the firms＇ profits and improving the total environmental quality.

摘要：A laterally diffused metal-oxide-semiconductor （LDMOS） device design with an enhanced p-well and double p-epitaxial structure is investigated for device ruggedness improvement while keeping its high device per- formance under high frequency. Based upon the device design, radio-frequency （RF） LDMOS transistors for GSM （global system for mobile communication） application have been fabricated by using 0.35/zm CMOS technolo- gies. Experimental data show that the proposed device achieves a breakdown voltage of 70 V, output power of 180 W. The RF linear gain is over 20 dB and the power added efficiency （PAE） is over 70% with the frequency of 920 MHz. In particular, it can pass the 20 ： 1 voltage standing wave ratio （VSWR） load mismatch biased at drain DC supply voltage of 32 V and output power at 10-dB gain compression point （P10dB）. The device ruggedness has been remarkably improved by using the proposed device structure.

摘要：The clay mineral composition is one of the major factors that governs the physical properties of silty sand subgrade. Therefore, a thorough knowledge of mineral composition is essential to predict the optimum engineering properties of the soil, which is generally characterized by different indices like maximum dry density （MDD）, California bearing ratio （CBR）, unconfined compressive strength （UCS） and free swelling index （FSI）. In this article, a novel multi- attribute decision making （MADM） based approach of mix design has been proposed for silty sand- artificial clay mix to improve the characteristic strength of a soil subgrade. Experimental investigation has been carried out in this study to illustrate the proposed approach of selecting appropriate proportion for the soil mix to optimize all the above mentioned engineering properties simultaneously. The results show that a mix proportion containing approximately 90% silty sand plus 10% bentonite soil is the optimal combination in context to the present study. The proposed methodology for optimal decision making to choose appropriate combination of bentonite and silty sand is general in nature and therefore, it can be extended to other problems of selecting mineral compositions.
