摘要：In this paper, architecture of softswitch-based Next Generation Network (NGN) system and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) are studied briefly, and the problems on the openness and extensibility of normal remote video-monitoring system (RVMS) are analyzed. Then a RVMS framework model based on softswitch is given. Furthermore, designation and realization of the system based on T 6000 Softswitch Platform is provided. The innovation is considering the RVMS as a part of softswitch system. It is a feasible scheme for implementing next generation video-monitoring system based on broadband IP technique.

摘要：Multi-component mixture(MCM) is a complicated chemical system that contains a great deal of mixture rays with various mixture ratios, and each ray includes many mixtures with different concentration ***, in combined toxicity field, almost all studies on MCM focus on the mixtures designed by the equivalenteffect concentration ratio(EECR) procedure. However, the EECR mixtures cannot represent the whole mixture system because the EECR mixtures are located on one mixture ray in concentration space formed by multiple components. In our view, some optimal experimental design such as the uniform design(UD) should be used to effectively select many representative mixture rays from the MCM system,instead of single EECR ray. The uniform design ray(UDray) integrating UD idea with fixed-ratio ray design can systematically and comprehensively measure the combined toxicity changes in the MCM system. This review introduces the operation method, construction of uniform table and corresponding usable table, and some cases of application of the UD-ray to help readers easily use UD-ray in their MCM toxicity assessment.

摘要：An output coupler for optically pumped terahertz laser consisting of capacitive strip-grating and wedged high- resistivity silicon substrate is designed theoretically and its transmittance performance is also discussed. The etalon effects frequently occurring in previous experiments are effectively suppressed, and thus a fiat and accurate transmittance spectrum is obtained in a narrow wavenumber interval of 2 cm^-1 near a particular center wavenumber. Furthermore the transmittance sensitivity to the slight shift of substrate thickness is also completely eliminated. The wedged output coupler is easy to fabricate and its substrate may be used repeatedly to meet various transmittance requirements.

摘要：In order to avoid internal attacks during data aggregation in wireless sensor networks, a grid-based network architecture fit for monitoring is designed and the algorithms for network division, initialization and grid tree construction are presented. The characteristics of on-off attacks are first studied and monitoring mechanisms are then designed for sensor nodes. A Fast Detection and Slow Recovery (FDSR) algorithm is proposed to prevent on-off attacks by observing the behaviors of the nodes and computing reputations. A recovery mechanism is designed to isolate malicious nodes by identifying the new roles of nodes and updating the grid tree. In the experiments, some situations of on-off attacks are simulated and the results are compared with other approaches. The experimental results indicate that our approach can detect malicious nodes effectively and guarantee secure data aggregation with acceptable energy consumption.
