摘要：To discover novel strobilurins analogues with good and broad spectrum activity,a series of nove 3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine 1,1-dioxides-based strobilurins was designed,synthesized,and tested agains various phytopathogenic *** *** 7k exhibited substantial and broad spectrum antifungal activities against the tested phytopathogenic fungi,especially compound 7b,which showed 100%,80%,90%,and 90%antifungal activity(in virto)against Erysiphe graminis(***),Puccinia sorghi Schw:(P sorghi Schw.)Colletotrichum lagenarium(***),and Pseudoperonospora cubensis(P cubensis)at 300 ug/mL,*** or comparable to the positive control ***,compound 7b exhibited 85%greenhouse *** activity(in vivo)against *** even at 0.2μg/mL,equal to azoxystrobin(90%)and trifloxystrobin(90%)Meanwhile,compound 7b against P cubensis displayed 70%and 55%greenhouse inhibition activity(in vivo)at 1.56 and 0.2μg/mL,respectively,much better than those of azoxystrobin and trifloxystrobin(both 0%at 1.56 and 0.2 ug/mL).Therefore,compound 7b could be considered as the most promising fungicidal candidate for furthe ***,based on the effective concentration(ECso)against ***,the built CoMSIA model provided the useful reference for the further structural optimization design.

摘要：The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the devel- opment of acupuncture, but have also affected the specificity of acupoints. The present study used instruments to control needle depth, lifting and thrusting frequency, and the duration of acupuncture. Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan （PC6） with different stimulation parameters. A frequency of 1, 2, or 3 Hz and duration of 5, 60, or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery. Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60 seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume. In- teractions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy.

摘要：多模态疗法是结合多种疗法治疗通常复杂而隐蔽的肿瘤组织的最有希望的策略之一.尽管多功能纳米材料已被设计用于构建多模态疗法,但普遍存在的各组成部分之间的不充分协调可能导致协同治疗效果不佳,并妨碍其充分实现临床潜力.在此,受可控“集束炸弹”模型的启发,我们设计了一种智能、生物相容、多功能的纳米工厂系统(PDA@GOx@MnO_(2)-PEG),它封装了多种纳米试剂,以达到对肿瘤组织的高破坏效率.刺激反应性的外层二氧化锰作为“炸弹”的外壳可触发级联催化反应,并与GOx形成一个自给自足的环形催化链.PDA作为一种具有良好蛋白质携带能力的基质,实现了高的GOx负载.同时,其高效的光热转换效率显示了低温(~45℃)进一步提高GOx酶活性的潜力.值得注意的是,内部的GOx就像一个“子炸弹”,通过控制释放来增加肿瘤缺氧部位的积累,并在充足的氧气和低热度的帮助下充分发挥其葡萄糖消耗能力进行饥饿治疗.在这个体系中,各种纳米试剂相互配合,层层推进,充分发挥其威力,形成了一个自给自足的纳米工厂模型,通过协同策略实现了良好的低温光热-饥饿协同治疗.此外,该纳米复合材料表现出三态成像能力,可用于敏感诊断和实时监控治疗.这项研究为设计生物相容性和智能治疗纳米平台提供了新的见解,使精准医疗中的多模式治疗效果最大化.

摘要：Abstract: Objective To apply the response surface-central composite design to developing and optimizing the oral fastdisintegrating tablets (ODT) formulation for Jiawei Qing’e, a kind of prescription of chinese herbal *** The bitterness of Jiawei Qing’e was masked using Eudragit E-100 by solvent evaporation *** surface approach was applied to investigating the interaction of formulation parameters in optimizing theformulation. The independent variables were Eudragit E-100/drug ratio (X1), amount of disintegrants (X2), and theamount of diluents (X3). The disintegration time (Y1), hardness (Y2), and weight variations of the tablets werecharacterized. Results The models predicted levels of X1= 4.63%, X2= 5.25%, and X3= 34.33%, for the optimalformulation having a hardness of 3.0 kg with the disintegration time of 30 s within experimental region. The observedresponse of Y1= 26.5 s and Y2= 3.14 kg reasonably agreed with the predicted response. Conclusion Responsesurface methodology shows the good predictability and reliability in optimizing the formulation. The optimized ODTof Jiawei Qing’e has acceptable taste, rapid disintegrating ability, and good mechanical strength.

摘要：自2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019, COVID-19)暴发以来,已有大量相关临床研究完成注册或已启动。然而,不同研究间临床结局指标存在显著的异质性,同时一些不关键的指标会造成研究资源的浪费。本研究旨在构建COVID-19临床试验核心结局指标集(core outcome set, COS),为相关临床研究方案设计、开展和证据转化提供参考。本研究的实施参照《有效性试验核心结局指标(COMET)手册》(1.0版),研究组成员包括呼吸系统和危重医学、中医学、循证医学、临床药理学、统计学专家以及医学杂志编辑等。通过检索临床试验注册网站(***和***)中COVID-19相关临床研究方案,提取方案中的结局指标,形成指标池。78个COVID-19临床试验方案纳入研究,收集结局指标259个,合并规范后确定132个结局指标,涉及7个指标域。经遴选,形成了包括58个结局指标在内的初始指标清单。经过两轮德尔菲调查和一轮共识会议,最终确立针对COVID-19不同临床分型的核心指标集(COS-COVID)。COS-COVID包括1个轻型指标(病毒核酸检测转阴时间)、4个普通型指标(住院时间、复合事件发生率、临床症状积分和病毒核酸检测转阴时间)、5个重型指标(复合事件发生率、住院时间、PaO2/FiO2、机械通气时间和病毒核酸检测转阴时间)、1个危重型指标(全因死亡率)及1个康复期指标(肺功能)。COS-COVID作为目前临床评价COVID-19干预效果最具临床价值及操作性的指标集合,对证据评估和决策具有重要意义。随着对疾病认知的不断深入和COS-COVID应用的反馈,课题组将对本核心指标集进行进一步完善并更新。

摘要：Objective:The aim of this systematic review was to assess the effect of foot bath of chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection(FBCMCAI)on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:Databases such as Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Web Of Science,China Biology medicine(CBM),CNKI,VIP and WANFANG DATA were electronically searched to collect the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)(up to October 2016).According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,literature about effects of FBCMCAI in the treatment of DPN were screened and data were *** quality evaluation was appliced by Cochrane Reviewer Handbook 5.1.0.A random or a fixed effects model was used to analyze outcomes by RevMan 5.3 *** analysis,sensitivity analysis,and orientation description were performed if ***:11 randomized controlled trials with a total of 927 patients were *** analysis results revealed that the efficacy of FBCMCAI for DPN was significantly superior to the control treatment(OR=5.07,95%CI:3.23-7.94,Z=7.08,P<0.00001).Besides,there was an increase in motor conduction velocity of peroneal nerve(SMD=1.08,95%CI:0.66-1.48,Z=5.30,P<0.00001),motor conduction velocity of tibial nerve(SMD=1.08,95%CI:0.58-1.58,Z=4.22,P<0.0001)and motor conduction velocity of median nerve(SMD=0.46,95%CI:0.23-0.68,Z=3.96,P<0.0001)in FBCMCAI *** another,there was also an increase in sensory motor conduction velocity of the motor nerve(SMD=0.80,95%CI:0.54-1.05,Z=6.06,P<0.00001)and sensory motor conduction velocity of median nerve(SMD=0.66,95%CI:0.38-0.93,Z=4.73,P<0.00001)in the FBCMCAI *** score was significantly reduced after FBCMCAI treatment(WMD=-4.21,95%CI[-4.95,-3.48],Z=11.25,P<0.00001).Conclusion:FBCMCAI may have significant therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of *** neurologic symptoms and nerve conduction velocities can be improved under FBCMCAI ***-depth research and high quality randomized controlled trials on the

摘要：Objectives Professional identity plays an important role in the long-term development of nurses,and it will change when public health emergency *** objective of this study is to investigate the factors associated with the professional identity of nursing undergraduates in the epidemic of *** A cross-sectional survey design with convenience sampling was used.A total of 3,875 nursing undergraduates were recruited from seven universities across China from March to April 2020.A general information questionnaire was used to collect students’information,and the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students was used to survey their professional identity during the early and later stages of the first wave of the COVID-19 *** The score of professional identity in the later stage(59.49±12.41)was higher than that in the early stage(56.96±12.61).The stepwise regression indicated that several factors were associated with professional identity,including gender,residential area,major,impact of the epidemic on intention to work after graduation,reasons for choosing nursing major and students’scores of professional identity in early *** Nursing educators can utilize the positive impact of responding to public health emergencies to increase the professional identity of ***,educators should give those students with lower professional identity more targeted education to cultivate their professional identity after the occurrence of public health emergencies.
