摘要：In this paper,we report the electronics of a timing measurement system of PTB(portable TDC board), which is a handy tool based on USB interface,customized for high precision time measurements without any crates. The time digitization is based on the High Performance TDC Chip(HPTDC).The real-time compensation for HPTDC outputs and the USB master logic are implemented in an ALTERA's Cyclone *** architecture design and logic design are described in *** of the system showed a time resolution of 13.3 ps.

摘要：The implementation methods of computer aided design,drawing and drawing management for plate cuttingmachine are discussed. The system structure for plate cutting- machine design is put forward firstly, then some key technologies and their implementation methods are introduced, which include the structure management of graphics, the unification of graph and design calculation, information share of part, assemble and drawing management system, and movement simulation of key components.

摘要：Product data management (PDM) is a new technique that is developed from database management system (DBMS) to manage the information and the associated procedure of a product. Many design engineers have employed PDM tools to coordinate and control access to documented versions of product designs. But it is still a focus of research efforts in industry and academic how to further build an efficient and effective integrated product/process development environments (IPDEs) based on PDM to meet requirements of enterprises. This paper introduces the approach to design and implementation of an integrated CAD/CAPP system (IC2S) based on PDM. This system is an important compent of computer integrated manufacturing system in KELON Inc(Kelon-CIMS). It is mainly used to support for the design and development of the home electric appliances (HEA).

摘要：A random method used for improving light throughput of a soft X-ray multilayer has been developed in the 18-20 nm spectral region, based on the traditional theory of periodic multilayer, and an 8% gain in integrated reflectance is obtained. The ensemble calculation is presented at the same time, and the multilayer is fabricated by magnetron sputtering.

摘要：Along with the global warming in the recent scores of years, comparatively big changes have taken place in the weather and other environmental conditions of the permafrost area in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and very big changes have also occurred in the engineering geological conditions of the permafrost area. Based on a large volume of field survey data, this paper discusses the regularities of horizontal and vertical distribution of permafrost, with its focus of analysis on the temperature change characteristics of the soil in different frozen-soil zones, as well as presents simulation analysis and research for the engineering geologic characteristic response changes that would occur in the future when the temperature of the frozen soil in different zones rises by 1 and 2.6℃ respectively, which will have a tremendous impact on the stability of constructional work.
