摘要：合理地设计和制备低成本、高效、稳定的非贵金属基碳纳米材料具有重要意义.本文中我们在不同温度条件下,通过有机配体交换将MOF-5转换为ZIF-8,其过程中可以捕捉到ZIF-8的中间态(ZIF-8-M)并得到最终态(ZIF-8-F).将掺杂Fe离子的MOF材料进行热解后,得到的Fe-ZIF-8-F-900材料具有大的比表面积、高的石墨化程度、丰富的碳纳米管以及高活性的铁物种等优点.这些特性有助于后续氧还原反应(ORR)更好的电子转移和质量传输.与Pt/C相比,Fe-ZIF-8-F-900具有优异的ORR性能,如较正的起始电位(0.982 V),大的极限电流密度(5.41 mA cm^(-2))和较小的Tafel斜率(40.6 mV dec^(-1)),且在10小时后电流保持率仍高达94.4%.此外,实验和理论结果均证实了Fe-ZIF-8-F-900组装的锌空气电池在实际应用中表现优异.本研究将为高效、低成本的非贵金属基电催化剂的开发和制备提供合理的设计策略,并为其在能源相关领域的实际应用指明方向.

摘要：光控质子传导在先进传感器和信息处理设备中有重要的应用前景.本文通过将吲哚菁绿(ICG)引入HSB-W5基体中,制备出一种利用光热转换实现光控质子传导性能的金属有机骨架(MOFs)薄膜(ICG@HSB-W5),并以此为基础构建了NOT、NAND和NOR逻辑门.ICG@HSB-W5薄膜的质子电导率是HSB-W5薄膜的25倍;而且该薄膜的质子电导率对激光具有高效快速的响应,开关比超过1000,可以形成不同的电导状态来构建逻辑门.在这个逻辑门系统中,808-和405-nm的激光作为输入信号,质子电导率作为输出信号.质子电导率作为一种电信号可根据实际需求调节阈值,也能方便地被接收和检测.本文为MOF基分子逻辑门的设计提供了一种新的途径并有助于质子逻辑门甚至更复杂的逻辑器件的发展.

摘要：设计和制备用于高效氧还原反应(ORR)的非贵金属基电催化剂对于清洁能源转换装置的开发至关重要,但又极具挑战性.在本工作中,我们通过热解双金属前驱体ZIF-Zn/Co,成功制备了一种新型的分级中空碳纳米复合材料HNCT-CNT.该材料富含Co-Nx位点以及原位形成的多壁碳纳米管.理论和实验表明, HNCT-CNT使ORR中间体的活化能垒降低,因而表现出了优异的ORR性能.最佳催化剂表现出较正的半波电位为0.85 V,极限电流密度高达6.36 mA cm^(-2), Tafel斜率为58.2 mV dec^(-1),且结构稳定性良好.此外,基于HNCT-CNT组装的锌空气电池还显示出1.49 V的开路电压和116.56 mW cm^(-2)的功率密度.综上,这种无机物模板法为制备金属有机框架化合物衍生的非贵金属基碳纳米电催化剂用于高效的电化学能源领域提供了一种新的方法.

摘要：A novel robust controller is proposed in this study to realize the precise motion control of a cell puncture mechanism(CPM)driven by piezoelectric ceramics(PEAs).The entire dynamic model of CPM is constructed based on the Bouc–Wen model,and the nonlinear part of the dynamic model is optimized locally to facilitate the construction of a robust controller.A model-based,nonlinear robust controller is constructed using time-delay estimation(TDE)and fractional-order nonsingular terminal sliding mode(FONTSM).The proposed controller does not require prior knowledge of unknown disturbances due to its real-time online estimation and compensation of unknown terms by using the TDE *** controller also has finite-time convergence and high-precision trajectory tracking capabilities due to FONTSM manifold and fast terminal sliding mode-type reaching *** stability of the closed-loop system is proved by Lyapunov stability *** simulation and hardware-in-loop simulation experiments of CPM verify that the proposed controller outperforms traditional terminal sliding mode controllers,such as the integer-order or model-free *** proposed controller can also continuously output without chattering and has high control *** embryo is used as a verification target to complete the cell puncture *** the engineering application perspective,the proposed control strategy can be effectively applied in a PEA-driven CPM.

摘要：Nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） is one of the highly prevalent malignancies in Southeast Asia. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are commonly administrated to treat nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but these therapies can not prevent the recurrence and metastasis of tumor cells. Furthermore, these therapies have severe side effects. Therefore, it is important to find a more effective therapy, e. g., a gene therapy for treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Cecropin AD （Cad） is a hybrid peptide that exhibits higher antibacterial activity than natural cecropin. It consists of 1-11 amino acid residues in the N-end of cecropin A and 12-37 amino acid residues in the c-end of cecropin D. The role of Cad in the malignant cells remains unclear. In this study, the Cad gene was cloned and transferred into NPC CNE2 cells and its pro-apoptotic effect were investigated.
