摘要：This paper aims to explore the stages and processes of building up inter-firm trust in different national culture contexts. This is because the manufacturing system has increasing extents increasingly toward internationally network and inter-firm collaboration. Trust and commitment become important in inter-firm relationship. The way of building up trust varies from companies to companies, since it is impacted greatly by cultures and values. To investigate the details of trust, case studies, which used in animation game industry—-an emerging industry based on project management and collaboration, were chosen. The research addresses activities in three stages—-trust formation, trust development, and trust continuation. Characteristics and functionality of four types of trust—-"competence, reliability, goodwill and loyalty" are demonstrated from practice perspective through case studies, which is further linked with culture dimensionswith a framework model. The paper also raises some new research questions and themes for further research.

摘要：Dipoles with Lorentz-type resonant electromagnetic responses can realise negative effective parameters in their negative resonant region. The electric dipole and magnetic dipole can realise, respectively, negative permittivity and negative permeability, so both the field distribution forms of electric and magnetic dipoles are fundamentals in designing left-handed metamaterial. Based on this principle, this paper studies the field distribution in high-permittivity dielectric materials. The field distributions at different resonant modes are analysed based on the dielectric resonator theory. The origination and influence factors of the electric and magnetic dipoles are confirmed. Numerical simulations indicate that by combining dielectric cubes with different sizes, the electric resonance frequency and magnetic resonance frequency can be superposed. Finally, experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of all-dielectric left-handed metamaterial composed by this means.

摘要：We report the design and simulation results of a solid-core Bragg fiber with 3-bilayer periodic cladding. The simulation results present single mode bandgap guidance, a large effective area of -400 μm2 around 1.08 μm, a very low bend loss of 0.038dB/m at 1.08μm even under tight bend radius （R = 4cm）, and excellent beam quality. The results indicate that the proposed fiber could be a competitive solution for high-power fiber laser applications.

摘要：Ionic electroactive polymers (IEAPs) are a category of intelligent soft materials exhibiting large displacement under electric excitation, based on inner ion or solvent transport. Due to their unique advantages such as flexibility, low driving voltage, large bending displacement and aquatic-environment adaptability, IEAPs have been documented as very promising actuators for the applications in bionic robots. This review presents an analysis to the current research status of IEAPs exploited in bionic robots. According to the specific bionic parts, those robots are divided into four classes: imitation of fins, limbs, joints and trunks. Their dimension, weight, voltage amplitude, frequency and maximum speed were summarized to show the optimum design range. The results show that the approach velocity of the current robots were higher (> 35 mm·s-1) when the robot weighted 60 g–180 g and the body was 90 mm–130 mm long. For voltage from 1 V–3 V and frequencies from 0.7 Hz–1.2 Hz, the speed was relatively higher (> 35 mm·s-1). To some extent, the maximum speed decreases when the area of the IEAP material used in bionic robot increases. For underwater circumstances, IEAP materials are most suitable for designing bionic robots swimming with Body and/or Caudal Fin (BCF). This review provides important guidance for the design of IEAP bionic robots.
