摘要：For unacceptable computational efficiency and accuracy on the probabilistic analysis of multi-component system with multi-failure modes,this paper proposed multi-extremum response surface method(MERSM).MERSM model was established based on quadratic polynomial function by taking extremum response surface model as the sub-model of multi-response surface *** dynamic probabilistic analysis of an aeroengine turbine blisk with two components,and their reliability of deformation and stress failures was obtained,based on thermal-structural coupling technique,by considering the nonlinearity of material parameters and the transients of gas flow,gas temperature and rotational *** results show that the comprehensive reliability of structure is 0.9904 when the allowable deformations and stresses of blade and disk are 4.78×10–3 m and 1.41×109 Pa,and 1.64×10–3 m and 1.04×109 Pa,***,gas temperature and rotating speed severely influence the comprehensive reliability of *** the comparison of methods,it is shown that the MERSM holds higher computational precision and speed in the probabilistic analysis of turbine blisk,and MERSM computational precision satisfies the requirement of engineering *** efforts of this study address the difficulties on transients and multiple models coupling for the dynamic probabilistic analysis of multi-component system with multi-failure modes.

摘要：Developing efficient platinum(Pt)-based electrocatalysts is enormously significant for fuel ***,we report an integrated electrocatalyst of ultralow-Pt alloy encapsulated into nitrogen-doped nanocarbon architecture for efficient oxygen reduction *** hybrid Pt-based catalyst achieves a mass activity of 3.46 A mg^(-1)_(pt)the potential of 0.9 V *** with a negligible stability decay after 10,000 *** importantly,this half-cell activity can be expressed at full cell level with a high Pt utilization of 10.22 W mg^(-1)_(Pt cathode)and remarkable durability after 30,000 cycles in *** and theoretical investigations reveal that a highly strained Pt structure with an optimal Pt-0 binding energy is induced by the incorporation of Co/Ni into Pt lattice,which would account for the improved reaction *** synergistic catalysis due to nitrogen-doped nanocarbon architecture and active Pt component is responsible for the enhanced catalytic ***,the strong metal-support interaction and optimized hydrophilic properties of nanocarbon matrix facilitate efficient mass transport and water *** work may provide significant insights in designing the low-Pt integrated electrocatalysts for fuel cells and beyond.

摘要：The selective detection of harmful gases is of great significance to human health and air quality,triggering the need for special customizations of sensing material *** this study,we prepared a novel Sn S_(2)/black phosphorus(BP)two-dimensional(2D)-2D heterostructure via the in situ hydrothermal growth of Sn S_(2)nanosheets on exfoliated BP lamellae for NO_(2)sensing *** the Sn S_(2)/BP composite,the holes with high oxidizability in p-type BP could oxidize Sn^(2+)into Sn^(4+),thus inhibiting the formation of Lewis acidic S *** Sn^(2+)/Lewis acidity suppression of the composite was further confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and acidic double-layer capacitance analyses,and promoted the adsorption and detection of acidic NO_(2).Owing to its valence and Lewis acidity engineering,the Sn S_(2)/BP heterostructure sensor could detect trace levels of NO_(2)as low as 100 ppb(parts per billion)with high response,fast response/recovery,good stability,and selectivity at room *** high absorption energy of NO_(2)(à0.74 e V),as indicated by the density functional theory calculations,suggests that NO_(2)was chemically adsorbed on the Sn S_(2)/BP surface,which was also evidenced by the in situ Raman spectroscopy *** work opens up interesting opportunities for the rational design of highly efficient NO_(2)gas sensors through Lewis acidity modification and interface engineering.
