摘要：Fast electron-hole recombination issues during titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))photocatalysis limit its application in preventing bacterial infection during bone defect *** this study,TiO_(2)@reduced graphene oxide(rGO)composites were synthesized using a hydrothermal method in which rGO,which possesses very high electrical conductivity,promotes the separation of photoelectron-hole pairs of TiO_(2),thus improving the efficiency of photocatalytic production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Subsequently,TiO_(2)@rGO composites were introduced into poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)to prepare bone scaffolds with photocatalytic antibacterial function via selective laser *** results showed that TiO_(2)grew on the surface of rGO and formed a covalent bond connection(Ti-O-C)with rGO.A decreased electrochemical impedance of TiO_(2)@rGO composites was observed,and the transient photocurrent intensity increased from 0.05 to 0.5μA/cm^(2).Analysis of electron spin resonance found that the photocatalytic products of TiO_(2)were·OH and·O^(2-),two kinds of ROS capable of killing bacteria via disrupting the structure of the bacterial membrane in *** experiments showed that the PLLA/TiO_(2)@rGO scaffolds had good antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus ***,we report that these scaffolds exhibited both enhanced mechanical properties due to the addition of TiO_(2)@rGO as a reinforcement material and good biocompatibility during cell proliferation.

摘要：Microwave assisted-semi bionic extraction (MASBE) process for lignans from Fructus Forsythiae was studied. The influences of solvent pH value, microwave power, dosage of solvent and irradiation time were investigated. Optimum extracting parameters were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: pH value of solvent at first extraction is 5.5-6.0, that at the second extraction is 7-8; microwave power is 700 W; mass ratio of Fructus Forsythiae to water is 1-12; irradiation time is 10 min, and extracting times is two. Under these optimal conditions, the yield of lignans reaches 0.364%. Compared with the conventional extraction methods, the MASBE process has the advantages of high extraction rate, high extraction selectivity.

摘要：Although human-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes(hi PSC-CMs) have been used for disease modeling and drug discovery, clinically relevant three-dimensional(3D) functional myocardial microtissues are lacking. Here, we developed a novel ring-shaped cardiac microtissue comprised of chamber-specific tissues to achieve a geometrically non-orientable ventricular myocardial band, similar to a M?bius loop. The ring-shaped cardiac tissue was constructed of hi PSC-CMs and human cardiac fibroblasts(h CFs) through a facile cellular self-assembly approach. It exhibited basic anatomical structure,positive cardiac troponin T(c Tn T) immunostaining, regular calcium transients, and cardiac-like mechanical strength. The cardiac rings can be self-assembled and scaled up into various sizes with outstanding stability, suggesting their potential for precise therapy, pathophysiological investigation, and large-scale drug screening.

摘要：腔静脉滤器是为预防深静脉血栓脱落导致致命性肺栓塞而设计的装置,在滤器回收过程中常出现不同程度的技术困难,需借助辅助器械和静脉通路。建立有效的预测模型提前预测滤器回收困难程度有助于术前规划、沟通和术中高效配合。本文回顾性分析2011年1月至2020年12月在中南大学湘雅三医院进行的477例腔静脉滤器回收病例,其中顺利回收344例,困难性回收137例(包括35例回收失败)。运用单因素与多因素logistic回归分析筛选困难性回收的相关风险因素,再构建Nomogram预测模型并用ROC曲线验证模型的准确性,其中2011年1月至2017年12月病例资料为训练队列,2018年1月至2020年12月资料为验证队列。单因素分析结果显示滤器是否贴壁、滤器是否穿透腔静脉、滤器与血管长轴之间夹角、实际使用时间与建议置入时间比值、是否规律抗凝是腔静脉滤器困难性回收的风险因素,在此基础上进一步使用logistic多因素回归分析显示,滤器是否贴壁、滤器是否穿透腔静脉、是否规律抗凝是预测腔静脉滤器困难性回收的独立风险因素。将上述三种风险进一步构建Nomogram预测模型,内部验证评价AUC值为0.819,外部验证评价AUC值为0.817;内部验证和外部验证的校准曲线均提示模型能有效预测困难性回收风险。构建腔静脉滤器困难性回收Nomogram图预测模型的纳入变量在术前易于获得,模型具有较好的预测效果和较低的泛化误差,可为血管介入医生在腔静脉滤器回收治疗决策提供重要依据。

摘要：Long-term air contamination and pollution challenges in particulate matter(PM) have raised fervent concerns for public health, e.g., the PM physical damage or the bacteria and virus carried by the PM. The desired air filter, seeking both high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop remains challenging. Here, we report a bio-inspired spindle-knot halloysite nanotube microsphere-incorporated nanofiber(HNM-NF) filter with the assembly and shape structures of the spider silk. The resulting HNM-NFs exhibit integrated properties of high surface energy, hydrophilicity and strong PM capture. The spindle-knot structures could shrink the outer pore size on two-dimensional(2 D) surface and construct the fluffy 3 D reticular architecture, facilitating high-efficiency air pollutant capture(>85.0%) while maintaining low resistance to airflow(~39 Pa). The spindle-knot construction method was applicable to various materials(i.e.,Al_(2)O_(3), ZnO and TiO_(2)) and volume production of the microsphere-incorporated NF cartridge. The diversified spindleknot construction will be valuable for adapting to meet different filtration requirements.
