摘要：In the present study,we aimed to investigate the pharmacokinetics and dosage proportionality for a single,intravenous utilization of Pazufloxacin Mesilate Sodium Chloride,an injectable synthetic fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent,in healthy Chinese *** this open-labeled,three-dosage parallel study,subjects were randomized to receive a single dose of Pazufloxacin Mesilate at 150,300 or 600 mg(n=10,10 and 10,respectively)administered as a 30-min intravenous *** and urine samples were serially collected from 0 to 24 h after drug ***,the sample’s drug concentrations were analyzed via validated RP-HPLC *** receiving a single dose of Pazufloxacin Mesilate 150,300 or 600 mg were in accordance with the two compartment *** Cmax for each dosage group was 2.37±0.89,4.27±0.74 and 10.74±4.06 mg·mL(–1),respectively;and the AUC0→∞was 3.24±1.2,5.89±1.51 and 13.32±2.35 mg·h·mL–1,*** addition,Tmax for groups treated with 150,300 and 600 mg was 0.48±0.08,0.50±0.00 and 0.53±0.08 h,*** correlation analysis for AUC0→∞,Cmax and dosage suggested that pazufolxacin mesilate displayed dose proportion at the dose ranging from 150 to 600 *** data suggested that all three different dosage regimens fit with the two compartment ***,it presented a linear correlation between AUC0→∞,Cmax and dosage over the range of 150–600 mg.

摘要：Atrial fibrillation is an “invisible killer” of human health. It often induces high-risk diseases, such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and heart failure. Fortunately, atrial fibrillation can be diagnosed and treated early. Low-level vagus nerve stimulation(LL-VNS) is a promising therapeutic method for atrial fibrillation. However, some fundamental challenges still need to be overcome in terms of flexibility,miniaturization, and long-term service of bioelectric stimulation devices. Here, we designed a closedloop self-powered LL-VNS system that can monitor the patient’s pulse wave status in real time and conduct stimulation impulses automatically during the development of atrial fibrillation. The implant is a hybrid nanogenerator(H-NG), which is flexible, light weight, and simple, even without electronic circuits,components, and batteries. The maximum output of the H-NG was 14.8 V and 17.8 μA(peak to peak). In the in vivo effect verification study, the atrial fibrillation duration significantly decreased by 90% after LLVNS therapy, and myocardial fibrosis and atrial connexin levels were effectively improved. Notably, the anti-inflammatory effect triggered by mediating the NF-κB and AP-1 pathways in our therapeutic system is observed. Overall, this implantable bioelectronic device is expected to be used for self-powerability,intelligentization, portability for management, and therapy of chronic diseases.

摘要：Objective: This study aimed to evaluate Chinese tertiary hospital nurses' research output,research ability,and their related training needs regarding scientific research methodology and analyze the relations among ***: A nationwide survey was conducted in China on a large sample of tertiary hospital nurses (n =27,335) recruited from 22 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities.A validated,self-designed questionnaire,consisted of a common questionnaire,the Science Research Skills Self-Rating Questionnaire (SRSQ) and the Scientific Research Training Needs Questionnaire (SRTNQ) were used to assess nurses' research output,self-rated research skills and research-training ***: The nurses' scientific research participation rates (with 4.13%,7.85%,5.35%,and 2.04% in research projects,research attendance,papers published,and patent,respectively) and their self-rated research skills 25.00 (12.50,37.50) were very ***,the research training needs were relatively high 53.12(37.50,75.00).Significant differences in research participation rates (research projects,research attendance,papers published,and patent),scientific research skills,and research-training needs were determined by age,highest education level,nursing experience,employment,technical title,administrative post,and clinical tutoring experience (P< 0.05).Female and male nurses had different research participation rates (only research projects and studies published) and scientific research skills (P < 0.05).Positive correlations were observed among research output,scientific research skills,and researchtraining needs (P < 0.01).Conclusions: Nurses' scientific research participation and self-rated research ability were below the optimal despite that they had relatively high research-training *** should be provided further research training with tailored content to their characteristics and capacity.
