摘要：Abe et al. proposed the methodology of ring signature (RS) design in 2002 andshowed how to construct RS with a mixture of public keys based on factorization and/or discretelogarithms. Their methodology cannot be applied to knowledge signatures (KS) using the Fiat-Shamirheuristic and cut-and-choose techniques, for instance, the Goldreich KS. This paper presents a moregeneral construction of RS from various public keys if there exists a secure signature using such apublic key and an efficient algorithm to forge the relation to be checked if the challenges in sucha signature are known in advance. The paper shows how to construct RS based on the graph isomorphismproblem (GIP). Although it is unknown whether or not GIP is NP-Complete, there are no knownarguments that it can be solved even in the quantum computation model. Hence, the scheme has abetter security basis and it is plausibly secure against quantum adversaries.

A framing technique is also presented, using which a synchronizationoperator, await, is defined within the underlying logic. A framed temporal logic programminglanguage (FTLL) is presented. To illustrate how to use both the language and framing technique, someexamples are given.

摘要：This paper analyzes some properties of the alternating separation (AS) and alternating projection (AP) algorithm. The analysis shows that AS converges to the optimal point steadily but slowly, while AP converges to the optimal point quickly but is prone to immersing into the local extreme of the maximum likelihood (ML) criterion. To avoid their disadvantages and make use of their advantages, ASAP, which is the combination of AS and AP, is proposed. Simulation results show that the ASAP algorithm has the ability of estimating the direction of arrival more accurately and converging to optimal point more quickly.

摘要：A hybrid approach for fuzzy system design based on clustering and a kind of neurofuzzy networks is proposed. An unsupervised clustering technique is firstly used to determine the number of if-then fuzzy rules and generate an initial fuzzy rule base from the given input-output data. Then, a class of neurofuzzy networks is constructed and its weights are tuned so that the obtained fuzzy rule base has a high accuracy. Finally, two examples of function approximation problems are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

摘要：This letter investigates an efficient design procedure integrating the Genetic Algorithm (GA) with the Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) for the fast optimal design of Smart Antenna Arrays (SAA). The FDTD is used to analyze SAA with mutual coupling. Then,on the basis of the Maximal Signal to Noise Ratio (MSNR) criteria, the GA is applied to the optimization of weighting elements and structure of SAA. Finally, the effectiveness of the analysis is evaluated by experimental antenna arrays.

摘要：This paper develops a new algorithm based on the Projected Gradient Algorithm (PGA) for the design of FIR digital filters with "sum of power of two" coefficients. It is shown that the integer programming involved in the FIR filter design can be solved by this algorithm. It is compared with the reported method for a SemiDefinite Programming (SDP) relaxation- based design. The simulations demonstrate that the new algorithm often yields the similar error performances of the FIR filter design, but the average CPU time of this approach is significantly reduced.

摘要：An effort to model the dynamic optimal advertising was made with the uncertainty of sales responses in consideration. The problem of dynamic advertising was depicted as a Markov decision process with two state variables. When a firm launches an advertising campaign, it may predict the probability that the campaign will obtain the sales réponse. This probability was chosen as one state variable. Cumulative sales volume was chosen as another state variable which varies randomly with advertising. The only decision variable was advertising expenditure. With these variables, a multi-stage Markov decision process model was formulat ed. On the basis of some propositions the model was analyzed. Some analytical results about the optimal strategy have been derived, and their practical implications have been explained.
