摘要：Adopting the Easterling-Peterson (EP) techniques and considering the reality of Chinese meteorological observations, this paper designed several tests and tested for inhomogeneities in all Chinese historical surface air temperature series from 1951 to 2001. The result shows that the time series have been widely impacted by inhomogeneities resulting from the relocation of stations and changes in local environment such as urbanization or some other factors. Among these factors, station relocations caused the largest magnitude of abrupt changes in the time series, and other factors also resulted in inhomogeneities to some extent. According to the amplitude of change of the difference series and the monthly distribution features of surface air temperatures, discontinuities identified by applying both the E-P technique and supported by China's station history records, or by comparison with other approaches, have been adjusted. Based on the above processing, the most significant temporal inhomogeneities were eliminated, and China's most homogeneous surface air temperature series has thus been created. Results show that the inhomogeneity testing captured well the most important change of the stations, and the adjusted dataset is more reliable than ever. This suggests that the adjusted temperature dataset has great value of decreasing the uncertaities in the study of observed climate change in China.

摘要：In order to fulfill the requirements of mobile computing and big data environments, we design a mobile campus portal (MCP) providing mobile information services for users in both browser/ server and client/server modes. We present the topological structure of MCP, system infra-  structure, application architecture and the data management (such as data integration, data format translation, data security control and so on) of our mobile campus portal in this paper. After online running in the past two years, our MCP has received good feedbacks from mobile users. In the future, we will focus on the research of data-mining technologies in our big data environment.

摘要：In the trust management scheme of the distributed cognitive radio networks, the absence of the central control devices cause many problems such as a lack of standardized control for trust computation, and the absence of the decision makers in trust evaluation and collaborative decision making. A trust management mechanism based on the jury system for distributed cognitive radio networks is proposed in this paper. The "jury user" is designed to collaboratively examine the reputation of the cognitive user in the networks and to perform data fusion and spectrum allocation for distributed cognitive radio networks. Simulation analysis results show that the proposed scheme can ensure accuracy and fairness in trust evaluation and improve effectiveness and flexibility of spectrum allocation.

摘要：This paper analyzes cache coherency mechanism from the view of system. It firstly discusses caehe-memory hierarchy of Pentium Ⅲ SMP system, including memory area distribution, cache attributes control and bus transaction. Secondly it analyzes hardware snoopy mechanism of P6 bus and MESI state transitions adopted by Pentium Ⅲ. Based on these, it focuses on how muhiprocessors and the P6 bus cooperate to ensure cache coherency of the whole system, and gives the key of cache coherency design.

摘要：gStore is an open-source native Resource Description Framework （RDF） triple store that answers SPARQL queries by subgraph matching over RDF graphs. However, there are some deficiencies in the original system design, such as answering simple queries （including one-triple pattern queries）. To improve the efficiency of the system, we reconsider the system design in this paper. Specifically, we propose a new query plan generation module that generates different query plans according to the structures of query graphs. Furthermore, we re-design our vertex encoding strategy to achieve more pruning power and a new multi-join algorithm to speed up the subgraph matching process. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real RDF datasets show that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithms significantly.

摘要：We consider a nonlinear integral eigenvalue problem, which is a reformulation of the transmission eigenvalue problem arising in the inverse scattering theory. The boundary element method is employed for discretization, which leads to a generalized matrix eigenvalue problem. We propose a novel method based on the spectral projection. The method probes a given region on the complex plane using contour integrals and decides whether the region contains eigenvalue(s) or not. It is particularly suitable to test whether zero is an eigenvalue of the generalized eigenvalue problem, which in turn implies that the associated wavenumber is a transmission eigenvalue. Effectiveness and efficiency of the new method are demonstrated by numerical examples.
