摘要：Finding the optimal dose combination in two-agent dose-finding trials is challenging due to limited sample sizes and the extensive range of potential *** traditional chemotherapy or radiotherapy,which primarily focuses on identifying the maximum tolerated dose(MTD),therapies involving targeted and immune agents facilitate the identifica-tion of an optimal biological dose combination(OBDC)by simultaneously evaluating both toxicity and ***-rently,most approaches to determining the OBDC in the literature are model-based and require complex model fittings,making them cumbersome and challenging to *** address these challenges,we developed a novel model-as-sisted approach called *** approach refines the established utility-based toxicity probability interval design by integrating a strategically devised zone-based local and global candidate set searching strategy,which can effectively optimize the decision-making process for two-agent dose escalation or de-escalation in drug combination *** simulation studies demonstrate that the uTPI-Comb design speeds up the dose-searching process and provides substantial improvements over existing model-based methods in determining the optimal biological dose combinations.

摘要：Coupled inductor is one appealing technology to improve transient response and reduce output decoupling significantly in interleaved multi-phase voltage regulators (VRs). One well known problem is that coupled inductor winding structure causes PCB routing path longer than discrete inductor design. This paper investigates possible PCB routing schemes for coupled inductor and conducts a fair and quantitative comparison with discrete inductor in a server VR design. Simulation and measurement are also conducted to verify the analysis.

摘要：为解决多服务模式的网约车市场中所存在的模式间供需时空不匹配的问题,打破模式间派单壁垒,减少车辆无效巡游,提升乘客体验,提出一种基于强化学习的跨模式派单算法。首先,设计跨模式派单的运行规则和相应的仿真环境为算法的训练提供环境支持。其次,针对派单过程中乘客需求动态变化的特点,设计两阶段派单流程。在第一阶段,根据车辆与需求的时空特征确定虚拟派单请求;在第二阶段,采用k最近邻算法对可行派单请求进行细化,选择与虚拟派单请求最为相似的请求作为最终的派单方案。实验表明,与基线方法相比,所提出的跨模式派单算法提升了基础服务模式中3.1%的请求响应率,同时减少了高级服务模式中车辆的空驶时间,实现了更高的经济效益与服务水平。

摘要：The use of a reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)in the enhancement of the rate performance is considered to involve the limitation of the RIS being a passive *** address this issue,we propose a RIS-aided amplify-and-forward(AF)relay network in this *** jointly optimizing the beamforming matrix at AF relay and the phase-shift matrices at RIS,two schemes are put forward to address a maximizing signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)***,aiming at achieving a high rate,a high-performance alternating optimization(AO)method based on Charnes–Cooper transformation and semidefinite programming(CCT-SDP)is proposed,where the optimization problem is decomposed into three subproblems solved using CCT-SDP,and rank-one solutions can be recovered using Gaussian ***,the optimization variables in the CCT-SDP method are matrices,leading to extremely high *** reduce the complexity,a low-complexity AO scheme based on Dinkelbachs transformation and successive convex approximation(DT-SCA)is proposed,where the variables are represented in vector form,and the three decoupling subproblems are solved using *** results verify that compared to three benchmarks(i.e.,a RIS-assisted AF relay network with random phase,an AF relay network without RIS,and a RIS-aided network without AF relay),the proposed CCT-SDP and DT-SCA schemes can harvest better rate ***,it is revealed that the rate of the low-complexity DT-SCA method is close to that of the CCT-SDP method.

摘要：In 3D models retrieval, feature description and retrieval of non-rigid model face more complex problems due to the isometry transformation of itself. We introduce the hierarchical combination matching into the feature comparison, and build a map between the divided regions of two models, and then achieve accurate feature matching based on patch-by-patch, which successfully introduces the spatial information into feature matching. Verified by experiment, the 3D model retrieval method proposed in this paper based on hierarchical combination matching can make sure more accurate feature matching, so as to enhance the precision of retrieval.
